Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of increasing spiritual quotient and emotional quotient on mental health during the month of Sya'ban during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to determine and analyze the positive effects of the spiritual quotient on mental health in the month of Sya'ban. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample was determined randomly amounting to 100 people. Data collection tools use instruments that are distributed to research respondents. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, which is to analyze the positive effects of spiritual quotient and mental health. The results of this study indicate that the spiritual quotient has a positive effect on mental health during the month of Sya'ban during the Covid 19 pandemic.To improve mental health, it is necessary to increase intelligence and spirituality as a strategic effort to improve the quality of piety. Abstract

The revised 2013 curriculum is one of the government's programs to achieve the educational goals of the Indonesian people who are highly insightful, mastering science and technology. Thus, the revised 2013 curriculum is expected to be able to solve various problems that are being faced in the world of education. The implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum is expected to produce people who are productive, creative, innovative and can always protect and care for nature in Indonesia. This is possible, because this curriculum is based on character and competence, which conceptually has several advantages, one of which is natural (contextual), because it departs, focuses and leads to the nature of students to develop various competencies according to their respective competencies. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum during the pandemic era 4.0 is still lacking. Teachers must provide the best facilities for students regarding the delivery of material, content and foster a passion for learning so that their skills are honed. So they can improve learning outcomes. For madrasas, the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum during the 4.0 pandemic era was extremely difficult because of the character of the students, the potential of madrasa students was very difficult to know when implementing the 2013 curriculum. 4.0 which is a very difficult challenge, even though socialization and teacher training have been carried out, but not all teachers understand it well. In the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum, there are many obstacles faced by subject teachers in improving student learning outcomes. Abstract

The purpose of the mini-research on the Implementation of Leadership Values ​​at the Modern Nuruslam Islamic Boarding School, Karawang Regency, is to find out the process of leadership regeneration in the management of Islamic boarding schools, namely by holding Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKS) activities as an agenda that must be followed by all students of the Nuruslam Islamic Boarding School in Karawang Regency. With the Basic Santri Leadership Training program, as a means to explore the potential of students in developing leadership. Santri have the skills to become a leader/leader when plunged in the midst of society. Santri will be familiar with the activities carried out in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The Islamic religious education learning that has been carried out at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang which has been taking place so far is a general course / personality development given to all students, so that students have personality and character values ​​based on the Qur'an and Hadith and have religious insight that comprehensive / comprehensive. Religious Education in Higher Education aims to help foster students who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, think philosophically, act rationally, have broad views, participate in developing and utilizing science and technology for the benefit of humans. This study aims to analyze the learning of Islamic religious education at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang. To see how PAI teachers learn in public universities. This research focuses on 3 problems, namely: 1) PAI learning content organizing strategies, 2) PAI learning delivery strategies, 3) PAI learning management strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data collection methods were interviews and documentation, which answered about learning Islamic religious education at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The informants in this study were PAI lecturers and students..The results of this study are 1) The strategy for organizing PAI learning content used is that the lecturer makes materials and syllabus then submitted to GKM at the Study Program level then GJM at the faculty level and then LP3M for approval. The organization of the material is made from doctrinal materials to materials that are broader and more detailed. In several other courses, books containing material that can be used as learning references are provided and each PAI lecturer is encouraged to make books or learning modules. 2) Online-based PAI learning delivery strategies, namely in the form of zoom meetings or google meetings. 3) PAI learning management strategy is setting lecturers to deliver 2 credits for 90 minutes using Lecture, Discussion, Presentation and Problem Solving techniques. Lecturers motivate student learning by conveying learning objectives in the midst of learning in class. Abstract

This article aims to determine the purpose of Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum. The research method in this writing uses qualitative methods, namely by means of library research, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education has been running since before independence. Then develop and systematically designed and structured which is then formed in a curriculum. The Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum follows the changes that the government has made, namely adjusting the content of its learning to the needs of the 21st century, namely the existence of 4 C's. Abstract

This article aims to find out the meaning and meaning, basis, objectives, and position of PAI in the national education system. The research method in this writing uses qualitative methods, namely by means of library research, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education is one of the important subjects in educating the nation's children and forming noble character through religious values ​​that are instilled in children every day. The position of Islamic Religious Education in the National Education system is that religious education is a basic, secondary and higher education that prepares students to be able to carry out roles that require mastery of knowledge about religious teachings or become experts in religious knowledge. Abstract

New innovations in view of teaching and learning implementation, including PAI subjects have consequences for teachers to increase their roles and competencies, because the teaching and learning process and student learning outcomes are largely determined by the role of competent teachers in making and implementing the learning designs that have been made. Competent teachers will be better able to create an effective learning environment and will be better able to manage their classes, so that student learning outcomes are at an optimal level. One of the teacher's roles in the teaching and learning process is as an evaluator. In one teaching and learning process the teacher should be a good evaluator. This activity is intended to determine whether the goals that have been formulated have been achieved or not, and whether the material being taught is quite appropriate. . The design, implementation and evaluation of PAI learning at the secondary school level is carried out in collaboration with all teachers and the school community. More than that, PAI religious teachers have a more important role in fostering the morals of students through the learning process by making learning designs that are attractive and easy to understand and implement by students. Before teaching the teacher makes plans in the form of lesson plans, and in implementing learning the teacher becomes an example for students, the teacher always instills a disciplined attitude in learning, teaches respect for others and instills a sense of responsibility to study hard. The final value of all these processes is evaluation, one of which is by conducting an assessment, both on the process and on student learning outcomes. Abstract

In the context of the religious structure of Indonesian society, Islamic education has an important role in shaping the character and character of the nation. Islamic education has the function of actualizing Islamic values ​​in the midst of changes in people's lives which are full of shifts and clashes of current values. Abstract

This study focuses on increasing the effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the positive effect of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. This research uses quantitative research method. The sample was determined randomly amounting to 145 people. Data collection tools use instruments that are distributed to research respondents. The data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, which is to analyze the positive effects of synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture on organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of academic culture and synergistic transformational leadership on organizational performance and there is a positive influence of Synergistic Transformational Leadership on academic culture. To improve the organizational performance, it is necessary to increase synergistic transformational leadership and academic culture.
