Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah pada mata pelajaran kimia kelas XI.4 SMK SMTI Padang. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah pembelajaran kooperatif menggunakan teknik the power of two pada materi asam dan basa. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif menggunakan teknik the power of two, aktivitas siswa kelas XI.4 menjadi meningkat begitu juga dengan hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terhadap 37 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase dan rata-rata. Keberhasilan tindakan berada pada posisi baik (76%) dan baik (84%), sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat dari 66,35 menjadi 79,19 (saat pra siklus hanya 58,92) dengan ketuntasan belajar 54,05% dan 86,49%. Terdapat korelasi positif antara aktivitas siswa dengan hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif menggunakan teknik the power of two pada mata pelajaran kimia dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI.4 SMK SMTI Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to perceive the increasing effect of the ability to explain an alternative energy sources using a learning model called '5E Learning Cycle. This research uses a quantitative approach in using the experimental method with the research design refers to non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The data collection instrument is using tests and data analysis techniques with the normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing (using the t-test). Based on the analysis results, the use of the learning model of '5E Learning Cycle' has some effects on the ability to explain alternative energy. From the analysis results that has been done, it is proven that; (1) The use of the learning model of '5E Learning Cycle' has a significant effect on the ability of the 4th Graders in SD Negeri Mojoroto 4 Kota Kediri to explain alternative energy with 85.07% of the classical completeness. (2) The use of the conventional learning model has no significant effect on the ability of the 4th graders in SD Negeri Mojoroto 4 Kota Kediri to explain alternative energy with 54,9% of the classical completeness. (3) There are some highly significant differences in the use of the learning model of '5E Learning Cycle' and the conventional learning model on the ability to explain alternative energy which the use of the '5E Learning Cycle' has its prime on this analysis results. The conclusion of this research has perceived that there are some highly significant differences of '5E Learning Cycle' and the conventional learning model in improving students' ability to explain the science content of alternative energy material.

Abstract

This research is a development research by designing the traditional game of Tabak Galang based on the local wisdom of Gombang. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the traditional game of Tabak Galang based on the local wisdom of Gombang for fifth grade elementary school students. The development procedure used in this study was adapted from the ADDIE development model which has five stages, namely analysis, design, design, implementation, and evaluation. Design and development includes limited testing and extensive testing to determine product feasibility. The results of this study were declared valid by the validator with a value of 91.6%, and the material received a value of 85.6%. The results of the limited trial were declared practical after obtaining the average overall result through a student response questionnaire with a score of 100% which showed more than 61% of students gave a positive response. And it is declared effective if 85% of students get a KKM score of 75, where eight fifth grade students get a score of 100% and have reached the criteria for completeness with an average value of 90. While the broad trial is declared practical after obtaining the average overall result through a teacher response questionnaire. which obtained 96% results and a student response questionnaire with a value of 95.5% which showed more than 61% of students gave a positive response. And it will be declared effective if 85% of students get a KKM value of 75 where 20 students of class V Mojoroto 4 Kediri, i.e. 95% have reached the criteria of completeness with an average value of 88. So the traditional game of Tabak Galang is suitable for use in learning, as well as the game of Tabak Galang This has advantages in improving students' critical thinking skills, collaboration in groups, group communication and a more pleasant classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

Aplikasi Layanan SIMPEL (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pembelajaran) merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat untuk membantu pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara online guna meningkatkan kinerja akademik dengan penyediaan sumber daya berbasis web. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mewujudkan prestasi belajar IPS di SDN Banget 02 Kecamatan Kwadungan Ngawi Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode kualitatif adalah langkah-langkah penelitian sosial untuk mendapatkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata dan gambar.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey deskripsi pada SDN Banget 2 Kabupaten Ngawi. Dari penelitian yang di lakukan diperoleh Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut :(1). Penerapan SIMPEL di SDN Banget 02 Kecamatan Kwadungan Ngawi dapat berjalan dengan baik, (2). Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan SIMPEL di SDN Banget 02 Kecamatan Kwadungan Ngawi. (3). Penerapan Simpel dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS di SDN Banget 02 Kecamatan Kwadungan Ngawi. Kata Kunci: Layanan Simpel dalam pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

In this pandemic condition, a teacher must develop the application of learning competence methods so that students do not feel awkward in receiving subject matter, while on the other hand specifically in the context of history subjects, both in pandemic conditions or not, history teachers have difficulty in attracting or motivating students to feel interested in historical subjects, even though they have used learning methods that have been conceptualized carefully. Therefore, this pandemic condition should stimulate history teachers to create creative learning so that students have the motivation to learn history. This study aims to find out how the use of animated video media increases students' motivation to learn history at SMA Isen Mulang Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the technical analysis of the data used in this study is to systematically compile the data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, by organizing the data into categories, describing them into units, arranging into patterns, determine which ones are important and which ones will be studied, and make conclusions so that they are easier to understand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses kelayakan dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri kemudian menganalisa kesesuaiannya dengan UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 dan menjelaskan layak atau tidak prosesnya memberikan pembiayaan modal usaha pertanian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan ditemukan bahwa langkah awal untuk menganalisa kelayakan penyaluran modal usaha adalah dengan mengetahui prosedur pengajuan pembiayaan, dan menganalisis kelayakan nasabah pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri ditinjau dari UU No.21 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, untuk mendapatkan suatu pemahaman yang mendalam yang disarankan. Tehnik pengumpulan datanya meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh kegiatan pembiasaan terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin. Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu hal yang penting saat ini. Terlebih lagi pendidkan karakter ini sangat penting untuk penerus generasi bangsa kelak. Karena pendidikan karakter adalah sistem pendidikan yang memiliki tujuan untuk penanaman nilai-nilai karakter. Salah satunya ialah karakter displin, dimana karakter disiplin ini dapat merubah sikap atau karakter siswa menjadi lebih baik. Selain itu pendidikan karakter disiplin juga dapat membiasakan untuk berperilaku terpuji sejalan dengan nilai yang ada di masyarakat. Selain itu juga dapat mengembangkan kemampuan siswa dalam hal kemandirian. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru juga memberi penguatan nilai-nilai karakter kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan pembiasaan terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada guru dan siswa di SDN Anyar 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari proses yang dilakukan dalam penguatan karakter disiplin melalui kegiatan pembiasaan terjadinya peningkatan karakter disiplin pada siswa.

Abstract

E-learning is a training and development delivery system for online education. This system is advantageous in terms of the speed of memory, and the data manipulation capabilities of the computer for greater flexibility in instructions. The purpose of this study are: i) To determine the process of implementing E-learning to increase employee productivity in the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen; ii) To explain E-learning system to increase employee productivity in the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen; iii) To find out the obstacles and constraints obtained from the E-learning system. This research takes a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen, amounting to 50 people. The sample in this study used the nonprobability sampling method, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples, using a purposive sampling approach. The results showed that: (i) E-learning process which is applied at PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen Tangerang provides information or flow that is quite clear and understandable to participants through a fairly long but regular process that is easily understood by employees or E-learning participants. (ii) PT. Asia Talenta Manajemen Tangerang tends to have a positive impact on employees or participants who are involved in training carried out by means of E-learning because participants or employees can implement the skills they have acquired in the available forums as well as in their respective work lines, according to the material presented obtained. (iii) Obstacles and challenges that are obtained from the E-learning system depend on the participants themselves, the participants cannot fulfil the deadline that has been determined, for example, it has been determined that the deadline is one month but the participants cannot fulfil it for up to one year.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the result of observations at SDN Mojoroto 4 Kediri City in grade 3 student. It was found that students understanding of the material symbols/ symbols (traffic signs, scouts, and state symbols) was not maximized. This happens because teachers have not found learning media that can help students learning process in understanding the material symbols/ symbols (traffic signs, scouts, and state symbols). This study aims to determine the validity of the media, the teachers response, and the effectiveness of the maket visual media. in this study using the Borg and Gall development model. Furthermore, the techniques used in collecting data in the form of a questionnaire include a media construction validation questionnaire, a material validation questionnaire, a teacher response questionnaire to maket visual media, and a written test. The result of the research on the development of the maket visual media are as follows: (1) the maket visual media is declared valid and can be used without revision with a percentage of 95%, (2) material symbols/ symbols (traffic signs, scouts, and state symbols) declared valid and can be usedin the learning process with a percentage 92,5%, (3) the teacher response to the media is declared good and can be used in the learning process by the percentage is 100%, and (4) maket visual media is declared effective and can be used in the learning process with a classical completeness percentage of 75%. Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded tha the maket visual media is valid and suitable for use in learning Indonesian language subjects with symbols/ symbols (traffic signs, scouts, and state symbols).

Abstract

Abstrac: Implementation of Collaborative Learning For Student Results Subjects with the development of basic competencies of civics educatioins with base competence in Indonesia XI IPS 2 Semester Ganjil in MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid Tahun ajaran 2012/2013. There are various problems of its own in the learning process. One of the common problems is the low activity in the classroom and mastery learning students due to low student learning outcomes. of civics educatioins with base competence in Indonesia XI IPS 2 Semester Ganjil in MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid Tahun ajaran 2012/2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the yield increase by applying Collaboraive Student Learning Model Class XI IPS 2 Civics Educations Lesson In Sarji Ar-Rasyid Tahun ajaran 2012/2013. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach , while the type of research is action research with research subjects were students of class XI IPS 2 in MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid. The data obtained were collected by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation , while the implementation began on 4 November 2013 until the date of December 4, 2013 . Based on the results of the analysis can be seen that Collaboraive Learning Model to improve academic skills and can improve cooperation among students , because the students Collaborative Learning Model may find yourself concept that should be known by the investigation of real problems . In the first cycle of mastery learning classical achieved by 83.87 % and complete student individually as many as 26 students and 5 students not complete . Factors - factors that cause incomplete study of 5 students is their lack of control of the material, less scrupulous , shy to ask , and less good at set time in doing it . In the second cycle was reached in classical mastery learning students at 87.1 % of 27 students who completed individually. Keywords: Collaborative Learning Model , Learning Outcomes
