Abstract

Sales of four-wheeled vehicles in the domestic market at the beginning of 2021 experienced a decline on a monthly and annual basis as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This has caused the wheels of the economy not to turn normally as a result of social restrictions. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze and predict the increase in sales of four-wheeled vehicles using machine learning algorithms. This study uses literature studies using journals about prediction models. To obtain the appropriate algorithm, a comparison of the test results of the journals used is carried out. This prediction of domestic car sales is used to make policies for managing the competence of Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) expertise at SMK. The results of this study produced a prediction model with the best performance, namely SARIMA with an MSE value of 0.89 and a Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network with an MSE value of 0.44

Abstract

Decision making by the principal is part of school management. The goals and even the school's vision and mission are part of a decision that is determined to be the hallmark of each school. The goals in every school are definitely the main focus that must be achieved by the school organization. It is not uncommon to find problems due to low teacher participation in decision making on teacher performance results. Low teacher performance will result in a low level of achievement of goals within the school itself. For this reason, it is especially important for school principals to use a human relations approach to build good relationships with teachers. The human relations approach describes how managers communicate with their employees. The purpose of this study is for school principals to improve relationships with teachers with a human relations approach. The research method used is qualitative research with literature study. The result of this study is to explain the theory of the human approach, the notion of decision making, and the human relations approach included in the Bible with the story of the Tower of Babel.

Abstract

Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a business model that must be mastered by students in entrepreneurship courses as an initial provision to plunge into the world of entrepreneurship. This research will produce an assessment instrument to measure students' conceptual understanding in BMC material which consists of 9 assessment aspects, namely Customer Segment, Value proposition, Customer Relationship, Channel, Revenue Stream, Key Resource, Key activities, Key Partnership, and Cost Structure. The assessment instrument was developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations). Content validity was carried out by an expert validator and a value of 93.75% was obtained, which means it is very valid. While the results of statistical analysis obtained a correlation value of more than 0.30. This means that all aspects of the assessment are declared valid. The Cronbach's Alpha reliability value was obtained at 0.886, meaning that the instrument has very strong abilities in research measurement tools, so it can be concluded that the BMC conceptual understanding assessment instrument is valid and feasible to use in business model material for entrepreneurship courses.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan inovasi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha usaha percetakan di kota medan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengusaha percetakan yang ada di Wilayah Kota Medan yang berjumlah 215 orang pengusaha percetakan yang ada di Kota Medan, dimana teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, Hasil penelitian didapatkan secara simultan dan parsial variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan pengusaha percetakan di Kota Medan dan Inovasi pengusaha percetakan di Kota Medan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel keberlangsungan usaha percetakan di Kota Medan. Untuk mengatasi perubahan yang ada sebaiknya pengusaha percetakan menambah pengetahuannya tentang digital agar penjualan tidak hanya dapat dilakukan melalui penjualan secara offline, akan tetapi bisa juga secara online, sehingga bisa diketahui konsumen di seluruh Kecamatan yang ada di Kota Medan, sehingga produk Usaha Percetakan diKota Medan dikenal orang banyak.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the amount, source of income, and expenditure allocation in the school budget plan (RKAS) in the last three years, namely 2018, 2019 and 2020. This study uses the content analysis method. The data sources came from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 RKAS documents. Data analysis used quantitative with percentages and descriptive qualitative. The results show that the amount of revenue in 2018 is higher than 2019 and 2020 is higher than 2018. Source of revenue for 2018 comes from central and regional BOS, while in 2019 and 2020 only central BOS. The expenditure allocation in 2018 was the highest in financing standards, in 2019 the highest was in management standards and in 2020 the highest was in financing standards.

Abstract

While SBM (School-Based Management) has already been implemented in many countries, including Indonesia, the Education Council has already brought this idea to create a better education act. However, SBM still has the wrong paradigm among principals of schools in Indonesia. Some of them still hardly believe that SBM can leverage their school. This paradigm is based upon their narrow-minded point of view because many of them feel that there is no "real example" that SBM really can do that is leverage from the promise. Therefore, this research tries to give empirical evidence that SBM in Indonesia can give leverage factors to schools. Even though SBM has been proven to leverage schools' achievement, there are still misperceptions among school management, parents, and teachers about how SBM should work. The result of this research is also being socialized to the principals, so they can understand how important SBM is for their school and will be eager to implement SBM in their school (for those who do not implement it yet).

Abstract

Saving has a very important role for the future because saving is one way to manage finances. Saving means setting aside the money we have to save. Saving is also part of financial planning to deal with future needs. This study aims to measure the effect of education level and income on the interest in saving in the people of Pondoknangka Barat Hamlet, Beluk Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency. Sampling using accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed using the SPSS program using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between education level and income simultaneously on the intention to save.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the increasing number of entrepreneurial people, especially in Blitar Regency. Basically, the existence of this phenomenon will bring a positive influence on the economy of society and the country. Therefore, the government, namely the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, took part in it by conducting training and coaching programs. In this training program, the priority is the management of its own human resources. This research will examine the influence of the training program provided by the government on the development of local MSMEs, especially in Blitar Regency. The approach used is a quantitative approach and is field. The data collected, namely primary and secondary, will be in the form of a questionnaire and processed using SPSS with a Likert Scale as a measure. The results of this study indicate that training and guidance from the government have a positive effect on the development of micro-enterprises. Training has a big impact on people who are going to or are starting a business, because the training provided by the relevant agencies is very helpful in implementing entrepreneurship and its development, as well as coaching, people feel more nurtured and directed in building and managing the business being run.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik merupakan salah satu upaya yang perlu terus dikembangkan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan bimbingan secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan saintifik melalui bimbingan berkelanjuta. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan dengan model Stepen Kemnis, Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Bimbingan Berkelanjutan, dirancang dalam 2 (dua) siklus. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terjadinya peningkatan motivasi dan kompetensi guru guru dalam menyusun RPP Tematik Terpadu dangan pendekatan Saintifik, yaitu kelompok guru kelas rendah meningkat dari 77,6% pada siklus 1 menjadi 88,8% pada siklus 2, kelompok guru kelas tinggi meningkat dari 79,9% pada siklus 1 menjadi 87,7% pada siklus 2. Kesimpulannya adalah Bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan saintifik.

Abstract

The existence and Role of Pengambe’(Money Lender) opten invokus a negative assumsiont , the lintah darat such that the Pengamba’ fungciont as a profiteer who exploits small scale of Fisherman. Becouse of this assumtiont, it is weedeply accepted the exintence of pengambe’, althougt the goverment has provided the fisherman with several opportunities to acces various other credit fasilities, the Result have been unsatisfactory and the Fisherman’s deppendence on the pengambe’ or other non formal means of credit has continued. This research aims to decribe the loan giving system of the pengamba’ to the Fisherman, dercribing sosiologycal factors with play a rule in the existence of pengembe; as a source of non formal credit.The result of this analisis will hoppelifully clarrify why this pengambe’ existwithin the smallscale fishing comunity and hoppely can be used by the goverment to formulatea credit policy for this fisherman. Apart from that, it is also hope to change the negative strereotype view of the public towards the rule of this pengambe
