Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif terhadap pelaksanaanujianmandiri (non-terjadual)dosen pengampu matakuliah paralel (kelas besar/lebih dari 30 mahasiswa dalam satu kelas) pada Prodi PAI semestergenap tahun 2011/2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanvaliditas, reliabilitas dan kepraktisan soal dan penyelenggaraannya. Datadiperoleh dari angket dan observasi terhadap mahasiswa. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: a) Tingkat validitas soal ujian lisan dilihat daributir-butir pertanyaannyacukup mengukurkompetensi mata kuliah yangdirencanakan, namun seringkalididapatisoal yang sama pada beberapamahasiswa untuk kelas paralel. Demikian pula dalam pelaksanaan ujiankecenderungansoal berkembang sesuai situasi dan kondisi Dosen padawaktu itu yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menjawabpertanyaanyang diberikan karena lebih sulit dari materi yang telah diajarkanatau tidak konsisten terhadap kompetensi yang dituju. Tes lisandengan cara tidak terjadwal serempak dan mandiri sangat baik untukmenanyakan perbedaan-perbedaan pendapat (judgment) peroranganterhadap kasus tertentu. Tetapi tes lisan tidak efektif untuk menanyakankompetensi referensial dan normatif sebagaimana dalam buku sumber.b) Reliabilitassoal yang diujikan rendah hal ini dipengaruhi oleh tingkatsubyektifitas dosen sangat tinggi karena kondisi psikologisnya dan responmahasiswa terhadap soal yang diujikan.c) Tingkat kepraktisan soal ujianlisan juga rendah, karena soal rawan bocor danuntuk menjawabnya memerlukanwaktu yang lebih longgar dari jadwal akademik yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci:Validitas

Abstract

Islamic paternal parenting has socially patterned the man dominant language behavior over woman since childhood. This study explores the dominance distributions of high female and low female status in their informal talk strategy, the actual language use,  among the students of The State Islamic Institute of Surakarta in three functional topical units of conversations. The analysis technique was introduced by Sinclair and Coulthard (1975), for which Leech (1983) modifies the speech acts. The data implies that the talk strategy among Muslim females is relatively similar to that of males. The higher female controls and initiates the interaction more while the lower is softer, more polite, more mutually supportive, and more cooperative to whomever she speaks to regardless of the status.Muslim Female; Act; Move; Talk Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine stakeholder governance in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. This governance includes the management of teaching staff and education personnel in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, student management in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, governance of partner communities and graduate users in improving the quality of secondary education at MTs Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, in-depth interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and document review. Data analysis in this study was carried out in 4 (four) steps, namely: 1) performing data management, 2) writing memos on the edge of field notes or transcripts to assist database exploration, 3) delineation, classification, and interpretation, and 4) visualization and representation findings. The results showed that the governance of stakeholders in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which includes the management of teachers and education personnel, student governance, and how madrasahs manage the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of secondary education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah ( MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo is done very well so that the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Sukoharjo is very good.

Abstract

Management in madrasah education, in addition to the role of the principal, is also the role of supervisors or supervisors who are also a determinant in improving learning achievement and school quality. Education supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education stakeholders, especially to educators at school, both individually and in groups to improve the quality of the learning process and results, the purpose of this study is to conduct management analysis for the development of educational competence in madrasah tsanawiyah in Demak district. This research method, carried out through a qualitative approach using descriptive method of case study strategies. This study describes or describes the phenomenon of teacher competency development in classroom management. The results showed that in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Demak Regency, showed that policies made both from planning, implementation, support and obstacles, and the impact of developing teacher professional competence which were carried out were carried out according to goals and planned although there were still obstacles and shortcomings that still had to be addressed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools on the management of pesantren in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021; describe the problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools; and describe strategies for solving problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The place of research is Islamic boarding school in Kebumen district, Central Java province. The sample criteria in this study was to use purposive sampling. The sample taken in this study was from 2 salafiyah Islamic boarding schools consisting of one advanced salafiyah cottage and one undeveloped salafiyah cottage. The participants of this research are the leaders of Islamic boarding schools. Informants in this study were students, ustadz/ustadzah, managers, and guardians of students. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test (triangulation, discussion with colleagues, and member check), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through the field process. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are analysis before in the field, analysis while in the field (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions). The results showed that: 1). implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools for the management of Islamic boarding schools in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 has been carried out well, especially in advanced Salafiah Islamic Boarding Schools; 2). problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have developed almost none, but salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not advanced in all three aspects experiencing problems; 3). problem solving strategies, especially for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not developed yet, by conducting comparative studies to Islamic boarding schools that have good governance, recruiting human resources who understand information systems and technology, submitting infrastructure budgets to related parties, collaborating with Lazis and Baznas in particular. related to the completion of education financing in Islamic boarding schools, as well as developing a network of general donors and networks through alumni.

Abstract

The study of the concept of religious moderation in Islam or moderate Islam that has attracted the attention of Muslim scholars in fields of study such as socio-politics, Islamic education, language, and socio-religion. These terms are the meanings of various meanings used to label Muslims such as Modernist, Reformed and progressive Islam. This study aims to look at the management of moderate Muslim character among Islamic school students. The implementation of this research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Techniques of studying data in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the management of moderate Muslim character development in madrasah aliyah students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta was carried out with several things that could make the character of the students able to understand and appreciate every difference, namely 1) Implementation of the curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta Islam. moderate is given in several subjects, especially subjects related to religious morals and morals such as PAI, Akidah Akhlak and several other subjects. 2) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta, there are several forms of integration related to moderate or moderate understanding of Islam in religion which is always applied in the madrasa environment, including through the learning process delivered by each teacher in the classroom, then through the process of understanding that has been realized. by Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta through the culture in madrasah and the understanding that has been applied through various extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The role of madrasas as models of Islamic education today is growing quite rapidly. It has even become an alternative institution for some Muslim families in educating their children. This is because madrasas are considered to provide two dimensions of Muslim scientific life between worldly and hereafter needs. Community participation in education development is an important issue in the National Education System Law no. 20 of 2003, a policy that involved the community in education programs and the birth of a school-based management (SBM) offer that gave relatively broad autonomy to schools and communities. In Chapter III article 8 it is stated that "the community has the right to participate in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of educational programs". This indicates that the existence and participation of the community is increasingly recognized and needed in the development and development of education, especially Islamic education. This research method is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research results of the current school Public Relations Program are very important, related to changes in the social, political, legal, and economic framework of the community. Management of competency development in educators is part of a human resource development strategy which is a basic need in an organization, both formal and non-formal. . This is an investment for the organization in this case the madrasa, which will have implications for the development of a nation's human resources. In Increasing Public Interest In Islamic Educational Institutions. The results of the study: the function of public relations in educational institutions is to grow and develop harmonious relationships through communication using media between schools and the community, both internally (lecturers / teachers, employees, students / students) and externally (parents, communities, and institutions). .

Abstract

Abstract The environment around the child can be something useful to be optimized as material in learning activities in PAUD as long as it is relevant to learning competencies and learning objectives to be achieved by students. One of the things that is interesting is the use of the environment from natural materials that can attract the attention of educators, children's creativity can be developed, one of which is by presenting or playing tools that can be obtained from anywhere as long as it is educational and safe for students. This study aims to develop a learning strategy with the implementation of using natural media in increasing the creativity of students. The research was conducted at TK Aisyiyah Branch Kartasura with descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that in the application of learning that utilizes natural media in the environment that runs in accordance with the objectives to be achieved by being carried out with a careful planning process, the process of implementing activities, and a request to see the abilities possessed by students. Abstrak Lingkungan yang ada disekitar anak dapat menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat untuk dioptimalkan sebagai bahan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di PAUD selama hal tersebut relevan dengan kompetensi belajar dan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai oleh anak didik. Salah satu hal yang menarik adalah pemanfaatan lingkungan dari bahan alam yang bisa menarik perhatian pendidik, kreativitas anak dapat dikembangkan salah satunya dengan cara pemberian media atau alat permainan yang dapat diperoleh dari mana saja selama hal tersebut bersifat edukatif dan aman bagi anak didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran dengan implementasi penggunaan media bahan alam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak didik. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Cabang Kartasura dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan media bahan alam yang ada dilingkungan sekitar dapat berjalan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai apabila dilakukan dengan proses perencanaan yang matang, pelaksaan proses kegiatan sesuai rencana, dan adanya penilaian untuk mengetahui kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh anak didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) self-regulation of students who memorize al-Qur'an in learning tahfidz al-Qur'an in full day school programs, 2) dominant factors in influencing self-regulation of students who memorize al-Qur'an. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at TPA Zahrawain Indonesia Pengging Banyudono Boyolali Branch. The research subjects were santri tahfidz al-Qur'an and the research informants were the head of the institution, the ustadzah of the institution, and the guardian of the students. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Data validity techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The self-regulation of students who memorized al-Qur'an included three aspects, namely; a) Metacognition which consists of aspects of planning, organizing, and measuring aspects of self-ability, b) Motivation which consists of aspects of self-confidence and self-reliance in memorization, c) Behavior which consists of aspects of moral and ethical self-regulation, selection and environmental utilization. 2) The dominant factor influencing the regulation of students' tahfidz al-Qur'an includes 2 factors, namely; a) Internal factors in the form of behavior consisting of aspects of self observation (assessing self-ability in the form of moral and ethical aspects, selecting, utilizing the environment) and the judgment process (assessing one's ability to socialize well with the environment, limiting oneself) from the environment / association that is wrong / negative) b) External factors in the form of the environment, namely the support from those closest to the students. In conclusion, there are three aspects that become self-regulation of students who memorize the Koran in learning tahfidz al-Qur'an in full day school programs, namely aspects of metacognition, motivation and behavior with two factors that affect the regulation of students, both internal and external factors. of the students. Abstract

This research aims to describe the solutions of lecturers’ difficulties in the use of Direct Method in learning Indonesian language for foreign speakers (BIPA). Data sources in the form of open ended questionnaires distributed to BIPA teaching lecturers at PTKIN, especially at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Descriptive research methods are used in analizing the data of ten of ten prime principles of Direct Method focusing on the solutions of theis difficulties into three aspects: lingual, personal, technical/media, and cultural aspects. The results of the study are difficulty in the form of students having difficulty mastering the system of indonesian phonemes, cultural concepts and abstract meanings that are not yet known in their country, different student motivations, students are reluctant to use Indonesian in the need for interaction, students learn two or more languages. Solutions taken by lecturers are: dictating the shape of the sound and practicing the spelling of indoensia phonemes; practicing using BIPA books; using videos, images, gestures, and other media through the internet; ask to mingle in the language community, learn with peers, and individual guidance.
