Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Indonesian learning fairy tales in elementary schools which include (1) what types of fairy tales are in elementary school thematic books? (2) what are the character values ​​found in fairy tales in thematic books. The type of research method used in this study was Library Research with the object of research using class I-VI thematic books integrated with the 2013 Curriculum. The data analysis technique used in writing this research was carried out by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, the data obtained are 1) the types of fairy tales in elementary school thematic books there are three types of fairy tales namely types of fable fairy tales which total 29 fairy tales, types of legendary fairy tales which amount to two fairy tales and types of mythical fairy tales which amount to two fairy tales. 2) the character values ​​contained in fairy tales in the integrated thematic books of the 2013 curriculum, there are 15 character values ​​including honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love peace, care for the environment, care for social and responsibility

Abstract

Many countries recognize that the problem of education is complicated, but everyone feels that education is an important state duty. In developing countries such as Indonesia, existing education systems and methods are often the target of criticism because the entire education system is in doubt. The low quality of education in Indonesia today will certainly have a negative impact on the life of the nation, because one of the factors for the progress of a country is the advancement of education in that country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explain and understand the influence of democratic leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teachers in school. The study was conducted using a survey by distributing questionnaires in April 2022, in which 50 School teachers were used as respondents. The results of this study indicate that high democratic leadership will improve teacher performance, high work motivation will improve teacher performance, and good job satisfaction will improve teacher performance. Simultaneously, the democratic leadership variable, work motivation variable, and job satisfaction variable proved to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at school.

Abstract

A school can be the best school when it has a teacher who is competent in their field, but a teacher can reduce school performance if he does not feel valued by the school so that a competent teacher makes turnover intention. Teachers make turnover intentions caused by many things, namely workplace favouritism, workplace violence and social support in the school environment. This study aims to determine the influence of workplace favouritism, workplace violence and social support on turnover intention. The subjects of this study were 45 teachers from elementary and junior high school units at XYZ schools in the Balaraja area. The research design used is path analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of the study found that workplace favouritism has a positive effect on turnover intention, workplace violence has a positive effect on turnover intention, social support has a positive effect on turnover intention, workplace favouritism through social support has a positive effect on turnover intention and workplace violence through social support has a positive effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulain lingkungan, baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMA yang ada di Indonesia melalui variabel displin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMA yang ada di seluruh Indonesia yang berjumlah 13.365 jiwa dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dimana jumlah sampel yang ada setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 40 orang guru SMA di seluruh Indonesia. Adapun analisa data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap variabel prouktivitas guru SMA yang ada di Indonesia, keempat variabel ini juga berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. Secara simultan variabel prestasi kerja, jabatan kerja, kepemimpinan transformal dan kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui variabel disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dimana hal ini membuat kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik, serta mampu menciptakan model pembelajaran yang baru yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan pihak sekolah dengan prestasi kerja guru, jabatan kerja yang diemban dan dibarengi kepemimpinan transformal, serta kepedulian lingkungan akan membuat guru SMA di Indonesia menjadi lebih peka dan cenderung membuat dirinya sadar akan fungsinya yang juga dapat beradaptasi dan bertransformasi menjadi lebih baik dan mampu melahirkan siswa yang beprestasi dan memiliki kompetensi yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Center Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari artikel-artikel terkait pembelajaran Student Center Learning dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik meta-analisis untuk mengetahui secara kuantitatif pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Center Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Center Learning memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal several digital marketing strategies for baby clothes products and prove the efficiency of improving MSME performance through digital marketing. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The power needed as a research knife is primary data that the author obtained by observing and interviewing parties related to this research. Secondary data was obtained from various books, journal articles, and other supporting literature. While the results of this study are: first, based on the opinion of MSME business owners who improve their performance through digital marketing by simply creating content that is interesting and easy for people to remember. Second, based on the opinions of MSME enthusiasts and customers, this "Mamawawa Baby Clothes Garment" can save costs and can be a strong competitor for those who don't use digital marketing. Third, based on the opinion of the general public, MSMEs really need increased work in terms of digital marketing to introduce product identity and MSME company identity in an era that uses the internet all the time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Google Classroom on learning outcomes. This research uses literature study by searching relevant journals and articles through online databases that focus on the use of Google Classroom as a distance learning media. The results of the study show that the use of Google Classroom is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The use of Google Classroom provides many benefits, such as facilitating communication between teachers and students, speeding up the assessment process, and enriching learning material with features such as videos and images. Although there are some obstacles faced in using Google Classroom, such as limited internet access and the need for training to operate the platform, the use of Google Classroom is still considered an effective alternative in the process of distance learning. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the use of Google Classroom in the educational environment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, by considering several important factors such as infrastructure and teacher qualifications.

Abstract

Low understanding of economic activities and work in grade IVa students is the focus of research. This is reinforced by observational data conducted by researchers related to the understanding of economic and work activities that are very concerning, from 22 students observed, only 45% or 10 students obtained scores above the minimum completeness criteria set at 63, with the results of assessing student activities during classroom learning on average 47% with poor criteria. The results of the study can be concluded that the use of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model can increase students' understanding of economic activities and work. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of each indicator in this study increased sharply from the initial condition to the final stage of action. This increase in social studies understanding of economic and work activity material is marked by an increase in learning completeness in cycle 1 obtained above KKM by 66% and in cycle 2 by 100%, with the average value of student evaluation in cycle 1 of 73, while in cycle 2 of 85

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan literasi pembelajaran di SDN Nogosari 01 kecamatan Rambipuji menjadi fokus penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil observasi terhadap penerapan budaya literasi di masing-masing kelas yang rata-rata hanya 57 (kurang baik) dan hasil observasi indikator strategi literasi dalam pembelajaran rata-rata 59 dengan kriteria kurang baik. Hasil wawancara dilakukan sebelum penelitian mengatakan bahwa kegiatan lietrasi di SDN Nogosari 01 masih banyak kekurangan, kegiatan literasi hanya berkisar pada kegiatan membaca, memahami bacaan dan mencari hal-hal penting dari suatu bacaan saja, siswa masih mengalami banyak kendala dalam hal membuat inferensi, alat bantu literasi di masing-masing-kelas juga masih terbatas, pemahaman guru terhadap literasi pembelajaran masih sangat rendah sehingga kesulitan dalam membuat alat bantu atau pengatur grafis. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK), dan Jenis data yang digunakan penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data dalam wujud angka-angka untuk mengetahui kualitas penerapan literasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sedangkan data data kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara terhadap tingkat kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan literasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achieviement Divisions (STAD) menjadi pilihan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah sekaligus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan literasi pembelajaran. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru menerapkan literasi pembelajaran. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil observasi penerapan budaya literasi pembelajaran pada siklus 1 rata-rata 80 (baik) dan siklus 2 rata-rata 90 (sangat baik). Sedangkan hasil observasi indikator strategi literasi dalam pembelajaran pembelajaran pada siklus 1 rata-rata 82 (baik) dan siklus 2 rata-rata 91 (sangat baik).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena Perguruan Tinggi saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan mahasiswa. Untuk memenangkan persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan setiap Perguruan Tinggi harus memiliki strategi yang tepat dalam memasarkan jasanya. Dalam menentukan strategi experiential marketing perguruan tinggi memandang pelanggan sebagai sosok yang memiliki nilai emosional yaitu satu pandangan yang menekankan adanya hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dengan pelanggan karena adanya pengalaman tak terlupakan oleh pelanggan. Pengalaman yang tak terlupakan inilah yang menjadikan dasar dilakukannya pembelian ulang oleh pelanggan. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi strategi experiential marketing daya saing di perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan penelitiannya kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa Daya saing mencapai 80.575% dari yang diharapkan. Hal ini secara kualitatif dapat dinyatakan baik. program studi yang ada di Perguruan Tinggi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna jasa pendidikan dan memiliki pemetaan program studi yang menarik bagi pelanggan pendidikan. Dampak experiential marketing dalam meningkatkan daya saing Perguruan Tinggi UNISBA Blitar dilakukan dengan: Sense marketing, Feel marketing, Think marketing Act marketing dan Relate marketing dalam meningkatkan daya saing dilakukan dengan: adanya budaya istighosah, pengadakan wisuda secara periodik sehingga kampus bisa menyeimbangkan mahasiswa yang masuk dan keluar dengan maksimal
