Abstract

Literature review article on the influence of ability and experience on career planning is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Ability influences Career Planning; 2) Experience has an effect on Career Planning. Abstract

The method of writing this Literture Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Competitive Price has an effect on Customer Satisfaction; 2) Service Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction; and 3) Product Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Customer Satisfaction, there are many other factors including employee knowledge, polite employees, efficiency and on time delivery.

Abstract

Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the positive organizational attitudes that can be raised with variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Compensation benefit. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Compensation benefit towards Organization Citizenship Behavior at PT Pos Indonesia. The data sources come from primary and secondary data. Primary data is taken from distributing questionnaires, while secondary data is from literature books, journals, and company data. Data was distributed to 243 employees and use random sampling technique. This research methodology uses descriptive and quantitative methods using Smart PLS to analyze several theoretical concepts. The result showed that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and had a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Compensation benefit did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

One of the factors that often occurs in employees is the problem of performance. The decision made by the employee is annulled not only by one party. But there is a form of contribution from other aspects or elements that affect the intensity of performance, whether high or low. In this case, Ministry of Religious Affair East Java Province and civil servants are elements that need to work together in determining the capacity of a work decision that has a relatively high capacity. Lack of performance on employees in the form of self-confidence in employees which results in a decrease in organizational performance. In terms of performance, a government bureaucracy becomes satisfaction in recruiting companies and reviewing from the integrity aspect of institutions that have performance and avoid negative impacts such as burnout, lack of attendance, and increased work inaction in determining decisions. In this study, the increase in performance is based on work culture, and organizational climate factors. The intensity of motivation that is classified as high has an impact on high performance. The high two of conceptual will have an impact on the high performance of employees. The more employees show high work motivation, then at that time performance are formed by themselves. The influence on motivation is one of the factors on individual characteristics, especially in terms of the work environment. Meanwhile, the formation of a person's behavior has the characteristics of the cause of a motivation by the desire to get a certain achievement and becomes a form of modality in the need to fulfill a life goal. If the goal in need seems urgent, then the individual will act or respond through a response with other individuals who need it the same. Thus, the individual integrates and strives together through mutually beneficial interactions or relationships.
