Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a structured literature review on the constructs of employee motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, and empirical evidence on the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. 20 (twenty) papers published during 2017-2021 that investigates employee motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, and the relationship between employee motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance were reviewed. The results of the review show that employee motivation and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance or in other word employee motivation and job satisfaction are the determinants of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of School Committees on the Quality of Senior High School Education in Tangerang Regency. The success of an organization is determined by students and teachers in operating the work units in the agency. The quality of education can be influenced by several factors, including the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of the School Committee. The object of this research is a high school teacher in Tangerang Regency. The sample used is Tangerang Regency Teachers as many as 90 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis between the Principal's Democratic Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of School Committees on Education Quality showed significant results with a significance of 0.046, 0.041 and 0.44 < =0.05. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and the Role of the School Committee have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Education

Abstract

This study explores the impact mechanism of interactive outdoor advertising on consumer psychology and behavior in Shanghai under the new media environment. In this study, qualitative research methods were used to observe and record the outdoor advertisements of Nanjing Road in Shanghai and the outdoor advertisements of Xujiahui subway station through field research. At the same time, the focus group interview method was used, and 4 groups were selected to conduct interviews with 10 people in each group. The interviewees are young people aged 18-35 who work and study in Shanghai. The research shows that the psychological motivation for consumers to participate in the interaction is that the interaction can satisfy their sense of association and presence, and the interaction affects the psychological effect and behavioral effect of advertising communication on consumers. The psychological level effect can arouse attention, generate interest, resonate and be satisfied to a certain extent. The behavioral level effect is reflected in the purchase behavior after being satisfied. This paper believes that in order to deepen the interaction with users, outdoor interactive advertising needs to strengthen creative design and use high-tech intelligent technology and create a scene-style media environment, so as to stimulate audience participation is the main method to improve the effect of advertising interactive communication.

Abstract

Nowadays, for an organization or company at this time, it can be said that human resources have an important role or function. Fatmawati Central General Hospital (RSUP) is a government-owned hospital located in South Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati with the work environment as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati. The number of respondents in this take a look at amounted to seventy-seven respondents. In this study, the method for analyzing data was using the Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. In this research, the method for analyzing data uses Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. Based on the research test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on each hypothesis, namely leadership on the work environment, motivation on the work environment, leadership on performance, motivation on performance. The workplace is able to mediate the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati.

Abstract

Literature article Reviewing the Effect of Liquidity and Profitability in the context of financial management, a scientific study titled Financial Performance and Financial Distress tries to provide a research hypothesis on the interaction between factors. This literature review was written using the library research approach, including information from online academic databases like Google Scholar, Mendeley, and others. The outcomes of this article's literature review are:1) Liquidity affects Financial Performance; 2) Profitability has an effect on Financial Performance; 3) Liquidity affects Financial Distress; 4) Profitability has an effect on Financial Distress; and 5) Financial Performance Affects Financial Distress; In addition to these 2 external factors that influence the endogenous variables Financial Performance and Financial Distress there are still other additional elements, like as Leverage, Solvency and Activity variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Green Products, Green Promotion, Green Prices and Green Places on Interest in Buying Savings Products at Bank OCBC NISP (Case Study at Central Bank OCBC NISP). This study uses primary data and the data used in this study were obtained. from distributing questionnaires to Bank OCBC NISP Customers located at Bank OCBC NISP's head office. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS version 26 application. This study used a sample of 150 respondents who were customers. The results of the study partially show that Green Products, Green Promotions and Green Prices have an influence on consumer buying interest, while Green Places have no influence on buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Service Quality; (2) Relationship Quality; (3) Customer Trust; and (4) The Effect of Service Quality and Relationship Quality on Customer Trust in Priority Customers of Bank BJB West Java Regional Office, either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this study was a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this study was 56 Priority Customers of Bank BJB West Java Regional Office. The type of investigation is causality in this study is Explanatory. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the Quality of Service according to Priority Customers of Bank BJB West Java Regional Office, in fact gave good analysis results, Quality of Relationship of Priority Customers with Bank BJB West Java Regional Office in general can be said to be good. Priority Customer Confidence in Bank BJB West Java Regional Office is currently considered good. Quality of Service and Quality of Relation to Customer Trust Priority Bank BJB West Java Regional Office has a significant effect simultaneously or partially. However, partially the dominant relationship quality influences trust rather than service quality Because Relationship Quality is more dominant in influencing Customer Trust, it is the first priority in increasing Priority Customer Trust of Bank BJB West Java Regional Office, it is advisable for Bank BJB West Java Regional Office to remain consistent in maintaining its existing marketing conditions, so that the performance of Bank BJB West Java Regional Office is increasingly getting better

Abstract

In supporting the process of monitoring high exhaust gas temperatures on the MV ship. Beautiful Food, still There were several problems with the company and crew related to the treatment of rinse air and high exhaust gas temperatures. The problem is the high level of non-optimal treatment of rinse air and frequent occurrence of surging on the turbocharger on board. Based on these problems, the authors conducted an analysis to determine whether there was an effect of rinse and surging air treatment on the turbocharger on the high exhaust gas temperature. The type of research used is quantitative method. Data was collected by using questionnaires distributed directly to 30 respondents, namely the third machinist who was taking ATT II class at the Jakarta Shipping Science College with a total of 20 statements. In looking for the results of the calculations the author uses the SPSS 25 program and performs several data analyzes, namely: multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, validity test, determination test, f-test and t-test. Conclusions in this study were carried out by comparing the data obtained from the answers of existing respondents. Based on the acquisition of questionnaire data and data processing. The results showed that the rinse and surging air treatments on the turbocharger together proved to be positive and significant for the high exhaust gas temperature on the MV ship. The author describes several solutions to improve monitoring activities for high temperatures exhaust gases, namely: the company and MV crew. Boga Indah must optimize air treatment rinse well, optimize cooling air temperature in performing rinse air maintenance, improve the cleanliness of the rinse air filter to obtain maximum rinse air quality, provide training to ship crews on proper and proper turbocharger operation can reduce the risk of surging, and the most important thing is to monitor the occurrence of surging on the turbocharger with a good strategy so that there are no obstacles and have a positive influence on the high exhaust gas temperature on the MV ship. Abstract

Transport Loss is the depreciation of cargo caused by the journey from the loading port to the unloading port. The goal in shipping is to minimize the occurrence of transport loss. In achieving this goal, it can be found from the factors that influence the transport loss of cargo and how to minimize the occurrence of transport loss. The method used by researchers to overcome these problems is a qualitative descriptive method so that researchers can present the results of the research obtained. Data collection through documentation, observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted by researchers with the chief officer as the ship's party and the loading master as the land party, the researcher made direct observations on the MT ship. In length, the researcher also took documentation to support the validity of the research data. The results showed that the factors that cause transport loss are due to the lack of accuracy in measuring and calculating cargo, non-standard measuring instruments, differences in weather and evaporation. And the way to minimize transport loss is by carrying out loading and unloading in accordance with procedures, calibrating measuring instruments and carrying out maintenance on loading and unloading suggestions. From the research results it can be concluded that transport loss is caused by several factors that must be minimized to the tolerance limit that has been determined by a shipping company. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study include: 1) the Linkedin application has an effect on brand awareness; 2) The LinkedIn application has an effect on corporate image; and 3) Brand awareness has an effect on corporate image.
