<![CDATA[This paper is the result of secondary research on the thoughts of Jurgen Habermas about intersubjective communication as an approach in communicating the teachings of the Bible and the Gospel message in the public sphere. This intersubjective communication puts a person in the position of being a communicator and being a communicant. The principle of equality and mutual respect is highly emphasized to find the best solution to the problems faced by humans. The purpose of writing this article is to encourage every Christian to communicate the teachings of the Bible and proclaim the Gospel message with an intersubjective communication approach in the context of religious plurality or belief and ethnic multiculturalism. Because there is a phenomenon that becomes a problem in communicating the teachings of the Bible and the Gospel message with a subject-object approach. The secondary research method used is literature study from various books and journals, followed by inductive descriptive analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study is for everyone to understand the meaning of why God sent down the flood in the days of Noah's life, so that everyone can live righteously in this day and age. The story of Noah and the occurrence of the flood is to tell how God saved life on earth when the people who lived in it grew evil from time to time. God told Noah to build the Ark according to the details that God gave as a means of salvation when the flood destroyed life on earth. The flood was God's way of reconstructing the earth and life on it without re-creating, by saving Noah and his family as pious people at that time. This research was conducted with a qualitative method by collecting data from various bibliography such as Bibles, books and journal manuscripts. Through this research, it is hoped that everyone will understand God's love and plan for His people, even in the event of a disaster.]]>

<![CDATA[Dayak Ngaju tribe is a biggest tribe in Center Borneo. This tribe community have big interest to live in along of river Borders. It’s because this community hang all side of their life to the river. Kahayan Rivers as the target of research is a one of biggest river in Center of Borneo Abstract which have significant meaning for Kahayan community in economic, social so on theological perspectives. In the past, rivers reputed as connector between human and god. Because of this, Kahayan River became a place to do all local religion ritual from the pregnant time to the dead time of this tribe community. But since the development age, the are a meaning shift of theological meaning of Kahayan River for local people of Kahayan. This research made by qualitative study case approach to find the background of Theological meaning shift of Kahayan River for the people of Kahayan in Bukit Rawi Pulang Pisau Residence.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several business sectors that disturb the tranquility of Christian life, types of business: producers of prayer paper, producers of hio or incense to hold ritual worship of gods, the making of statues of gods of worship. If the businessman is a non-Christian then it will certainly not cause problems, but if the businessman is a Christian then bring him into a dilemmatic state. What is the attitude of Christians towards life for this business of prayer equipment. First, it is indicated the problem of how the character of Christian businessmen is viewed from Christian Ethics. Christian business ethics in highlighting all business activities of Christians, including the production of prayer equipment should also be reviewed from the basis of devotion. The basis of devotion from biblical excavation in the context of devotion to mammon or to God is the basis for important considerations for Christians in conducting these business activities. Second, it is indicated that the problem of whether the business engaged in by Christians who produce prayer equipment fulfills the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus. The business of prayer equipment if it is a contextualization of the gospel into the business area that is a means of preaching the gospel, it will be a separate consideration, because in the business the prayer equipment becomes a forum for the implementation of the great Commission. Which resulted in the conclusion of the study answering the study regarding the title of this study.]]>

<![CDATA[In Christianity, there are two conflicting extremes, one emphasizes logic, namely rationalists such as Rene Descartes and Immanuel Kant, and the other extreme emphasizes faith, which is a number of Pentecostal-charismatics. This paper aims to obtain a valid and highly anticipatory understanding, as well as to reveal in-depth meanings that are implicated for Christian faith and logic. Therefore, this research is very relevant and urgent to be researched. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The qualitative research method used by the researcher is library research. The results of this study with a number of interpretations carried out, the researchers found a sinergy of faith and logic that the Canaanite woman possessed and demonstrated in Matthew 15:21-28. The faith of the Canaanite woman stated by Jesus is the faith produced by the logic of the Canaanite woman's thinking. Faith and logic should go hand in hand, should not be separated between faith and logic. Faith and logic are like two eyes that must be opened to see life's problems.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of several cults that exist as evidence of the difficulty of understanding the concept of Christology as a whole. Therefore, theologians have tried to explain the concept of Christology using a tool, namely the concept of Hypostasis. The concept of the Hypostasis of Jesus is not easy, especially when describing the person of Jesus in terms of his existence as God and man. It is not too easy to understand the concept. Therefore, researchers are trying to find and see the background of concept building and its implementation for believers. From the background description, the following questions emerge: Is the concept of Jesus Hypostasis able to answer the different views on the divinity and humanity of Jesus? How understand the background concept of Jesus' Hypostasis as a theological struggle and its implementation for believers? The research method used is qualitative by applying the theological systematic analysis method. The results of his research show (i) The background of the emergence of heresies that existed at that time encouraged the emergence of the Jesus Hypostasis Concept as an explanatory model for the Christology concept, especially in explaining the divinity and humanity of Jesus; (ii) the concept of Hypostasis as an answer to the unity of nature between God and man in the person of Jesus, without overlapping nature and how it works; (iii) An effort is needed to explain and implement the concept of Hypostasis to believers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the impact of house churches and faith growth moderated by leadership in realizing evangelistic missions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This quantitative study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with Smart PLS software. The population comprises 72 respondents consisting of pastors, teachers, lecturers, evangelists, and business people from various denominations in various regions who worship at home by watching live streaming or building worship involving family members. The results of the research show: house church, faith growth and leadership together affect the evangelism mission by 52.6%, which means there are still 47.4% of other variables that can affect the evangelism mission. Leadership proved unable to strengthen the influence of house churches and faith growth in evangelistic missions during the Covid-19 epidemic. So church leaders need to build a house church practice concept that encourages faith growth that impacts evangelistic missions during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Generally, the songs for worship at the HKBP church come from the Buku Ende HKBP and Kidung Jemaat. However, a new phenomenon has emerged recently, especially in HKBP churches in urban areas, such as HKBP Pardamean Pematang Siantar, implementing Sunday services with a contemporary spiritual song. The signing has been made as long as possible among Pastors, assemblies, and congregations. Some parties agreed, and others disagreed. On the one hand, HKBP appreciates its repertoire of singing traditions, namely the Ende Book. But on the other hand, the HKBP church cannot avoid listening to contemporary churches in worship. Research on Sunday Evening Worship at HKBP Pardamean in this paper aims to produce constructive recommendations to answer all of that. This research will be conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach allowing the author to provide a broad explanation of using a contemporary spiritual course at HKBP Pardamean Pematang Siantar.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership is something that everyone should have. Good leadership will bring oneself or others towards the best goals. Not infrequently those who are called leaders actually make their people miserable. Make position as an opportunity to fulfill their heart's desire. Ahab is an example of a leader who does not protect his people, but allows the law to be manipulated for his pleasure. Methods or prevention are needed so that Ahab's form of leadership does not recur. This paper aims to explore Ahab's Leadership in Hannah Arendt's Perspective on the Banality of Evil by using qualitative methods and a library study approach. Through this paper, it can be concluded that Ahab is the perpetrator of the banality of evil because of ideology, shallow thinking and blind obedience. In Hannah Arendt's thought, everyone must think and critically evaluate all things that are inside and outside of human beings.]]>

<![CDATA[This article laid out specifically the portrait of Jesus' solidarity with the poor or marginalized groups who were often socially left out, neglected and even discriminated. This topic was elaborated on, given that human empathy was slowly fading. In portraying Jesus' solidarity, the researchers traced it from the Gospel of Luke because this book paid severe attention to Jesus' solidarity with the poor. The researchers used the exposition and literature approach to outline the topic of this article. The findings of this study suggested that the portrait of Jesus' solidarity for the poor and marginalized people was that He embraced the left out, met their physical and spiritual needs, defended those who were discriminated and helped thoroughly. The act of solidarity shown by Jesus depicted that He shared their burden, felt how they felt, and sensed the suffering of the poor and other marginalized groups. The solidarity that Jesus became the role model for every servant of God, to follow and emulate what He did as God's partner in echoing the kingdom of God.]]>
