Abstract

In general, Indonesian people are more interested in becoming employees than entrepreneurs. Based on Google’s search engine, the popularity of employee as an occupation is shown at 81 in a scale of 1-100. There is increasing demand for employees who are able to perform many functions at work. As an educational institution with a focus on entrepreneurship, Ciputra University established a Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) guild. The increasing number of guild members indicates higher intrapreneurial intention, which is influenced by entrepreneurial orientation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the role of entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, which are Innovativeness, Need for Achievement, Networking, Proactiveness, and Risk Taking, on the intrapreneurial intention of Corporate Entrepreneurship students in Ciputra University. This research is a quantitative research with Multiple Linear Regression as analysis technique. The population of this study is the first and second generations of Corporate Entrepreneurship students with a sample of 118 respondents. Furthermore, questionnaire is used as a means to obtain research data. The outcome of this research indicates that Innovativeness, Need for Achievement, and Networking have significant effects on intrapreneurial intention. On the other hand, Proactiveness and Risk Taking have no significant effects on intrapreneurial intention.

Abstract

This Study purpose is to know whether Perceived Value from a digital banking applications can impacting E-Trust that leads to E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty. This research using survey method to collect data with questionnaire method to Bank Jago’s user with convenience sampling technique. In this research, Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is being used to running the data with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of this research is Perceived Value from Quality value, Social Value, and Emotional Value are positively impact on E-Trust, E-Trust positively impact on E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, and E-Satisfaction positively impact on E-Loyalty. Only Monetary value that is been part of Perceived Value is not positively impact on E-Trust.

Abstract

The study is carried out in order to re-confirm the hypothesis validity of the influence of work behaviour, achievement motivation, and working competency onto employees’ work performance, which had been proven formerly by other researchers, among others are Randall S. Schuler (1977), John A. Rubino (1997), J.J. Rodwell et.al. (1998), Musa Djamaludin (2008), Daniel H. Simon et.al. (2009), Amanda Shantz & Gary Latham (2011), Violet T. Ho et.al. (2011), Muhammad Ginanjar (2013), Milah Sopiana (2014), and Rury Riana Rahmah (2014). To do so, the writer of this article underwent a study on seventy respondents working for a vocational high school in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, called SMKN 1 Tarumajaya. Data collection is done through questionnaire to the target population and at the same time becomes its samples. The study employs quantitative approach, that is, data collected in numerical forms are examined and tested through statistical method of regression analysis. The study finds that an employee’s work behaviour, achievement motivation, and working competency has positive and significant influence onto his work performance. The study also concludes that an employee’s good work behaviour, high achievement motivation, and great working competency will improve and better his work performance.

Abstract

Accounting is the process of recording, grouping, presenting data, and recording financial-related transactions where accounting serves as a measuring tool for the results of economic activities to convey information to various parties including management, investors, creditors, and regulators to provide information regarding the financial position” (Soemarso, 1983) The purpose of this community service is to find out the constraints faced by micro-businesses in compiling accounting books and to design a simple accounting bookkeeping system model that can help and facilitate micro-business owners in making good and neat financial reports. The results obtained from this training activity are able to increase the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in making simple bookkeeping so as to increase motivation at work. The conclusion is that simple bookkeeping training received a positive response from business actors as well as gaining knowledge and skills regarding new insights in running their business through simple bookkeeping or financial records that are easy to apply. The implication is that through simple bookkeeping training, business actors in Tanjung Morawa, Bangun Rejo Village, are able to understand how to be a good entrepreneur through financial records.

Abstract

The job insecurity is the employees’ phobia during the Covid pandemic. The company adaptively regulates the employment status to anticipate the collapse through decreasing the number of employee. In this case, it automatically effects on the employees’ demotivation. This research quantitatively describe the effects of job insecurity on the employees’ motivation during the Pandemic. The data periodically collected from the employment contract using the quote-purposive sampling technique in services sector labor. The results, the mean value of employees’ motivation on the first and second six moth was decrease, its t and p values were t=25,591 and p= 0,000 (p<0,05). It means that the employment contract significantly demotivated during the year. The mean value of job insecurity was not significantly differentiate with the t value 3,700 and p= 0,062 (p>0,05). It statistically indicates that since the first six months until the second six months, the employees’ job insecurity was not different. It also can explanatively describes that the completed effect of job insecurity continuously demotivated on the employees’ motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of lecturer performance on student satisfaction at the Medicom Informatics and Computer Academy. In this study, there were two variables, including one independent variable, namely Lecturer Performance (X) and one dependent variable, namely Student Satisfaction (Y). This research was conducted on Medicom students, the number of samples in this study was 40 people. This type of quantitative research. And in this study intends to test the hypothesis in the hope of confirming or strengthening the assumptions that have been formulated which in turn can support the theory. Based on these assumptions, the type of research used includes Explanatory Research through associative research. Data collection techniques through literature study, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The calculation uses SPSS for windows version 17. The results of the hypothesis test show that lecturer performance has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with the tcount value of the Lecturer Performance variable being 2.755 while the ttable is 1.685. It was concluded that the lecturer's performance had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at the Medicom Informatics and Computer Academy.

Abstract

This study examines factors (Capital, Quality of Production Asset, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence & Growth, Cooperative Identity) that influence the health levels of Savings and Loans Cooperatives (KSP)/ Savings and Loans Unit (USP) Cooperatives in North Jakarta, Jakarta Indonesia. In North Jakarta, Health Assessment program for KSP and USP Cooperative existed and has been operational, and thus, they are qualified to carry out health assessment activities. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The Primary data is the respondent's answers concerning issues related to institutional, finance and management aspects. The Secondary data is data from KSP / USP annual report and data from related instances from the Departement of SMEs and Trade Cooperative of North Jakarta. The analysis technique used in descriptive analysis in order to determine the level of soundness of 30 KSP and USP Cooperatives in North Jakarta. The analysis showed that: 1) The overall level of health of KSP / USP Cooperative in North Jakarta on 30. KSP/USP cooperative sampled in this study, in terms of capital, quality of production asset, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence & growth, cooperative identity, an resulting into healthy and reasonably healthy status. 2) Simultaneously capital, productivity, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, Independence & growth, cooperative identity variables have significant effect on the soundness of the KSP / USP Cooperative in North Jakarta with a coefficient of determination (R2) = 99.6%. 3) Individually, capital, production, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence & growth, cooperative identity variables have positive and significant impact on the level of soundness of KSP / USP cooperatives in North Jakarta. 4) Finally, production, asset quality, liquidity, independence & growth are the dominant variables that affect the level of soundness of KSP / USP cooperativse in North Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the role and style of leadership in improving performance. Therefore, the leader has full duties and responsibilities in every organization he leads to improve the quality and competence of his followers. With an increase, it means that the challenges will be more severe along with the times. In this case, there are tasks, roles and leadership styles that can make the organization better and more advanced, but in reality it is still running as if the changes are stagnant or insignificant from year to year. This study uses a qualitative method with 15 key informants in the research area. The results of this study identify that exemplary who can set an example, understand the ability of followers and assign tasks to the right people can improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The Church is an Entity whose Purpose is Not to make a Profit. As a result, the Church's financial accountability is of paramount importance. Good Financial Accountability can be presented in accordance with the applicable General Accounting Standards. Financial Accounting Standards No. 35 (ISAK 35) is an Accounting Standard that discusses the Presentation of Financial Reporting for Non-Profit Entities. With the implementation of ISAK 35, users of financial statements can assess the financial performance of the church. This study aims for the Financial Statements of the Banua Niha Keriso Protestant Church (BNKP) in accordance with ISAK 35 where the resulting Financial Statements consist of Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements and Financial Statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the use of technology related to the teaching and learning process, which is the interaction of the academic community between lecturers and students. The application services used are from lectures to end-of-semester exams. This application is expected to facilitate the teaching-learning process or an effective lecture and can be done remotely. Nevertheless, using this application is difficult and less effective for students and lecturers who complain that the access process is very convoluted. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, where the academic community (lecturers and students) in each faculty at Hasanuddin University became research informants.
