Abstract

When a taxpayer complies with all of his or her tax obligations and uses all of their tax privileges, this is known as taxpayer compliance. Tax revenue increases with better taxpayer compliance; conversely, when taxpayer compliance is low, tax revenue and state treasury both decline. As a result, DJP introduced the M-Pajak application and E-Form system, one of the tax administration reforms, with the goal of facilitating taxpayer access to more individualized, quicker, and MSMEs-friendly income tax reporting. The purpose of this study is to determine whether MSMEs taxpayer compliance in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, is influenced by how simple M-Pajak and E-Form are to use. 35 MSME taxpayers made up the sample. The research methodology is quantitative, and descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression techniques are used for data analysis. According to the study's findings, M-Pajak and E-Form accessibility both partially and concurrently influence taxpayer compliance. This demonstrates that the simpler a DJP application or system is to use, the higher the rate of taxpayer compliance will be because it's simpler for taxpayers to comply with their tax responsibilities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing ecotourism in Sawarna tourism village based on community empowerment to improve the community's economy. The research objective is to determine the development of ecotourism in Sawarna tourism village based on community empowerment. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. There were two participants whose information was investigated by researchers, namely the Chairperson of the Nusantara Tourism Village, Banten Province as Secretary of the Sawarna Tourism Village and the head of the Pokdarwis of the Sawarna Tourism Village. The MOA model is based on theoretical perspectives from a variety of fields, including advertising, consumer behavior, tourism, public participation, and, most recently, event studies. The MOA model's key strength is that it can be applied to destinations with the goal of enabling or facilitating community participation. The MOA model, an already established theoretical framework in the field of tourism, and a desire to understand and document the factors that influence inclusive engagement within local communities inspired this paper. A tourism village built with the concept of community-based tourism is a step for the community to develop their potential to be able to manage their own tourism and make their village an independent village.

Abstract

Finding best practices in human resource management, especially in advancing global tourism, both services and goods, is an exciting topic, mainly when much scientific evidence has been investigated in various advanced provinces in the tourism industry. To obtain valid data to support this research question, we collect several publications which are scientific evidence in the field and analyze them using a phenomenological approach which includes, among others, in-depth data coding systems, in-depth evaluation, and data synthesis and interpretation to obtain valid findings to answer the research problem. We electronically scoured many literary data sources for our data. Next, we made a descriptive qualitative report, in which we looked at various points of view with findings including that the key to tourism success, as in several provinces in Indonesia, lies in the skills and excellence of government and private human resources in managing tourism to make their province the best tourist destination. Those are some reviews from various studies that are scientific evidence to answer this study question. Hopefully useful for further studies.

Abstract

This paper's research aimed to collect practical information concerning village financial management activities and methods for strengthening the accountability and sustainability of village government leadership. Several studies have been conducted to assess the efficacy and advantages of the Village Fund allocation budget. Only some studies, however, have looked at village financial management data management techniques that are responsible and sustainable for village government leadership. Methods for managing village money are adopted that adhere to the purposes and objectives of the village budget and improve the dignity of village-level leadership via efficient governance following existing legislation. Following the acquisition of various supporting documents, we evaluated them using a phenomenological technique, a tool we used to comprehend the phenomena of a Village-related problem. We can summarize the results, among others, that we get the function of village fund allocation intended for accelerating the development of village governance as well as an implementation strategy including accountability financial planning and a system of accountability for using these funds following the stages and policies determined by the central government and followed by adaptation to the interests of the local Village.
