Abstract Islamic finance is one sector that is experiencing rapid growth in the global financial industry. In its business activities, Islamic finance will certainly be faced with risks related to its function as an intermediary institution. Risk management is needed to handle, identify and manage risks that may occur. Risk management implemented at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan, including risk in Murabahah financing at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan. With a qualitative descriptive research model with a real phenomenon approach in the field, namely at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan. The results of the research discussing the application of risk management at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan include the risk management process for murabaha financing at BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan previously with the assistance process, namely by identifying the ability of members to return the financing. Then a risk measurement is carried out by identifying the form and value of the collateral submitted. Then handling risks, which is carried out by BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan, namely by rescheduling members who can still be fostered, and finally, by applying the principles of 5C analysis or (character, capacity, capital, collateral, economic condition).

This study aims to analyze factors that can improve employee performance with work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables at the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia, Banten Province. Given the importance of implementing motivation and job satisfaction for companies to further improve employee performance at the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach using 152 saturated samples of employees of the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia, Banten Province, which were collected through questionnaires and data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The results of the study show that work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both directly and mediated by work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior. Contributions to this research can be used for academic purposes and practical purposes which can be used as a guide for the leadership of the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia.

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the use of Instagram social media in the marketing strategy of the Marketing Department of Yogyakarta City Tourism Office. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this study was from the Instagram account @wisata.jogjakota which the Marketing Department of the Yogyakarta City Tourism Office manages. The analysis technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman analysis model which consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification. Instagram social media in the marketing strategy of the Tourism Marketing Department of Yogyakarta City show that technological developments in this era affect how people search for and share information. In an institution the importance of employee performance as a standard for an institution can be assessed as good. The performance appraisal that occurred at the Banten Class II Port Health Office has decreased due to various factors. The need to increase this performance needs to be seen its effect on several variables, namely recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation that can improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of recruitment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Class II Port Health Office Banten. Superiors in this study was to measure the effect of recruitment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Class II Banten Port Health OfficE. The research method is quantitative and uses a questionnaire with an ordinal scale of 1-10 points. Sampling technique with saturated sampling method of 70 samples. The research findings explain that there is an influence of recruitment, organizational culture and motivation on performance employees at the Banten Class II Port Health Office. To create an ideal school environment, it starts from how an educator conducts teaching in the classroom, especially in terms of techniques in making a good and loving communication space for students. Based on Abraham Maslow's theory, there are a variety of ideas that do fulfill the rules of psychological needs for humans including physiological needs and social needs. Which is where pshysiological is related to the needs that are identical to the bilogical needs of humans, food clothing shelter and welfare in their work environment, while social needs are basically social needs experienced by humans, the point here is how the social needs of educators can be met or not. This Research results that The magnitude of the influence is influenced by 62.5% of physiological needs and social needs and 37.6% of them are influenced by factors other than physiological needs and social needs. So it is very important for teachers to pay attention to their physiological and social needs before making decisions in the learning process.

This study intends to investigate how brand image, product quality, and price affect consumers' decisions to buy Garnier facial washing soap. Quantitative research is the method employed. Nonprobability sampling using accidental sampling methodology is the sampling technique, and the sample size is 100 persons. The general populace in South Cikarang who use Garnier facial cleanser makes up the study's sample. Version 25 of SPSS software was utilized in this investigation. The analytical approach utilized included the tests for normality, multiple regression, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The study's findings are as follows: Based on all of the aforementioned tests regarding the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, the sig results are greater than 0.05, specifically 0.157, and the t-count value is 1.426 with a t-table less than 1.660, indicating that this has a negative impact on brand image but is not significant to purchasing decisions. Based on all the tests that have been conducted above regarding the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions, it is clear from the study's findings that there is a significant positive influence on product quality and that the sig value of 0.001 is less than 0.05 and that the calculated t value is 3.557 with the t table 1.660. Based on all of the tests that have been run to determine the impact of price on purchasing decisions, it is clear from the findings of this study that there is a positive and significant impact of price on those decisions. The calculated t value is 5.720 with t table 1.660, and the sig value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy is one of the campuses that creates human resources in the field of tourism. This supports the Government's program to advance and develop the tourism industry that had been asleep. The satisfaction of students studying at the Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy will make this service business increasingly have a long life. This study used the help of SPSS as a data processor before drawing conclusions, with 35 students in semesters 4 and 6. The purpose of this study is to see whether the location of the campus and the services that have been provided by lecturers and employees have provided satisfaction to students. The method used in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to students. The results of the answers are measured on the lIkert scale. The results of the study obtained that student satisfaction was obtained from the location of the campus location that is easily accessible to the community and located in a place that is often traversed by public transportation. It can be seen that location affects student satisfaction by t count > T table (4,078>2,036) Service also affects student satisfaction, where bad or good service will certainly have a direct impact on student satisfaction. The result of this study is that the location of the Medan Hotel School Parwisata Academy campus affects student satisfaction. Likewise, service also affects student satisfaction which is shown t Calculate > t table 6.357 > 2.036. Tested with Test F which obtained the result F count > F table (118.303 >3.28). which means that the conclusion, location and service simultaneously affect student satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of visual content quality in marketing on impulse buying on TikTok Shop, mediated by copywriting. The study will employ a causal design approach as a statistical approach to test the constructs and hypotheses developed. The sample size for this study is 110 respondents across Bali who actively use TikTok Shop as their shopping platform. The research findings indicate that visual content quality in marketing does not have a direct significant effect on increasing impulse buying. However, copywriting effectively mediates the relationship between visual content quality in marketing and impulse buying. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of high-quality visual content, the role of copywriting, and their relationship with impulse buying. The implications and contributions of this research can help enhance understanding and marketing practices in the era of online social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.

This study explains the use of the BRImo digital application in meeting the needs of the community at PT BRI KC Watampone. The method used is qualitative research method. The type of research used is descriptive research. The results of the study are 1) In the procedure for using Mobile Banking, the use of services obtained by customers allows customers to access their bank accounts through the BRI Mobile Banking application on smartphones. In particular, mobile banking has a positive impact on banks, customers and cellular telephone operators. The positive impact for banks is to gain more customers and gain customer trust. For customers, getting more services from the bank because Mobile Banking will facilitate customers in conducting banking transactions; 2) Strategies to facilitate customer electronic transactions, namely increasing the number of users of the completeness of service products that are ready to offer strategic locations, friendliness and effectiveness of services and facilities that support consumer convenience make consumers and customers feel safe and comfortable and customers are more willing to try the products offered. The bank tries to promote its services and services both directly and indirectly; 3) BRI KC Watampone's communication strategy conducts direct acquisition using BRI KC Watampone employees and customers. All BRI employees are required to download BRImo and transact with BRImo. Marketers acquired BRImo products to core cooperation customers and existing customers. BRImo also acquires employees from agencies and / or companies that already have BRI KC Watampone as core cooperation customers of BRI KC Watampone.

The advancement in administration and goods makes every company develop its marketing system to follow the development of the organization. A showcase that deserves to be used as an attraction for advertisers is the Advertising Blend system, namely products, prices, areas, and promotions. Blend promotion is the core of an organization's marketing framework that must be able to influence interest in the products it produces. The motivation behind this study was to determine the Impact of Ad Mixes on Bread Buying Options in CV Khasanah Sari’s bread in Subang. This study uses quantitative methodology by utilizing important information obtained from the results of a poll circulated to 60 respondents of buyers CV Khasanah Sari’s in Subang. The information examination procedures used to answer exploratory speculation are legitimacy tests, dependency tests, old-style suspicion tests, and different straight relapse investigations. The results showed that value, area, and progress fundamentally influenced purchasing choices, whereas items did not at all influence purchasing choices for CVs. The fate of Sari Subang. Square's R value is 0.722 or 72.2%, and that implies that the Promotion Mix influences purchase choice, while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other variables not in this review. As in this study that all independent variables simultaneously influence the decision to purchase CV bread.
