Abstract

Teachers play a key role as the primary human resources in educational institutions, and they have a significant influence on the quality of education. High teacher performance directly contributes to the improvement of educational quality. Competent, dedicated, and continuously developing teachers can create a positive learning environment, motivate students, and achieve better academic achievements. The influence of school leadership and school culture on teacher performance is crucial. Through effective school leadership and a positive school culture, teacher performance can be enhanced, their motivation can be maintained, and student learning outcomes can be improved. This study aims to examine the significant influence of school leadership and school culture on teacher performance. The research population consists of 30 teachers from the Private High School Yayasan Perguruan Keluarga. Data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The data is processed using SPSS. The data is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis, including multiple linear regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients, F-test, and t-test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Teacher performance is positively and significantly influenced by school leadership and school culture, both simultaneously and partially, (2) there is moderately high correlation between school leadership, school culture, and teacher performance. The implication of this research indicates that school principals have a crucial role in creating an environment that facilitates good teacher performance. By considering the implications of this research, it is expected that schools can achieve an improvement in the quality of education through enhanced teacher performance.

Abstract

Business people certainly expect loyalty from their customers to the business they have. Convenience when carrying out activities in the store, be it for eating, shopping, or interacting, is a consideration for consumers to choose where they want to spend their time. Another aspect that is considered by consumers to make repeat transactions is cheap and affordable prices. The better the quality of service, the higher customer satisfaction will be achieved, which means that profits will also increase. This research uses Quantitative method. The measurement method used in this study is Accidental Sampling where the sample to be taken is 100 respondents. The data collection method is to conduct a literature study by collecting journal articles and books that are relevant to this research. In addition, it also provides a list of questions (questionnaire) related to the observed variables. The data analysis method in this study used statistical tools, namely SPSS software version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a partial effect on consumer loyalty with evidence that the t-count X1 is -0.068 <1.984 and the sign value is 0.946>0.05. Price has a partial effect on consumer loyalty with evidence that the t-count X2 is 2.291> 1.984 and the sign value is 0.024 <0.05. Service quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty with evidence that the t-count X3 is 7.366> 1.984 and the sign value is 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how brand image, lifestyle and price influence consumers' decisions to buy Voopo brand vape products. The type of research used is quantitative. The sampling method used was simple random sampling which amounted to 100 consumers of MAG Vape Store Karawang. Data analysis using SPSS version 25 by performing classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. Based on all the tests that have been conducted to determine the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 2.631 greater than t table 1.984, and a sig value of 0.01 smaller than 0.05. Based on all the tests that have been conducted to determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 2.999 greater than t table 1.984, and a sig value of 0.00 smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, regarding the effect of price on purchasing decisions, the sig result is greater than 0.05, which is 0.457 and the calculated t value of 0.747 is smaller than t table 1.660, so this shows that the price in this study has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions. And from the results of the F test it is known that simultaneously there is an influence of brand image, lifestyle and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the use of information technology and digital banking affects e-satisfaction through e-trust at PT. Bank Central Asia in Cikarang. This type of research is quantitative. Data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3 software. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to 170 respondents from PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA) in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. Based on all the tests that have been carried out, it shows that information technology has a weak effect of 0.128 or (12.8%) and is not significant on electronic satisfaction with P-Value (0.135 > 0.05), digital banking has a weak effect of 0.267 or (26.7%) but is significant on electronic satisfaction (Y) with P-Value (0.029 < 0.05), information technology moderated by electronic trust produces a negative value of (-0.149%) or (-14.9%) and is not significant with the P-Value (0.183 > 0.05 ) on electronic satisfaction and it can be explained that electronic trust does not moderate the influence relationship between information technology on electronic satisfaction (Y) P-Value (0.183 > 0.05). The last result is that digital banking is moderated by electronic trust that has an effect (0.132%) or 13.2% on electronic satisfaction and also cannot moderate the influence relationship between digital banking on electronic satisfaction with a P-Value (0.229 > 0.05), but electronic trust (Z ) care moderately (52.9%) partially to electronic satisfaction.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are several steps taken by consumers before deciding to buy a product. Purchase decisions are influenced by factors of income, price and product benefits. Therefore, business actors need to have an advantage compared to their competitors so that consumers can be interested in trying it and then make a decision to buy. The purpose of this research is to find out how product quality, brand image and price influence consumer decisions to buy Pixy lipsticks. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 100 Pixy lipstick consumers. For data collection includes observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature study. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. Based on the tests that have been carried out it is known that the three independent variables namely product quality, brand image and price are partially influential. positive and significant to the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. Suggestions from researchers are for companies to analyze good strategies related to selling prices, product quality, and maintaining the image of the brand they have.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication, and digital marketing on marketing performance. Conducted this research in Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. A population of 50 respondents. The analytical method used SPSS 15.00. This result rejects the proposed hypothesis, which is quite good. Consumer perceptions of product variety strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication and digital marketing at BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka are good. The results showed that all strategies carried out had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Premium pricing has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy via Facebook was carried out by the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School and to find out how the marketing strategy via Facebook influenced the increase in the number of students at the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive method in the form of revealing and re-describing events that occurred in the field. The incident that occurred was regarding the Marketing Strategy through Facebook social media which was carried out by the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study are very helpful to the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School in increasing the number of students through promotions carried out on Facebook media including having a positive impact so that it can make it easy to promote educational products to specific target markets with a relatively cheap advertising budget, while the negative impact is if do not have good analytical skills, it is likely to be a loss because every advertisement has to pay a fee, even though it is cheap, if you do not get maximum results, these costs will be wasted. In addition, advertising on Facebook must comply with predetermined conditions, such as the content does not contain negative elements and the text standard must be less than 20% if it is to be included in the banner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of marketing strategies in building brand equity in Bosowa cement companies. This research has important contributions in optimizing marketing strategies to build strong brand equity in Bosowa cement company. The contributions include increased competitive advantage, better business growth and additional value creation. In addition, this research also has urgency due to the competitive cement industry and the importance of brand equity in influencing consumer decisions. Because Semen Bosowa is still less competitive with other companies. The population in this discussion are entrepreneurs, contractors, and consumers or direct users of Bosowa Indonesia cement, and in this study researchers used 100 respondents. This research uses sem analysis techniques with smart pls tools. From the tests carried out, it was found that marketing strategies, in this case brand awareness and brand image, have a positive and significant influence on brand equity either directly or mediated by brand loyalty variables, so it can be concluded that marketing strategies have an important role in building brand equity in Bosowa cement companies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze work ethic, and integrity and supervise the performance of the service unit on outsourcing. This is quantitative research with the population in this study consisting of the security officers (Security Unit/Satpam) at PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa located in East Java with 45 personnels. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, which amounted to 45 respondents. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires (surveys) to the security personnel. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability tests. Analysis techniques used Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques. The results of the study show that work ethic have a significant positive impact on peformance, good integrity have a significant positive impact on peformance and control within the organization have a significant positive impact on performance.

Abstract

Sidenreng Rappang Regency is one of the tempe home industry production centres. This research aims to identify strategic factors, which are strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats, and then formulate and set priorities for the marketing development strategy of the tempe home industry in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was analysed using the help of the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices to answer strategic factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats, followed by a SWOT matrix analysis to formulate and set priorities for industrial marketing development strategies. Tempe home in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of the study show that internal and external factors are the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats in developing the marketing of the tofu industry, so several alternative strategies can be considered, including product diversification and market expansion strategies, strategies for increasing human resources and product innovation, strategies to strengthen differentiation and collaboration as well as strategies to increase competence and diversify sources of raw materials.
