Learning is a process of behavior change. In the process prone to saturation. This happened to students in class XI Science 3 SMA Negeri 3 Jember still experiencing high learning saturation. This is obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Many things can cause learning saturation, one of which is boredom that occurs over a long period of time and with a fairly high intensity, which is characterized by physical, mental, and emotional fatigue, as well as low self-esteem, which causes a person to feel distant from his environment. This study aims to reduce student learning saturation using individual counseling services. The type of research used is experimental design. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample method in the form of purposive sampling. After individual counseling services with the SFBC approach with the call question technique on besline 2 decreased. The results of the study on besline I showed a score of 153, which was included in the high category, with a range of 136-180, while after the service was provided on besline 2 the score was medium, with a range of 91-130, or low, with a range of 45-90 Keywords: Burnout learning;Individual Counseling;SFBC

Qana'ah is an important characteristic that overseas students must have in controlling consumer behavior. Overseas students with high Qana'ah traits will have low consumptive behavior. This research aims to determine the relationship between Qana'ah and consumer behavior among students from the Solo Raya area. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The number of samples in this research was 153 people based on a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The scale used consists of the qana'ah scale and consumer behavior. The analysis technique used is bivariate. The analysis results show the correlation value is -0.423** and sig. 0.000, then the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. This means that overseas students in Solo Raya have a negative relationship between qana'ah and consumer behavior. Keywords: Overseas Student; Consumptive Behavor; Qana’ah

Continuous shyness can be the main trigger for the formation of social anxiety that limits a person’s ability to interact and adapt in a social environment. The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between shyness and social anxiety of nomadic new students from outside Java. This research method is quantitatively correlational using the purposive sampling technique. The population in this study consisted of nomadic new students from oustside Java who attended universities around Solo Raya. The sample was 151 respondents. Psychological scale with Likert scale model consisting of Revised Cheek and Buss Shyness Scale (RCBS) and Social Anxiety Scale Adolescent. It means that among new students, nomads from outside Java have a positive relationship between shyness and social anxiety. Keywords: Shyness; Social Anxiety; Fresher

Adolescence is a phase where individuals have more ability demands than previous phases in behaving and acting towards themselves. Good assertiveness will form a positive self-concept. If the father's role is not found in instilling assertiveness, then teenagers tend not to be able to communicate well and this makes it difficult for them to resist bullying behavior. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and fatherless and assertiveness in adolescents who experience bullying. The population in this study was teenagers aged 13 – 18 years. This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using the theoretical assertiveness scale Alberti & Emmons (2017) which was adapted from (Asysyura & Rizal, 2020). The theoretical self-concept scale Berzonsky (1981) is an adaptation of the scale Hadziqoh et al., (2023) and the fatherless theory scale Smith et al., (2017) which is adapted from the scale (Zulkarnaini & Rahma Nio, 2023). Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of JASP 0.18.1 software. The results of the research show that the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.443 with (p<0.001), so it can be concluded that self-concept and fatherless have an influence on assertiveness of 44.3%. Discipline is the main key to success in success. Disciplined students will certainly achieve success in learning. However, the facts that occurred in the field or more precisely at Diponegoro Wuluhan Junior High School, showed that there were 7 students who were not disciplined in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between discipline and student learning outcomes. This study used a correlational type quantitative approach. With respondents 120 grade VII students out of 65 students taken overall using saturated samples. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Analyze the data using the coefficient formula by finding r Product Moment. The results showed that the calculated r value was 0.979 and the rtable value was 0.979 with the number N 65, which showed that the two variables correlated with a strong degree of relationship with the correlation form y. Thus the conclusion was obtained: There is a relationship between student learning discipline and student learning outcomes at SMP Diponegoro Wuluhan Keywords: Disciplines Learning; Result Learning

In the world of education, we often find a lot of student behavior that is not good, for example, their behavior often delays doing the assignments given by the teacher. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and academic procrastination in class VIII students of SMPN 50 Palembang. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between peer conformity and academic procrastination in class VIII students of SMPN 50 Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 250 students in grade VIII, of which 104 students in grade VIII were used as research samples. The sampling technique used in this study was to use the Isaac and Michael formula. The measuring instruments used in this study are the peer conformity scale and the academic procrastination scale. The results of the analysis of research data with the help of the SPSS version 20 for windows program, showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.879 coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.772, and a P value = 0.000 The results of the analysis obtained indicate a very significant relationship between peer conformity and academic procrastination in class VIII students of SMPN 50 Palembang by 77.2%.

This research aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement in field construction workers at PT Bumi Nusantara Indah, PALI Regency. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement in field construction workers at PT Bumi Nusantara Indah, PALI Regency. The population in the study was 150 field construction workers with a sample size of 105 field construction workers obtained through a random purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used are the psychological well-being scale and the work engagement scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research carried out, the correlation value between the psychological well-being variable and work engagement was obtained, namely with a value of R = 0.831 with a value of R Square = 0.691 and P = 0.000 where the value of p < 0.01. This shows that there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement of PT Bumi Nusantara Indah field construction workers.

Bullying is not a new thing that we encounter. However, in today's disruptive era, bullying behaviour is increasingly rampant and must get serious attention from various parties. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective the modelling method is in reducing student bullying behaviour at MTs Unggulan Nuris Jember. For this study, a quasi-experimental method was used, and a non-matched pre-test and post-test control group was designed. A total of 30 students who showed high category bullying behaviour were divided into two groups: 15 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group. The results showed that the posttest scores of the independent sample T-test were different between the experimental group and the control group. Furthermore, the Paired Sample T-Test was used to test whether the modelling technique succeeded in reducing bullying behaviour at MTs Unggulan Nuris Jember. The results showed that the modelling technique succeeded in reducing students' bullying behaviour. Keywords: Bullying, Modeling Technique

Choosing the level of education after completing junior high school is a crucial decision for grade IX students that will affect their future. However, many students feel confused or unsure. According to what happened at MTS Bustanul Ulum Panti, it shows that there are 5 students who have not been able to determine their further studies. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of group guidance on the selection of further studies. This study uses a quantitative approach to the One Group Pretest Posttest experimental study. The results showed that the average score before the intervention was 71.00, while the average score after the intervention was 96.00. The significance result (two-sided) yields a value of 0.000. If the calculated t-value exceeds the t-value of the table or the significance value is below 0.05, then an alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted which indicates an influence. On the other hand, if the calculated t-value is less than the t-value of the table or the significance value is greater than 0.05, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and has no effect. The null hypothesis was rejected because the significance value (two-sided) was less than 0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference in the mean results before and after. The most important aspect of career planning is a deep understanding of an individual's interests and talents. Knowing and understanding interests and talents can help individuals find appropriate advanced learning opportunities and jobs that match their interests and maximize their talents. When individuals pursue further studies or careers that suit their interests and talents, individuals tend to become more motivated, happier, and more productive in the process. Additionally, a better understanding of interests and talents can help individuals make better decisions regarding education and employment. Based on high school principles and the development problems of the younger generation, high school students are certainly required to be able to determine their education and career paths according to their interests and abilities, and here are several things that can be done to support this. Career guidancein schools corresponds to this phenomenon and represents classical guidance. The research we conducted was a qualitative library research method, which included searching, reading, understanding and analyzing various literature containing research findings related to the research carried out
