Abstract

KUR loans are designed for small and medium-sized businesses that are economically viable but are not yet eligible for traditional bank financing. Since 2008, the number of KUR in BRI Unit X has decreased sharply due to high credit arrears. This poses a lot of problems for people who depend on this unit for their livelihoods. This research uses research data collected from secondary sources such as bank data, which is then deepened by conducting interviews with selected debtors and tracing various relevant literature sources. Data analysis includes qualitative and quantitative analysis. This study seeks to identify the factors that contribute to the successful completion and return of KUR. The study found that various business factors such as turnover, net profit, type of business, proposed credit, and collateral value all had a significant effect on the likelihood of success of the KUR. There are several factors that can affect the repayment rate of the KUR loan, such as the gender of the borrower, the level of education, the repayment term, and the monthly installment payment. and credit interest.

Abstract

Children's rights must be upheld and implemented in all nations that have established conventions on the rights of the child. This includes taking all necessary legislative and other measures. This is because only a child can determine whether a decision or policy will be applied to him or her, it must be prioritized for the best interests of the child, one of which is by implementing the settlement of a child's case in conflict with the law, a child should not be convicted, but they must given protection and assistance. The purpose of this study is to find out how the principle of the best interests of children is regulated in the SPPA Law. The method used is normative juridical. The study found that cases involving children must be resolved according to the juvenile criminal justice system through diversion which must be pursued at every stage of the criminal justice system. This is important for the fulfillment of the child's future and the opportunity to become a productive and responsible individual. Children need to be protected through the principle of the best interests of the child. According to the principle of the best interests of the child, all decisions regarding the child, including those made by parents, society and the government, must be made with the best interests of the child in mind.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress strategies in online learning. This research used quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample was 50 students. The results showed that a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and coping strategies, this was shown by a product moment correlation value of 0.816 with a significance level of 0.00. The results showed that the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress strategies was in the moderate category.

Abstract

Teenagers who are the next generation need to get special attention in terms of religious coaching, empowerment and organizational introduction. The reality in society shows that the current religious conditions of Jakarta teenagers are very tough challenges so that special attention is needed to the school family environment and the community. This research uses a Qualitative research approach with an analytical descriptive method with the aim of knowing the process of religious development of Jakarta adolescents at the Al-Awfiya Islamic Studies Institute, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for Jakarta adolescent religious development at the Al-Awfiya Islamic Studies Institute, and to determine the impact of religious coaching on the religious behavior of Jakarta adolescents at LSI Al-Awfiya. The primary data of this research was obtained directly from the administrators and members of the Al-Awfiya Institute of Islamic Studies which was carried out through interviews, observations while secondary data was obtained through literature in the form of books, scientific papers and online media. The research site took place in the secretariat and study panel of the Al-Awfiya Institute of Islamic Studies. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of this study show that the jakarta adolescent religious development process at the Al-Awfiya Islamic Studies Institute combines traditional and modern curriculum approaches, supporting factors for Jakarta adolescent religious development at the Al-Awfiya Islamic Studies Institute are the infrastructure owned by LSI Al-Awfiya, the attention of local residents and government officials, a network of cooperation that is well established between LSI Al-Awfiya and Educational Institutions and various communities in the community. while the inhibiting factors are the limitations of educators, sources of financing, and the limitations of experts who master technology.

Abstract

The modern market is growing and changing very quickly. The emergence of various types of non-traditional markets can increase competition between the regular market and the contemporary market. The increasing popularity of modern shopping places compared to traditional markets is supported by changes in people's behavior. Each market must have its own charm to attract visitors. The purpose of this study is to find out how market attractiveness affects consumer preferences. The results of the analysis show that Traditional Markets are attractive for several reasons, including the variety of goods, prices of goods, and public facilities. Giant Superdome is also interesting, because of the convenience factor, variety of goods, price of goods, physical condition of the market, and market facilities. Both markets are mostly accessible by road, however the island of roads separating the lanes makes them less accessible, especially for consumers on the other side of the market. It can be concluded from the analysis of several articles that there is a relationship between market attractiveness and consumer preferences, with modern markets being preferred over traditional markets

Abstract

The problem formulated from this writing is therelationship between organizational communication and organizational culture to the performance of employees of a company both jointly and partially and which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance.   This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires. This is in accordance with the research method used. In addition, the use of questionnaires is based on the consideration that respondents have an adequate level of education to be able to fill out the submitted questionnaires and in this study the data to be collected has been standardized. While the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.789. This means that organizational communication variables and organizational culture can explain the performance variable (Y) by 78.9%, while the remaining 21.1% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.  Based on the table of calculated F values of 22.331 using a 2-sided test ? = 5%= 0.05 then from the distribution table F a value of 3.350 was obtained. By comparing the value of F count and F  of the table then F count (22.331) > F of the table (3.350), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between free variables and bound variables.The partial s is obtained  the communication variable (X1) has a calculated t value  of (2.494) sig 0.019 > the table t value  (1.703) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of partial communication variables on employee performance.  And from partial testing the organizational culture variable (X2) has a calculated t value  of (5.625) sig 0.000 > the table t value  (1.703) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of partial Organizational Culture variables on employee performance.  And this also shows that the variable of organizational culture is more dominant in influencing employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the implementation and improvement of the quality of education through self-evaluation of madrasahs and electronic- work plans and budgets in MAN 2 Sragen. This research uses a qualitative method where all information obtained from observations and interviews is described in the form of written narratives as findings in the field. The implementation of EDM and e-RKAM is carried out by evaluating the madrasah itself through an internal quality audit by looking at and adjusting to the madrasah quality audit instrument system. The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of EDM and e-RKAM in MAN 2 Sragen has been implemented properly and organized. The preparation of e-RKAM is prioritized based on the results of recommendations from the EDM that have been implemented by the madrasah quality assurance team. There are obstacles in the implementation of implementation, namely (a) Limited human resources, (b) short time, (c) changing EDM systems and instruments. Supporting factors are (a) support from the Ministry of Religion of Sragen Regency and the Central Java region, (b) coordination between leaders, (c) communication and a sense of family between school residents. The benefits of EDM implementation are to find out the extent of the weaknesses and advantages of madrasah performance, the strengths of madrasahs and the quality of madrasahs that will be integrated for the preparation of e-RKAM to match the actual conditions.

Abstract

The development of knowledge and technology has encouraged various large companies in Indonesia to compete with each other to advance their companies. PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, a unit of Sea World Ancol North Jakarta, has implemented an electoral procurement system as an application that realizes good governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the E-Procurement system at PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Unit Sea World North Jakarta. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Unit Sea World has a fairly good procurement administration procedure, with the principles of effective, efficient, competitive, transparent, fair and accountable. Electronic procurement is a web-based application system that carries out the process of all procurement of goods by utilizing the internet, by direct appointment and auction methods. The document process used by PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol unit of Sea World Ancol North Jakarta, on the document for the implementation of procurement of goods includes a Bill of Quantity (BQ), a draft work agreement or contract, a Letter of Order (SP), a Report on Receipt of Goods (LPB), and a Minutes (BA) which are carried out regularly and archived properly. In the process of procurement of goods with an e-procurement system does not always run well, there are obstacles that occur during the implementation of procurement, namely from considering prices, not explaining complete specifications of goods, and applying the e-procurement system

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify strategies and steps for increasing public awareness of the Deposit Insurance Corporation program. The qualitative approach was used in this study. The Simple Random Sampling technique was used in this study, which had 150 respondents. Data was gathered using observation, visual analysis, literature review, and interviews. According to the study's findings: 1. Many people are still unaware of and misunderstand the Deposit Insurance Corporation's programs, duties, functions, and authorities (LPS). 2. The public can learn more about the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee programs by visiting the website and social media, or by visiting the nearest bank. Inquire directly with the LPS office or regional representative about clarification of information. Furthermore, through the socialization of activities both in person and online, 3. Public literacy steps and strategies for the IDIC guarantee program include: a) intensive program socialization to the community, both offline and online, in the form of seminars, workshops, webinars, and so on. b) The significance of involving members of the community (universities, Ormas, NGOs), as well as stakeholders from banking and non-financial financial institutions. (c) LPS takes the ball and walks straight to the center of the community gathering point to introduce the institution. d) Social media optimization for LPS across multiple platforms. e) Increase public trust by outperforming LPS performance standards. f) Creating user-friendly digital applications for the general public. g) Creating poster flyers to be distributed at the offices of banking and non-banking financial institutions
