Abstract

This research is based on Joko Widodo's communication style which is slightly different in his approach to political communication. As a political actor, Joko Widodo is able to mingle with various levels of society, from the people, religious leaders, to political institutions such as the DPR. The phenomenon in this study uses an interpretive paradigm to conduct a more in-depth study and analysis of Jokowi's political communication style. In order for the study to be more extensive and in-depth in revealing the phenomenon of Jokowi's political communication style, a qualitative approach is used. The purpose of this research study is as a means to answer the following research questions: 1) Knowing that political communication and Jokowi's persuasion as a political communicator is implemented in reducing political noise. 2) Knowing the characteristics of Jokowi's political communication style 3) Knowing the implementation and influence of Jokowi's political communication style in the harmonization of relations between the President and the DPR and NU Organizations 4) Knowing the findings of the uniqueness of Jokowi's political communication style as a new tradition in Indonesian politics. As for some research findings in examining the phenomenon of Jokowi's Political Communication Style, the researcher reveals that Jokowi's political communication style is populist, not long-winded, as it is. Jokowi likes to work a lot rather than talk too much. Jokowi uses a commoner style of communication and serves or what is called servant leadership because Jokowi's background comes from a simple family. With this communication style, Jokowi has given a sense of optimism and received a warm welcome by most of the Indonesian people so that he can unite the diversity that exists in the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

This research used survey method data on the number of tourists, the number of star fruit sales, the number of processed star fruit sales per month from May 2019 to April 2021. The sample used 24 observations. The sampling technique used Convinience Sample. The results of the research found that 1) the development of the number of star fruit agro-tourism tourists in May 2019 to April 2021 is negative, (2) The development of star fruit sales from May 2019 to April 2021 fluctuates with a value of IDR 39,320,000, and the weight sold is 3,932 kilograms, (3) Development of fruit juice minus growth with an average of -6.23% per month. The growth of star fruit dodol sales was in a minus growt condition with an average of -14.7% per month. The development of starfruit fruit sales is in minus growt conditions with an average of -8.7% per month, (4) The constraints faced in the development of starfruit agro-tourism :Pokdarwis are still oriented towards economic development local community of Dempel Village and have not prioritized outside investors to participate, (5) Overcoming the obstacles encountered in developing the Carambola Agro Tourism in conducting socialization to the people of Dempel Village. (6) Strategy to develop Star Fruit Agro Tourism includes 3 things: Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Dempel Village as the subject of development, Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Dempel Village plays a role as a mobilizer in creating a conducive environment and Tourism Group (Pokdarwis) Desa Dempel embodies Sapta Pesona in the community.

Abstract

Marketing a product and/or service requires a strategy to be able to competen. Viral marketing is one of the leading strategies in the current era of technological advancement. Viral Marketing Strategy is able to introduce products and/or services to everyone without being limited by distance. Social media can be used as a means of implementing a Viral Marketing strategy. The aim of this paper to find out the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention and buying decision, effect of purchase intention on buying decision. This research is an explanatoru research. The sample includes 200 respondens from the number of indicators multiplied by 5. This study was a quantitative approarch and daya were analyzed using Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS. The results showed a positif and significant effect of purchase intention and buying dicision and purchase dicision positif and significant effect of buying decision.

Abstract

Speech acts are actions that involve parties who can interact well, which results in actions that can affect the interlocutor. Nowadays, various information, works, and ideas can be seen on social media. Social media is a place for users to interact socially, share, communicate, and work. It certainly allows a user to communicate with idols such as singers, actresses, writers, and comedians. Jerome Polin has 6.9 million followers on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of locutionary and illocutionary speech acts and their functions on the Jerome Polin Instagram account. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this study is the caption on Jerome Polin's Instagram account in December to April. The data collection technique was carried out by the documentation method. The results of the study found 121 data which are locutionary speech acts and 87 data which are illocutionary speech acts. Locutionary and illocutionary speech acts are used as a place to show what the speaker wants to share with his followers on Instagram, starting from informing, telling, being grateful, thanking, happy, sad, ordering, asking, and offering. This research is expected to develop the field of pragmatics and the public can understand the meaning of locutionary and illocutionary speech acts that will be useful in life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of musyarokah financing and murabahah financing on profitability as measured by return on assets at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data analysis tools using multiple regression, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing which includes simultaneous significance test (f test) and t test. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.179 or 17.9%. This figure illustrates that the percentage contribution of the influence of musyarokah financing and murabahah financing to the Return on assets variable is 17.9%. Meanwhile, the t-test results show that the significant value of the Musyarokah financing and murabahah financing variables are 0.699 and 0.960, respectively, which is greater than the limit of the significance value of 0.05. This indicates that the Musyarokah financing variable has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously shows that the significance value is 0.821. because the significance value of 0.0821 is greater than the limit of the significance value of 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously or jointly the musyarokah financing variable with murabahah financing has no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product and customer value on purchasing decisions of Aqua brand gallon mineral water, either partially or simultaneously. Primary data were collected from the community in RT.03 RW.02 Kelurahan Pasir Putih, Sawangan District, Depok, West Java which has 105 families, because in this study it was a product of gallons of drinking water commonly used in families, so this study was the object of this research. The research is a representative of one family who is willing to be interviewed and fill out a questionnaire, determining the sample using the Slovin formula, so that only 85 respondents were selected. The collected data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that the product and customer value partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, product and customer value together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is a School Action Research conducted by PAUD Supervisors in the Kelapa Gading Jakrta Utara District. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of improving the Pedagogic Competence of Educators and Principals in the Implementation of Curriculum 13. In this study using survey techniques. The research was conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and reflection which were carried out in at least two cycles. In the preparation stage, a scenario of activities, schedules, times, places and other supporting facilities such as observation sheets, and questionnaires is made. From the results of the study, data obtained from the research results in this school action research activity carried out in 2 cycles, that the academic supervision carried out by the principal assisted by the ECCE Supervisor for 5 teachers who did not have a teacher education background, succeeded in increasing their pedagogical competence in compiling Learning Planning in improving the implementation of Curriculum 13. Pedagogic abilities can be carried out regularly so that ECCE teachers can continue to improve the teaching abilities of students creatively and innovatively and can also be carried out on all teachers in rotation and concern all aspects of teacher abilities and competencies as required in Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine students' reading skills in English lessons which are influenced by students' perceptions of existing learning facilities and teacher competencies. The influence of students' perceptions of learning facilities with Teacher competencies together can improve students' Reading Skills. This research is also to determine the influence of students' perceptions of Learning Facilities and to determine the influence of Vocabulary Mastery on Reading Skills. The research method used is Experimental research. The study sample consisted of 30 students of English Class A as an experimental class for Audio Learning Styles and Visual Learning Styles, while English Class B consisted of 30 students as a Control class for High Vocabulary and Low Vocabulary. Data collection was obtained by conducting learning outcome tests, data analysis was obtained by applying descriptive analysis and statistical analysis with 2-way Anova.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research, with a case study approach. The population and samples in this study are boutique owners, employees, customers by means of interviews and documentation focused on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to make a SWOT analysis as the basis for the Boutique's business development strategy. Based on the results of the IFAS matrix with a score of 3.05 and the EFAS matrix of 2.93, it is known that the position of the boutique in the IE matrix is in quadrant IV, namely growth and build. The most appropriate strategy used by this boutique is an intensive strategy (market penetration and product development). Alternative strategies generated in the SWOT matrix are obtained by applying intensive strategies. There are 10 alternative strategies that can be applied by Salimah Boutique based on SWOT matrix analysis, namely: maintaining quality and elegant products according to Islamic law (SO1), maintaining customer or reseller loyalty (SO2), utilizing technology to improve marketing (SO3), increasing online promotion (WO1), recruiting new employees to manage products sold online (WO2), improving product quality and making different products (ST1), maintaining the tastes that customers want (ST2), increasing promotion through integrated social media in all marketplaces (WT1), improving the quality of employees (WT2), seeking additional capital or investors (WT3).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning outcomes of students in class X in basic accounting subjects at Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School. The population of this study were students of class X majoring in Accounting and Institutional Finance (AKL) with a total of 80 students. The number of samples taken as many as 80 students by using a sampling technique that is total sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. The results obtained are correlation coefficient of 0.462, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination is 21.34% which means that the teacher's pedagogic competence contributes to learning outcomes by 21.34%, while the remaining 78.66% is the contribution of other factors, such as social competence, personality competence and professional competence. The results obtained from testing the hypothesis that the value of tarithmetic > ttable is 4.600 > 1.665. This proves that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning outcomes of students of class X basic accounting subjects at Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School.
