Abstract

This study purpose of analyze and test the variables of job training, work ability, and work discipline on the quality of work life in the company. This study has a population and a sample of 53 obtained from PT. Sansan Saudaratex Jaya 8. This study used a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS version 28 program. These data were obtained from primary sources, namely by distributing questionnaires that were created using Google from and distributed online. After obtaining these data, they were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. To find out the results of the hypothesis in this study, the hypothesis was tested using the t test, f test and also the coefficient of determination (R2). After the data processed in this research, job training has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of work life. Work ability has a non-positive and insignificant relationship with the quality of work life. Work discipline has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of work life. And the last job training, work ability and work discipline shows the results that have a positive and significant relationship simultaneously to the quality of work life at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and reward on the performance of employees of PT. Wika Cilacap Region. The meth-od used in this research is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from a question-naire with 51 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Then the data were ana-lyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simul-taneous), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that communi-cation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, reward had a posi-tive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication, motivation and simultaneous rewards had a positive and significant effect on performance. em-ployee. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Omnibus Law’s approval on the Indonesian capital market’s reaction. The population used in this study is Kompas100 Index stock, the sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with saturated samples. Data were taken using the documentation technique by amazing and evaluating historical data from various sources. The results of this study stating approval of the Omnibus Law do not have a positive and significant effect on abnormal return and security return variability, while approval of the Omnibus Law had a positive and significant on the trading volume activity. The findings can imply the imvestor on their decision by contemplating the information on the stock market. Abstract

The implementation of procedures in dealing with dangerous goods in accordance with the existing rules in Security Check Point (SCP) 1 is one of the first steps in improving security at the airport, considering the increasingly diverse ways to commit crimes found at the airport related to the inspection of passengers and luggage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of hazardous goods handling procedures at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 and to find out the constraints of Aviation Security officers in handling dangerous goods at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang International Airport. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observations, structured interviews, and documentation collected from related sources and when the author goes down the field. The results of this study show that the implementation of hazardous goods handling procedures at Security Check Point (SCP) 1 has been implemented in accordance with the rules or Standard Operating Procedures by Aviation Security personnel of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport. This application is not only done when there are instructions from the x-ray operator but can also be applied if it looks suspicious passenger movements. In addition, there are also obstacles, namely differences of opinion with passengers who are arrogant and do not understand the regulations regarding luggage inspection which belongs to the category of dangerous goods or prohibited items and facilities that are suddenly error or not primed when used or run during the inspection time. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of free cash flow and firm size on firm value. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017-2019. The sampling technique used an objective sampling method. The total sample satisfying the criteria was 54 companies, and SPSS statistical application was used as the analysis method. The independent variables in this study are free cash flow and firm size. The dependent variable in this study is the enterprise value calculated using Tobin's Q method. The results of this study show that free cash flow has a negative effect on corporate value. Firm size has a positive effect on firm value. Keywords: free cash flow, company size, company value

Abstract

In this study has the aim of obtaining information about the effect of products and prices on consumer buying interest simultaneously and partially. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is using a sample with probability sampling technique and the technique in collecting data is using a questionnaire on google form. The measurement scale in this study is the Likert scale 5-1. In addition, when analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Respondents in this study found 100 consumers of CV Pesona Elok Wiyung Surabaya (MS Glow by Elok Nabila Official Central Distributor). The results obtained in this research indicate that partially there is a significant influence on the independent variables of this research, namely Product and Price on consumer buying interest. In addition, at the same time, it was found that there was a significant effect on all variables on consumer buying interest at CV Pesona Elok Wiyung Surabaya (MS Glow by Elok Nabila, Central Authorized Distributor). Abstract

This Study aims to analyze how service quality affect repurchase interest of the customers Lion Air Airlines in Yogyakarta International Airport. The Population of this research is customers who already repurchase more than twice of Lion Air Airlines in Yogyakarta International Airport. The Sample is 60 respondents. The Data of this Study were collected with online questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The Result of this study concluded that quality service does have an affected on re-purchasing interest, and included how much affect quality service on re-purchase interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation and work stress simultaneously on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (2) To find out and partially analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (4) To find out and partially analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was drawn using the saturated sampling method totaling 35 people taken from the entire population of employees of CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, Fcount, namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work motivation and work stress have a significant influence on the performance of CV Sweet Seventeen employees. The results of Tcount for the work environment variable H0 are accepted and H1 are rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is an insignificant positive effect on employee performance. The results of Tcount work motivation variable H0 are rejected and H1 are accepted, so it can be concluded that partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Tcount work stress variable H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant effect on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of advertising, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during the pandemic (2) the effect of advertising on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during the pandemic (3) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during a pandemic (4) the effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee during a pandemic. This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method from a total of 100 people taken from the Shopee user population in the Gresik area. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, Fcount is rejected, namely H0, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the independent variables Advertising, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty at Shopee E. -Trade. Users during a Pandemic in the Gresik Region. The results of Tcount Ads H0 are accepted and H1 are rejected, this means that advertisements have no significant effect partially on customer loyalty. The results of Tcount Quality of Service H0 are rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that service quality has a partially significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, work involvement, and affective commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Bhakti Astawira Sejahtera, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Organizational Climate, Work Involvement, and Affective Commitment together or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
