Abstract

The background of the problem regarding the learning methods applied at MTs Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau is that there is a conventional method by way of question and answer, giving assignments that are not effective,. Learning and teaching activities at MTs Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak have not implemented a cooperative learning model (Cooperative Learning), so that learning and teaching activities run monotonously. Methods of collecting data by means of observation, cognitive scale, and interviews. This data analysis technique goes through statistical stages in the form of Prerequisite Test, Data Linearity Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the work-based learning model cooperative learning is very suitable to be applied to Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects because in these learning activities by applying the Work-Based Learning model cooperative method students are actively involved, namely being active in asking questions, giving opinions, ideas and ideas so that students are not only objects of learning but students act as subjects of learning. There is an increase in the ability to translate the verses of the Qur'an Hadith based on the observation sheet obtained the percentage of student responses to cooperative learning obtained as much as 76.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model for class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out how to improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. Learning outcomes are something that cannot be separated from learning. Based on the observation activities that have been carried out, the background of this research is that students are less active in the learning process, students are less confident in expressing opinions, students are more focused on their own activities when listening to the explanation given by the teacher, so this has an impact on student learning outcomes in Fiqh lessons is still low, in class VIII students, totaling 32 students at MTs Teladan Gebang, it is known that the learning process is less than optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model to improve student learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes. Class VIII Fiqh subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The type of research used is classroom action research with the design used is pretest and posttest. This research was conducted in class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang. Data collection techniques used observations, tests and interviews, then analyzed using hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score obtained by class VIII at MTs Teladan Gebang in the Pre Test was 58 with 7 students' completeness (21.87). %). In Cycle I, the average student score was 71.34 with a completeness of 20 students (62.5%). In Cycle II the average score of students is 85 with student completeness as many as 32 people (87.5%). This proves that there is a significant effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes for Fiqh Class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang..

Abstract

Efforts to Improve Analytical Ability Through Cooperative Learning Model Type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) in Fiqh Subjects for Class VIII MTs Nurul Huda.The background of this research is that based on the identification carried out by the researchers at the research location, namely: the Fiqh learning process in the classroom still uses the classical method where learning is centered on the teacher, so that learning at MTs Nurul Huda on Fiqh subjects is one-way, more teacher-centered so that students become passive. The objectives of this research are: To determine the analytical ability in fiqh subjects in class VIII MTs Nurul Huda before and after using the Cooperative Learning Model Type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). This research was conducted in the form of classroom action research. According to the type of research chosen, namely classroom action research, this research uses an action research model in the form of a spiral and from one cycle to the next. The results of this study are: Increasing student learning outcomes using the Cooperative Learning Model Type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) is also seen from the increase in the average percentage of each indicator of analytical ability from cycle I to cycle II, which is as follows from the results of research on learning cycle II This shows an increase in results compared to the improvement in previous learning (cycle I). The average classical completeness is 87.5% so that classical completeness has been achieved because the completeness is more than 80%..

Abstract

The strategy adopted by the principal is the most decisive factor in the success of quality improvement at SDN 066043, Medan Helvetia District, Medan. The purpose of this study is to describe the principal's strategy of planning, implementing, monitoring and constraining. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation Study. The research subjects were the Committee, Principal, Teachers and Students. The results showed: 1) Principal's strategy in planning to improve the quality of learning is to invite all school members and cooperate with committees, teachers and the community in order to improve the quality of education in schools 2) Principal's strategy in implementing improving the quality of learning is that teachers who Caring for all fields of study is already a professional path. 3) The principal's strategy in controlling quality improvement is that supervision is carried out in every aspect that is considered related to improving the quality of learning in schools. 4) The principal's strategy in terms of quality improvement barriers are: principals find it difficult to allocate time in improving the quality of learning in schools, then cannot control all activities to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Research is not a strange thing anymore for students who are taking the final semester, where one of the requirements for them to graduate is to complete a final project in the form of a research, as well as lecturers in the tridharma of higher education besides teaching is research, so this research has become a habit. However, many of the research results are not qualified, they only fulfill an obligation, so the purpose of this research is how to make quality research so that it is useful for many people. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a literature study approach where the authors collect data, study, and analyze the literature published by books, journals, and magazine articles so as to obtain accurate and in-depth data about the characteristics of quality research. The results of this research are the characteristics of quality research, first of all, the problem must be clear and it really becomes a problem and needs an immediate solution or solution and Focus so that in collecting data it is true that the data can later be used in solving the problems that we examine, with The formulation of the problem and research objectives are correct and clear, so that the researcher will be more focused, efficient and effective. Second, the research objectives are related to things that are expected to be achieved through conducting research or presenting the results to be achieved after the research is completed. by kar Therefore, the formulation of research objectives must be consistent with the formulation of the problem and must reflect the research process. Third, it must be careful, so that later the research is truly valid according to the data and facts in the field. Fourth, the report is complete and systematic. In making the report, it must be complete with supporting data, namely: both primary data and secondary data, supporting theories must be clearly stated, and reports must be systematically arranged from the beginning to the end of the fifth must be precise in analyzing the data and the tools used must be in accordance with the data we will analyze the six conclusions and Suggestions must come from sources, namely the data we find in the field, not from personal opinions. Abstract

Remaja merupakan asset penting bagi bangsa dan negara karena mereka yang kelak akan berkontribusi dalam memajukan bangsa Indonesia, oleh karena itu demi mencetak remaja remaja unggulan yang memiliki soft skill dan akhlak yang baik harus melalui sebuah Pendidikan baik itu pendidikan formal, non-formal, maupun in-formal. Mengacu pada undang undang No.20 tahun 2003 tentang sistem Pendidikan nasional fungsi pendidikan yaitu Pasal 3 yang menyatakan bahwa’’Pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradapan bangsa yang bermatabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa,bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, Berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Namun banyak dari kalangan anak muda atau pelajar dijaman sekarang yang mengalami kemerosotan akhlak atau kenakalan di kalangan remaja. Dalam surat kabar dan berita televisi sering kali kita mendengar tentang perkelahian pelajar, penyebaran narkotika, minum minuman keras, meningkatnya kasus-kasus kehamilan dikalangan remaja putri dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian payung dari induk penelitian milik Dr. Muhyani, M.Psi.T. yang meneliti terkait soft skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan anatara Akhlak dengan Soft Skill siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis korelasi antara variabel x dan y yang telah di lakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Bogor terkait “Hubungan Antara Akhlak dengan Soft Skill siswa” Memperoleh skor sebesar .822**. Artinya besar korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel Akhlak dan Soft Skill ialah sebesar 0,822 atau sangat kuat karena mendekati angka 1.

Abstract

Fun learning is a method of learning that uses a basic needs-based approach for lower-class students. Fun learning is needed especially for lower-class students who have characteristics: a lot of moving, requiring a lot of teacher attention and a lot of introducing new things for students with a tendency to a limited level of concentration of lower grade students. This fun learning is an urgent need in this modern era. Therefore, this study aims to explain the concept of fun learning, especially for elementary school students (grades 1-3) elementary school level. The methodology used in this research uses a type of qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach. The results showed that the concept of learning fun for elementary school lower class students should be based on the needs of lower-class students who prioritize motor movement over cognitive, explain the material in a visual way rather than auditory, involve students in the learning process (two-way learning rather than one-way), and include elements of games in learning.

Abstract

Minimum Service Standard (MSS) for the implementation of elementary and secondary education schools is a technical specification as a benchmark of minimum services that must be done by the district / city government in organizing schooling activities in the field of primary and secondary education.A measure of the success of the performance of the national education system is the guarantee of education accountability, one of the indicators is the enactment of an effective quality assurance management system in education to protect the community. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The influence of the leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.2) Influence of teacher performance on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.The method used in this study is quanttif, with the data analysis technique using inferential descriptive statics. The results of the study showed that the principal's leadership variable (X1) directly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school SPM in Sukabumi City by 4.5%, and indirectly (through teacher performance) by 1.6%.While the influence of teacher performance (X2) on the effectiveness of junior high school implementation in Sukabumi City by 15.4%.Therefore, it can be concluded that 1) There is an influence between the leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school in Sukabumi City.2) There is an influence between the performance of teachers on the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school in Sukabumi City.3) There is the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher performance together on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Since Indonesia announced that it had been exposed to COVID-19 on March 16, 2020, all forms of activities that trigger social activities were freely dismissed with various Social Distancing, Physical Distancing, and PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) policies. Many sectors are affected by this policy, including the education sector. The Minister of Education and Culture who established online learning (on the network) with an emergency curriculum that he published made learning a little different from usual. There is no face-to-face in the classroom directly and learning is transformed by distance learning that works with parents at home in active communication. The continuity of this learning depends on the teacher providing the material in its implementation, assisted and monitored by the parents of each student. By using whatsapp group media in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is one of the efforts made by teachers in seeking an effective and fun learning. MI Al-Fadliliyah Darussalam continues to strive and is committed to optimally implementing online learning, the teacher's role is very important in the KBM it carries out. The use of whatsapp group media is the most popular media to facilitate long-distance communication, therefore online learning uses this media more often, because it is easier and better known in the community, especially parents. However, of course not only using whatsapp group media is not the end of the online learning solution. Abstract

Organizational culture is a set of assumptions or belief systems, values, and norms developed within the organization that are used as guidelines for employees to act in overcoming various problems and become a differentiator between one organization and another. Every company will certainly expect a good performance from each of its employees as a benchmark for the achievements obtained. A good organizational culture will certainly bring the company to the expected conditions. This study aims to determine the close relationship between organizational culture and the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch by using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires to 65 respondents. The data analysis method used is the product moment correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of research using the product moment correlation coefficient, the result is rs = 0.822, meaning that organizational culture with the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch has a very strong relationship, the coefficient of determination on organizational culture is 67.56% which shows the magnitude of the contribution of variables organizational culture on employee performance variables. While the remaining 32.44% is influenced by other factors that are not measured. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained tcount > ttable with a value of 11,456 > 1.6694 then accept Ha reject Ho, meaning that there is a real relationship between organizational culture (X) and employee performance (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch Keyword: culture organization, employee performance.
