Abstract

In the context of the Indonesian justice system, these psychological factors can also play an important role. Individual trust in the Indonesian justice system can be influenced by personal experience, perceptions about the integrity and quality of judges, as well as belief in the effectiveness of the justice system in providing justice to society. If individuals have low trust in the justice system, they may be reluctant to involve themselves in the justice process or feel that the decisions taken are unfair. This research uses the type or research approach of Library Research. The Miles and Huberman data analysis model is the method used in this research. By understanding the psychological factors involved in the Indonesian justice system, we can increase the effectiveness and success of the justice system in enforcing the law and achieving justice. Research that has been conducted shows that psychological factors such as individual trust in the justice system, empathy and recognition in restorative justice, stress and trauma in military personnel, as well as cognitive biases and the tendency to avoid risk in administrative cases can influence decisions and performance in justice system. Therefore, it is important for parties involved in the Indonesian justice system, such as judges, bureaucrats, and military personnel, to consider these psychological factors in their decision-making processes.

Abstract

The problems that will be studied in this research are: (1) How are local historical sources used in history learning in high school 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi?, (2) What is the historical awareness of high school students? 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi?, (3) Is there an influence of the use of local historical sources on high school students' historical awareness? 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi? Population research is student SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi. In taking samples in the field using random sampling techniques by taking a sample of 20 students from each State High School in Banyuwangi. The variables of this research are: use of local historical sources and historical awareness of high school students 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi. Data uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Research data was analyzed using descriptive percentage techniques and regression analysis. The results of this research show that utilization local history sources, Historical Awareness in SMA 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi is included in the criteria as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that for every increase in the use of local historical sources by 1 unit, it increases students' historical awareness was 0.51. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence The use of local historical sources on students' historical awareness is 24.1%, the remainder is influenced by other variables not included in this this research. Based on the research results, there is an influence of the use of local historical sources in Banyuwangi Regency on the historical awareness of high school students 17 August 1945, Banyuangi Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the concept of decriminalization of narcotics abusers in Thailand and Indonesia, and determine the best concept that can be implemented in Indonesia because decriminalization in Indonesia has not been effective.The type of research used is pure normative legal research, with a comparative approach. The results of Thailand's research in changing policies for decriminalization followed by changes to law enforcement and the criminal justice system, this is very different from our country. The lack of clarity in the legal substance, in this case the Narcotics Law, is the main reason for the failure to implement decriminalization for narcotics abusers. No less important is the culture of law enforcement and society in viewing the decriminalization of narcotics abusers in Indonesia which hinders rehabilitation efforts for narcotics abusers. Different from Thailand, because overcoming narcotics abusers is Thailand's national development agenda, the War of Drugs is carried out with drug control and support from the local community, thereby changing the culture of viewing narcotics abusers as patients, not criminals, which is also accompanied by the construction of rehabilitation facilities and infrastructure in each region. where this has not been done by the government of our country.

Abstract

Incidental advertising is quite widespread in Banyuwangi. Its existence has developed into an important and effective communication model for the promotion of goods and services by individual and private business actors. The purpose of this research is to determine, describe and analyze the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) regarding the presence of incidental advertising as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Government (Pemkab.) policy . Based on the analysis of research findings, Satpol PP plays a role in determining the success of policies regarding incidental advertising in Banyuwangi Regency. Research recommendations focus on the compliance aspects of the Satpol PP apparatus, the smoothness and absence of problems in policy implementation , as well as effective and sustainable performance in supporting the quality of effective and serving government

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence interactive animation multimedia has in increasing the learning motivation of class V students in school cluster 05 Banyuwangi District, which consists of SDN Tamanbaru, SDN Kebalenan, SDN Sobo, SDN Sumberrejo, SDN Kertosari 1, SDN Kertosari 2 dan SDN Model. Sampling was conducted using random sampling with a shaking system. So, the experimental class and the control class were chosen. The results of the study show that: 1) The validity of the learning motivation questionnaire is very valid r calculate > r table; 2) The reliability of the X variable is 0.926, and the Y is 0.845 Excellent and Good Reliable Categories; 3) Homogeneous; 4) Normally distributed; 5) there is a linear relationship between the independent variable and the bound variable; 6) There is a positive influence between the use of interactive animation multimedia on learning motivation. So, interactive animation multimedia has an effective impact on learning motivation by 71.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious-based character education in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Ternate. Religious-based character education is considered important as a foundation for forming a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has good morals and ethics. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of IPS teachers, students, and principals at MTs Negeri 1 Ternate. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of religious-based character education in IPS subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Ternate has been going well, although there are several challenges, such as limited time and resources. Some character values ​​applied in IPS learning include discipline, honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect, which are taught through materials that integrate religious aspects in a social context. IPS teachers act as facilitators in instilling religious values ​​in students with various methods, such as lectures, group discussions, and field activities. Overall, this study concludes that the implementation of religious-based character education in social studies learning can support the formation of better student character, with an emphasis on religious values ​​that can enrich their learning experience. Therefore, further efforts are needed to strengthen the integration of character education in the curriculum and daily activities at school.

Abstract

Suicide attempts are a parameter of the signs of someone wanting to suicide. One of the causes of individuals attempting suicide is psychological problems, one of which is borderline personality disorder. One intervention that can be used in dealing with suicide attempts in patients is dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Researchers found inconsistencies in the effectiveness of DBT in dealing with suicide attempts. This made the researchers test the effect size of DBT interventions on suicide attempts using the meta-analysis method, so the purpose of this study was to increase statistical power in the analysis of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) on suicide attempts. The results of this study showed that the effect of DBT intervention in dealing with suicide attempts was in the low category, -0.141. Several causes of low effect size have been explained in this study, one of which is the influence of variables outside the study that cannot be controlled (noise), thus causing a low effect size. The implication of this study is that insufficiently specific participant criteria can affect DBT interventions in dealing with suicide attempt behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the community's perception of the tradition of the ritual of rejecting reinforcements carried out before the rice planting season in Pasir Tinggi Village, South Teupah District, Simeulue Regency. This tradition is an ancestral cultural heritage that is carried out from generation to generation as a spiritual effort to seek protection from pest disturbances and harm to rice plants. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are differences of views among the community. Most people still maintain this ritual because it is considered part of the cultural identity and local wisdom that has magical and religious value. However, some other people consider that this practice deviates from Islamic teachings because it involves giving offerings to supernatural beings which are considered a form of shirk. These findings reflect the existence of socio-religious dynamics in societies that live in the midst of the intersection between local traditions and religious teachings. This research is expected to contribute to the study of religious anthropology and the preservation of local culture.

Abstract

Fenomena penggunaan akal yang terkadang melampaui batas dalam istinbat hukum Islam menjadi kegelisahan Ramadhan al-Buthi. Mashlahah dalam pandangan Ramadhan al-Buthi bukan merupakan dalil yang sifatnya independen, melainkan harus didukung dengan dalil lainnya. Oleh karenanya, menanggapi fenomena tersebut Ramadhan al-Buthi membuat batasan dalam konsep maslahah. Menurut Ramadhan al-Buthi dalam bukunya Dhawabith al-Mashlahah fi as-Syari’ah al-Islamiyyah, mashlahah dapat diakomodir menjadi hukum syara’ apabila memenuhi beberapa kriteria sebagai berikut: Pertama, bahwa mashlahah masih dalam ruang lingkup tujuan syari’ (maqashid as-syar’iyyah). Kedua, tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an. Ketiga, tidak bertentangan dengan sunnah. Keempat, tidak bertentangan qiyas, dan kelima tidak bertentangan dengan kemashlahatan yang lebih tinggi. Dalam pandangan Ramadhan al-Buthi konsep mashlahah meliputi hifdz addin, hifdz an-nafs, hifdz al-aql, hifdz an-nasl, hifdz al-mal. Implementasinya tentunya berdasarkan urutannya. Kemaslahatan yang lebih tinggi harus didahulukan terhadap kemaslahatan yang lebih rendah. Sedangkan pandangan at-Thufi tentang mashlahah merupakan dalil tersendiri dan mandiri di luar teks, sehingga akal bebas menentukan kemaslahatan dan kemafsadatan. Dengan demikian secara epistemologis, at-Thufi lebih menempatkan posisi akal dari pada wahyu dalam menentukan kemashlahatan dan kemafsadatan hukum.

Abstract

This study investigates the development of digital literacy-based learning innovations within the second-semester courses of Indonesian Language and Literature at Universitas Nias, situated within the broader framework of the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) policy. The research is grounded in the growing urgency for higher education institutions to adapt pedagogical strategies to the digital transformation era, particularly in remote or under-resourced regions. The central research question explores how the integration of digital literacy enhances the effectiveness and engagement of students in language and literature learning. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with lecturers and students, and documentation of learning media. The findings reveal that implementing digital tools—such as interactive e-modules, virtual discussion forums, and digital storytelling platforms—not only increases students’ motivation and participation but also fosters critical thinking and creative expression. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and digital competencies among both students and lecturers persist. The study concludes that while the integration of digital literacy into the curriculum presents significant opportunities for pedagogical renewal, it requires continuous support in terms of technological access and capacity building. This research contributes to the discourse on localized innovations in Indonesian higher education and underscores the relevance of context-sensitive strategies in implementing national education policies.
