Abstract

A B S T R A C TThe purpose of this study is to analyze student satisfaction with XYZ University academic services. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire compiled based on the dimensions of the quality of the servqual method, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with 4 Likert scales. The sampling method uses the slovin approach, the sampling technique used is proportional sampling. Servqual method (service quality) is used to measure the service gap. To display the factors that determine satisfaction and service factors must be improved, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used. From the results of the calculation of the Servqual score, an average gap value of -0.29 indicates a gap in the quality of academic services with what is expected by students, an average conformity level of 91.28% is in very suitable criteria (80 - 100%) indicating significantly XYZ University's academic service quality is close to what is expected by students, but still needs to be improved. From the IPA analysis, there are 18 academic service attributes that are considered important by students. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik Universitas XYZ, instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi kualitas metode Servqual yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy dengan 4 skala likert. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas XYZ semester ganjil tahun akademik 2022/2023. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan pendekatan slovin, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional sampling. Metode Servqual (service quality) digunakan untuk mengukur kesenjangan layanan (Service Gap). Untuk menampilkan faktor yang sangat menentukan kepuasan dan faktor pelayanan harus ditingkatkan digunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil perhitungan score Servqual diperoleh nilai rata-rata gap sebesar -0,29 menunjukkan adanya gap kualitas layanan akademik dengan yang diharapkan oleh mahasiswa, rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian 91,28% berada pada kriteria sangat sesuai (80 – 100%) menunjukkan secara kualitas pelayanan akademik Universitas XYZ mendekati apa yang diharapkan oleh mahasiswa, akan tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Dari analisis IPA terdapat 18 atribut pelayanan akademik yang dianggap penting oleh mahasiswa.

Abstract

A B S T R A C TThis study aims to determine the effect of price on repeat purchase decisions on KFC products. This research method is descriptive and involves verification. The sample used is 126 people who have bought KFC products. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire, where the price variable (X1) has 7 question items and the repeat purchase decision variable (Y) has 9 question items. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, t test, coefficient of determination, and verification analysis. The verification analysis uses a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that price has a significant effect on repeat purchase decisions, with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. While the value of the coefficient of determination is obtained by an R square of 0.506, which means that the price variable affects the variable of repeated purchase decisions by 50.6%, while the remaining 49.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang pada produk KFC. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 126 orang yang pernah membeli produk KFC. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni metode purposive sampling. Adapun instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dimana variabel harga (X1) terdapat 7 item pertanyaan dan variabel keputusan pembelian berulang (Y) terdapat 9 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji t, koefisien determinasi dan analisis verifikatif. Adapun analisis verifikatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian berulang dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,506 yang artinya variabel harga mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian berulang sebesar 50,6%. Sedangkan sisanya 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

A B S T R A C TThe realization of cement procurement in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2020 decreased. This is in line with the declining domestic cement sales. However, three-wheel cement topped the first position in the top Brand index, this proves the strong position of the three-wheeled cement Brand in the community. This achievement certainly occurred because of the trust given by the community to Semen Tiga Roda in terms of quality dan service to the needs of the community. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of Product Quality (X) on Customer Loyalty (Y) for the three-wheel cement Brand. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods dan verification through validity test, reliability test, normality test,multicollinearity test, simple regression test dan partial test (T test). This research was conducted by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaires from 100 respondents dan secondary data in the form of three-wheel cement annual reports, previous research journals, books, dan data obtained from the official website. Based on the data from the results of the tests conducted by the author through the partial regression test (T test) it shows that Product Quality (X) has a positive dan significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. A B S T R A KRealisasi pengadaan semen di Indonesia pada triwulan IV tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan. Hal ini seiring dengan penjualan domestic semen yang menurun. Namun, semen tiga roda memuncaki posisi pertama pada top Brand index, hal ini membuktikan kuatnya posisi Brand Semen Tiga Roda di tengah masyarakat. Prestasi ini tentu terjadi karena adanya kepercayaan yang diberikan masyarakat terhadap Semen Tiga Roda dari segi kualitas maupun pelayanannya terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Brand semen tiga roda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji parsial (uji T). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data primer berupa hasil kuesioner dari 100 responden dan data sekunder berupa dari laporan tahunan semen tiga roda, jurnal penelitian terdahulu, buku, serta data yang didapatkan dari website resmi. Berdasarkan data dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan penulis melalui uji regresi parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk (X) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

A B S T R A C TThe area to the south of Karawang, to be precise in Mekarbuana Village, Tegalwaru District, is a protected area used as a tourist area. The main object is the natural tourism of Mount Sanggabuana with an altitude of 1,074 mdpl.. One of the potentials in Mekarbuana Village is the potential for coffee farming, for available rice fields covering an area of 1.71 km², plantations covering an area of 6.01 km² with forest covering an area of 1.2 km² and ponds or ponds covering an area of 0.02 km². The data analysis method used is quantitative research and uses a quantitative descriptive research method design: a comparative study. The sample used in this study were 98 respondents who were consumers in Karawang Regency who had bought "Hideung Coffee" and "Sanggabuana Coffee". This research uses analysis of paired sample test which is a statistical test used to test the average difference between two paired or interrelated variables. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test conducted on the quality of Hideung Coffee and KoSa Coffee, a p-value of 0.605 was obtained which was greater than the specified significance level (usually 0.05). This shows that thereis no significant difference between the average quality of Hideung Coffee and KoSa Coffee. We can maintain the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant difference between the two coffee productsA B S T R A KKawasan di sebelah selatan karawang tepatnya di Desa Mekarbuana Kecamatan Tegalwaru merupakan Kawasan Lindung yang dimanfaatkan menjadi kawasan wisata. objek utama yaitu wisata alam gunung sanggabuana dengan ketinggian 1.074 Mdpl. Salah satu potensi di Desa Mekarbuana yaitu potensi Pertaniankopi, untuk luas sawah yang tersedia seluas 1,71Km², perkebunan 6,01 Km² dengan hutan 1,2 Km² dan kolam empang atau tambak seluas 0,02 Km². Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif desain: studi komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden yang merupakan konsumen di Kabupaten Karawang yang pernah melakukan pembelian “ Kopi Hideung” dan “Kopi Sanggabuana”. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Uji paired sample merupakan uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata dua variabel yang berpasangan (paired) atau saling terkait..Berdasarkan hasil Uji Paired Sample T-Test yang dilakukan pada kualitas produkKopi Hideung dan Kopi KoSa, nilai p-value yang diperoleh adalah 0.605 yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi yang ditentukan (biasanya 0,05). Ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata kualitasproduk Kopi Hideung dan Kopi KoSa. Kita dapat mempertahankan hipotesis nol yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kedua produk kopi tersebut

Abstract

Investasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengalokasikan dana ke dalam bentuk investasi yang menguntungkan dengan memiliki dimensi waktu jangka panjang. Namun, keputusan investasi yang diambil harus dipertimbangkan dengan baik karena memiliki konsekuensi berjangka panjang pula. penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh herding dan overconfidence terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency di PurwakartaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei terhadap investor cryptocurrency menggunakan kuesioner, sampling penelitian menggunakan aksidental terhadap investor di Purwakarta, responden yang di dapatkan berjumlah 53. Data dianalisis secara statistik untuk memahami pengaruhnya dengan analisis regresi berganda.Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa herding bias memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, sementara overconfidence bias juga mempengaruhi keputusan investasi meskipun dengan pengaruh yang lebih rendahInvestor perlu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang cryptocurrency, melakukan analisis yang cermat, dan mengurangi pengaruh perilaku herding dan overconfidence bias untuk membuat keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the influence of the electability of leadership style and work environment on employee turnover at PT. Sumi Rubber Indonesia together. This research uses a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were employees at PT. Sumi Rubber Indonesia with a total of 73 people. Data collection in this study was in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using, t test, f test, R test and R2 test. Abstract

This research is a study that aims to determine the importance of training and workexperience in CV. Baroque Truss Mandiri. This research was conducted with qualitativemethods. With data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, anddocumentation studies, data analysis was then carried out using an interactive analysismodel through three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3)drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that training and work experienceare very important for CV companies. Barokah Truus Mandiri where training is neededfor employees who do not have work experience where training is the seed of experience,therefore training and work experience are needed for companies engaged inconstruction and development for the continuity and success of the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect o f brand ambassadors and mutual fund benefits on students' interest in investing in mutual funds in Bibit applications (studies at STIE Satya Dharma class of 2019). The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and model feasibility test. The results of the study show that Brand ambassadors have an effect on student interest in investing in mutual funds in the Bibit application (Study at STIE Satya Dharma class of 2019) from the results of hypothesis testing with the T test showing that Brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on student interest in investing in mutual funds. Profits affect student interest in investing in mutual funds in the Bibit application (Study at STIE Satya Dharma class of 2019) from the results of hypothesis testing with the T test showing that profits have a positive and significant effect on student interest in investing in mutual funds.

Abstract

The development of the economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, as the population increases, the need for jobs also increases, every human being has needs to survive, and needs employment to meet his needs in order to earn money. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in umkm in sungai rumbai sub-district. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation, while the dependent variable is business performance. The results show that the variables of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on business performance as evidenced by fcount (77.533) > ftabel (3.101). The entrepreneurial competency variable is indicated by the results of the t value of 5.604 and t table 1.662 where t count is greater than t table (5.604> 1.662) and the level of significance value is less than alpha (0.000 <0.05), it can be obtained Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The entrepreneurial orientation variable t value is 4.150 and t table 1.662 where t count is greater than t table (4.150> 1.662) this shows that the independent variable of entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of business performance, and the level of significance is less than alpha (0.000 <0.05) it can be obtained Ho is rejected and H2 accepted.

Abstract

Astra Honda Motor Factory issued a Honda Scoopy in 2022 with product sophistication that makes the public interested in buying it. This research was conducted to determine the effect of product features and advertising attractiveness partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy in 2022. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection using questionnaires conducted from May to June with a sample of 366 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, t tests, f tests and determination tests (R2). The results of this study show that the product features variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision which is shown by the results of processing large calculated t value data from the t table (8,948>1.649) and the level of significance value smaller than alpha (0.00<0.05), which is shown by the results Processing large calculated t value data from the T table (10.852>1.649) and significance value levels smaller than Alpha (0.00<0.05), Product Features and Advertising Attractiveness variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision which is shown by the results of data processing Calculated F value greater than the F value of the table (310.283>2.630) and the large significance level of Alpha (0.00<0.05), R2 value of 0.643 which means that all independent variables can affect the dependent variable by 64.3% while the remaining 35.7% are influenced by other factors not tested in this study.
