Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat belanja di Pasar Tanah Abang, terutama kualitas produk, harga, dan pengalaman belanja konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan Pasar Tanah Abang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan . Pengalaman belanja konsumen juga secara signifikan memengaruhi minat belanja di pasar tersebut. Secara simultan, kualitas, harga, di Pasar Tanah Abang. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kualitas produk dan pengalaman belanja konsumen untuk meningkatkan minat belanja di pasar tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) hubungan antara variabel penggunaan live streaming, kepercayaan merek online, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, serta (2) faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam social commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 104 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif social commerce di kota Makassar yang melakukan pembelian secara online. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang telah diuji kualitasnya, kemudian diuji menggunakan asumsi klasik untuk memvalidasi model regresi linear berganda yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam social commerce, kepercayaan merek online tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya, penggunaan live streaming dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen, bisnis dalam social commerce sebaiknya fokus pada optimalisasi penggunaan live streaming dan strategi promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

Komunikasi dalam lingkup pekerjaan memiliki peran vital. Karyawan seringkali menghadapi kekurangan informasi yang diperlukan, sehingga terkadang mencari informasi tambahan melalui gosip. Namun, informasi dari gosip belum tentu benar dan dapat menimbulkan kecemasan serta mengurangi motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh peran gosip terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di Unit Pengembangan Humaniora Universitas X Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran gosip di unit tersebut dapat dikategorikan baik, sedangkan motivasi kerja karyawan cenderung tinggi. Korelasi antara peran gosip dan motivasi kerja menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. Meskipun peran gosip mempengaruhi motivasi kerja sebesar 40,1%, faktor lain seperti promosi, disiplin, dan upah juga turut memengaruhi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa peran gosip memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar lebih efektif dan efisien, penting bagi organisasi untuk memiliki budaya organisasi sebagai panduan kerja. Setiap organisasi memiliki budaya tersendiri yang menjadi norma atau kebiasaan dalam lingkungan kerjanya. Budaya organisasi adalah serangkaian aturan atau nilai yang harus diikuti oleh semua anggota organisasi, dengan tujuan memengaruhi cara mereka bekerja dan berinteraksi, serta membentuk karakteristik individu dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya di pelayanan Kesehatan. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang diperoleh kesimpulan (1) Budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan adalah dua elemen yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Budaya organisasi mencakup kebiasaan, nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang diarahkan kepada seluruh sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Tujuannya adalah agar mereka dapat bekerja sesuai dengan standar organisasi dan membantu mendorong organisasi menuju arah kemajuan (2) Peran budaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja di pelayanan itu diperlukan (3) Budaya organisasi, terutama dalam dimensi clan culture, adhocracy culture, market culture, dan hierarchy culture, memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi atau sangat berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan, termasuk dalam hal kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, dan ketepatan waktu.(4) Dengan adanya budaya organisasi yang baik, komitmen terhadap organisasi dapat ditingkatkan, dan ini dapat berkontribusi pada kesuksesan Perusahaan.

Abstract

Team innovation in microfinance institutions lies in the quality of human resources. The rapidly changing times that occur must be able to be anticipated with quality innovation. The quality of human resources can be seen from the ability of employees to share knowledge and behave innovatively and can be assessed from the team innovation that occurs in the institution or organization. The population of this research is employees who work in the microfinance industry with a population of 2100. A sample of 300 employees was taken using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with the Smart PLS program. This team's innovation concept will provide insight and guidance for employees to be able to increase the competitiveness and existence of Microfinance Institutions now and in the future.

Abstract

Inclusive economy is a concept that emphasizes that everyone must be involved in the process of economic development. People with disabilities are one of the groups that are often overlooked in this discussion. By overcoming the difficulties they face and creating an inclusive environment, we can harness their potential to achieve broader development goals. Some countries have successfully included people with disabilities in their sustainable development programs, demonstrating that inclusivity can improve overall social and economic outcomes. Persons with disabilities also certainly face various challenges in sustainable development. When discussing social inclusion and the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities, they play a crucial role in sustainable development. Economic factors are also very important for society as a whole, especially for people with disabilities. Because this is a crucial element in their livelihoods, people with disabilities cannot ignore the economic aspect. This research applies the literature study method, where the researcher conducts a series of analyses involving various information from sources such as books, encyclopedias, documents, and others. To achieve a quality of life for the general public, a balance is needed for people with disabilities, as they are also a focus both theoretically and practically

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a key component of modern business strategies, particularly for startups facing intense competition and challenges in establishing a strong market presence. This research aims to explore how digital marketing strategies can contribute to the growth and competitiveness of modern businesses, especially startups in Medan City. Utilizing descriptive analysis methods and secondary data from various sources, this study identifies key elements of digital marketing such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising as effective tools for attracting customers, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding market reach. The analysis results show that digital marketing enables companies to directly interact with customers, provide personalized experiences, and measure campaign effectiveness in real-time. This positively impacts operational efficiency and resource management. In Medan City, startups implementing integrated digital marketing strategies have shown significant growth in customer acquisition and strengthened competitiveness in local and regional markets. In conclusion, digital marketing not only supports the growth of startups but also serves as a differentiating factor enabling them to survive in the digital economy era. This study recommends increased investment in digital marketing technologies and human resource training to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between firm value and profitability and solvency ratios. The focus is to evaluate whether firm value plays a significant role for investors as a measure of company success in the eyes of the public. In the context of Bank Central Asia Syariah (BCAS), this research aims to evaluate the influence of solvency and profitability ratios on firm value. The approach utilized is quantitative, utilizing secondary data from company profiles. Data analysis is conducted using classical assumption methods as well as checks for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasticity. To test the hypotheses, this research employs the coefficient of determination , partial test (T), and simultaneous test (F). The results indicate that the simultaneous test, analyzed through the F-test, yields a positive and significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

Lake Toba, with its expansive waters, lush green hills, and refreshing breezes, is an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation, and The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape is one of the best places to experience its beauty. This study aims to evaluate the impact of attraction, facilities, and accessibility on domestic tourists' visiting decisions to The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape during 2022-2023. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved a sample of 100 domestic tourists, with data collected through questionnaires and observations. The analysis included data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that attraction, facilities, and accessibility each have a positive and significant impact on the decision to visit, with t-values of 17.309 for attraction, 3.152 for facilities, and 2.830 for accessibility, and significance levels less than 0.05. Simultaneously, these variables also have a positive and significant influence on the visiting decision, with an F-value of 182.395 exceeding the F-table value of 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000. These variables explain 84.6% of the variance in visiting decisions, with the remaining 15.4% explained by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of KPPS promotion on the interest of saving the Society in the West Sumatra BTM Branch of the Rumbai River. This study used a quantitative approach with a Likert scale instrument. The study sample consisted of 325 respondents. The analysis used the validity and reliability test of SPSS 25. The abstract is written in English. The results of the study show that promotion has a positive and significant impact on the public's interest in saving.
