Abstract

Students compete to enroll in tertiary institutions with the majors they are interested in. Making a lot of students wrong in is a very important thing. Irene Guntur: "So that there is no more movement, don't let it be when you are in college. Student career planning is defined as "the process by which they take the form of direction. Expanding the horizons of knowledge acquired through scientific disciplines requires the development and maturity of interests and careers. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method because in this thesis there is data that is processed and the results are described. Selection of decisions based on a compiled personality inventory. the decision to choose a major regarding learning activities in lectures. In this study, there is a concordance between career interests and the decision to choose a major in tertiary institutions with data on the BK major of 27% of 105 students, the engineering department of 11% of 70 students and the arts major of 10% of 40 students. The decision to choose this major is based on Holland's theory. In this study, it can be concluded that there is a suitability of career interests with the decision to choose a major in college

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Indonesia umumnya tergolong masih rendah. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa pada abad 21. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa budaya literasi itu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir siswa di SDN 43 Ampenan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa itu sendiri. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan tekhnik analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, maka peneliti akan memaparkan hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pelaksanaan Budaya Literasi Dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Berfikir siswa yang dimana, tahap pembiasaan setiap harinya untuk membaca dan pada tahap pembelajaran yang menekankan siswa aktif sehingga membentuk karakter peserta didik yang terampil dalam memecahkan masalah serta menganalisis segala bentuk informasi yang telah didapat dari apa yang telah mereka baca atau pelajari. Pelaksanaan budaya literasi dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Berfikir siswa yang dimana, tahap pembiasaan setiap harinya untuk membaca dan pada tahap pembelajaran yang menekankan siswa aktif sehingga membentuk karakter peserta didik yang terampil dalam memecahkan masalah serta menganalisis segala bentuk informasi yang telah didapat dari apa yang telah mereka baca atau pelajari.

Abstract

Indonesia, which joined the MEA in 2015, supports the development of MSMEs, but on the other hand it also provides intense competition because trade is not limited by region. MSMEs are very important to maintain the stability and resilience of a country's economy. The Thousand Islands only contributed 0.32% (3,735 units) of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta Province. Family economic education is important as a basis for running a business. Parents have a duty as the first place of education for children as the next generation. Important basic tools to form attitudes and patterns of thinking. The method used in this study is a qualitative phenomenon approach. MSME actors acquire thrifty, disciplined and productive attitudes that are instilled from an early age by their parents. Introduction to business and business inheritance in the form of children's participation in business management can provide understanding and generate children's interest in pursuing a business. Parents need to convey information in a calm situation and provide comfort for children to express their opinions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of snakes and ladders game media on science learning outcomes in Class V water cycle material at SDN 31 Cakranegara. This type of research is experimental research using the Pre-Experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest type. The research instrument used was a written test in the form of multiple choices. Before conducting an assessment of the hypothesis, a requirement test is carried out, namely the normality test. The normality test results obtained a significance value for the pretest data of 0.200 > 0.05 and a posttest significance value of 0.153 > 0.05 which means that the data is normally distributed. Once it is known that the data are normally distributed, a hypothesis test is carried out using the paired simple t-test with a value of 000 <0.05. This states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a difference in learning outcomes between before and after being given the snakes and ladders media game treatment. science lesson about the water cycle for class V SDN 31 Cakranegara

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and describe the mathematical literacy ability of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year in solving HOTS problems. Therefore the type of research used is descriptive research. The sample in this study was students of class VIII SMP Negeri Mataram. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 80 people. Data collection uses written test techniques in descriptions declared valid and feasible. Data collection was carried out directly and implemented by the school. The appropriate question descriptions are given to students to solve so that data on the scores of students' answers in answering the descriptions of HOTS questions and the level of mathematical literacy are obtained. After the data collection of students' answer scores is completed, the data is examined. The data that has been examined is then processed, tabulated, grouped, and analyzed to obtain research results that show that students have not been able to reach level 4 as much as 12.5%. Students who can reach level 4 are only 37.5%, while for levels 5 and 6, only 36.25% and 13.75%, respectively, for the level of mathematical literacy ability of class VIII students of SMPN 7 Mataram for the academic year 2022/2023 in solving HOTS problems the majority are high and very high with 43.75% and 48, 75%. Thus, the higher the problem-solving ability of students, the higher the level of literacy that can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims of finding out whether local language phonological constraint based is effective to help Bimanese English students of English department of university of Mataram in learning standard English pronunciation. The data were collected through questionnaire to 15 Bimanese English students as the respondents. The questionnaire contained 60 items which are categorized into linguistics kinds from words, phrases, and sentences. The test was assessing the student pronunciation of middle central vowel [ə] [ɜ] and alveolar step consonant [d] and [t] which are considered difficult fear the Bimanese speakers due to their absence in Bimanese phonological inventory. Deployment the questionnaire was conducted offline and the data collection was carried out online through Spada. The data analysis was carried out by using t-test by comparing the initial competence (pretest) and the final competence (posttest) of students between the experimental class and the control class. Based on the analysis, two conclusions were obtained. First, there are 7 students who obtained the high score from 60 to 66. There are also 7 students who obtained the middle score from 50 to 56 and 1 student who obtained the low score which is 40. From each problem sounds above, most of them are still difficult pronounce sound [t] and some of them are still moderate on sound [ə][ɜ][d]. Second, there are 9 students who obtain the high score from 80 to 93. There are also 4 students who achieved a score 70-78 and there are 2 students who got low score from 60 to 68. From the data above, there is a change in their pronunciation especially the sound problematic in English students so that they can achieve good scores.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (inkuiri terbimbing) berbantuan video YouTube terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Aikmel. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif semi-eksplorasi dengan rencana grup benchmark saja. Populasi dalam kajian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Aikmel, yang terdiri dari lima kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sempel random sampling setelah penyepadanan kelas. Sampel yang dipilih dua kelas yaitu kelas XI-IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 33 dan XI-IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Tes dengan coretan soal yang memenuhi persyaratan instrumen penelitian merupakan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Karena memenuhi persyaratan untuk analisis, semua data dilakukan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan statistik parametrik dan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil kajian ini diperoleh Sig 0,029, 0,05 dengan mean kelas eksplorasi (75, 55) > sedangkan mean kelompok kontrol (58, 21). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kritis siswa dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video YouTube.

Abstract

Students' metacognitive skills and critical thinking ability in Elementary Science Education lectures are still low, one of which is caused by conventional learning strategies that still dominate on lectures. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the guided-inquiry learning strategy on the metacognitive skills and critical thinking ability of students in elementary science education courses. The research method uses quasi-experimental quantitative research, a nonequivalent control group design. The research population was PGSD Undergraduate Study Program students who were taking Elementary Science Education lectures. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of guided-inquiry learning strategies on students' metacognitive skills and critical thinking ability. The corrected average for the metacognitive skills of the experimental class was 79.998, which was higher than the corrected average for the control class, which was 77.003. This shows that the metacognitive skills of students who are taught using the guided-inquiry strategy are higher than the metacognitive skills of students who are taught using conventional learning strategies. The average corrected critical thinking for the experimental class, which is 80.950, is higher than the corrected average for the control class, which is 78.105. This shows that the critical thinking ability of students who are taught using the guided-inquiry strategy are higher than the critical thinking ability of students who are taught using conventional learning strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Scramble learning model assisted by Puzzle media on the language acquisition of first grade students at SDN Gugus 1, Gerung District. The population of this research was all of the first grade students at SDN Gugus 1, Gerung District, totaling 218 students. The sample in this study were 44 students who were determined by the Placement Test. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. Data collection is done by testing. Data analysis used Anakova with a significance level of 0.05. The Anakova test results obtained a value of 0.023 <0.05 which indicated that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Based on this, it can be interpreted that the Scramble learning model assisted by Puzzle media has a positive effect on the vocabulary mastery of first grade students at SDN Gugus 1, Gerung District. In addition to increasing vocabulary mastery using the Scramble learning model for students assisted by Puzzle media, it also increases student learning activities

Abstract

Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel kelas VIII SMPN 4 Gerung yang ditinjau dari konsep, prinsip, dan operasi dengan populasi adalah 132 siswa siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Gerung dan jumlah sampel penelitian 32 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dalam bentuk soal uraian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menyandingkan jawaban siswa dan kunci jawaban dalam pedoman analisis kesulitan belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Gerung tahun ajaran 2021/2022 untuk siswa yang berkemampuan tinggi pada jenis kesulitan konsep sebesar 0% yang termasuk kedalam tingkat kesulitan sangat rendah, kesulitan prinsip sebesar 14,28% yang termasuk kedalam tingkat kesulitan sangat rendah, dan kesulitan operasi sebesar 21,42% yang termasuk kedalam tingkat kesulitan rendah. Sementara itu siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah pada jenis kesulitan konsep sebesar 30,76% yang termasuk kedalam tingkat kesulitan rendah, sedangkan jenis kesulitan prinsip dan operasi memiliki nilai persentase yang sama yaitu sebesar 100% yang termasuk kedalam tingkat kesulitan sangat tinggi.
