Abstract

This paper shows the success of Al-Quran as a representation of scientific change of science that is very basic and deep. Phenomenological science in human life experienced a very rapid and comprehensive civilization. This will be balanced by improving the structure of human thinking in seeing and living a global life as it is today. The Qur'an provides knowledge of the principles of science and education, which are always associated with metaphysical knowledge, morality and spirituality. This study also intends to address the evidence of integrated science education in the perspective of the Qur'an. As well as trying to maximize the education of mod-ern science with knowledge of spirituality based on the study of Al-Qur'an Sciences in human life. This phenomenon brings the paradigm to humans, in the view of science, which makes the basis of knowledge assumption begins from the intellect (human intellect) in understanding the phe-nomenon that occurs

Abstract

This paper tries to explore one of the children's understanding of the knowledge of the Qur'an and tafsir. Muhammad Syahrur ad-Dayyub, a linguist and based on civil engineering, offers a new approach to understanding the Qur'an. Syahrur's ideas about the Qur'an which he published in "Al-Kitab wa al-Qur'an: Qira'ah Mu’ashirah" were offered as the most ideal contemporary reading method in accordance with the social dynamics nowadays. In this case, Shahrur wants as if the Qur'an is a holy book that has just been revealed. The offer has deconstructed and reconstructed the Qur'anic knowledge and interpretations which have been "considered" established. Some figures argue that Syahur ideas as something completely new so that they need to be positively appreciated in the creative discourse of reading religious papers. However, some figures also respond to their thoughts with scorn, even blasphemy.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Wahbah Zuhaili tafsir method used in writing the Al-Munir tafsir. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was still in the midst of the ummah, all the problems including the tafsir of the Quran were returned to him. At least the interpretation model that developed at that time was the Prophet (PBUH) to answer the questions of the Companions— Radhiyallahu'anhum—or his companions. reading and listening to the Koran then they understand the laws that are certainly confirmed by the Prophet. This kind of interpretation model at that time has not yet been written. because there is a ban from the Messenger of Allah, it is feared that there is a mix between the Quran and so on. But in certain cables the Prophet allowed some friends to write it down. This study attempts to understand the concept of the scholar's tafsir of Wahbah Zuahaili in his interpretation of 'Tafsir Al-Munīr fi'l Aqida wa's Shari'ah wa'l Manhaj by using a literature study approach, this study besides revealing the interpretation method, also describing the findings and contributions of the one of the references in the science of tafsir.

Abstract

This article is titled "The New Paradigm of the Concept of Ta'il: Review of Muhammad Syahrur's Thought. Muhammad Syahrur tried to make deconstruction as well as reconstruction of various concepts, theories and paradigms that had been established and became a mainstream understanding, thought, and even belief of the majority of Muslims. Especially through his effort entitled al-Kitab wa al-Qur'an: Mu'a asiraah Qira'ah. One of the deconstruction efforts carried out by Syahrur concerning the concept of ta'il as a methodology of understanding the Qur'anic text. The concept of ta'il referred to by Shahrur was introduced by the term manhaj at-tartil. An interesting thing to study is the deconstruction of the concept of ta'il which has been a sacred area in understanding the exoteric meaning of the Qur'an is understood differently by Syahrur. Then this article aims to find out how Muhammad Syahrur views the concept of ta'il and how the implications of applying the concept of ta'il are formulated by Muhammad Syahrur if used in tafsir of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Talk about women since ancient times is endless. Every conversation about women shows that women occupy the most respected positions, but on the other hand women will occupy the lowest position, both in social, cultural, economic, political, and even religious views. In the Islamic tradition, as revealed by Yunahar Ilyas (1997), there are four types that are believed to be the way of human creation; 1. From the ground (the creation of Adam); 2. Created from (rib) Adam (creation of Eve); 3. Created through a mother with a fatherless pregnancy, both legally and biologically (the creation of the Prophet Isa); 4. Created through pregnancy with father biologically and law or at least biologically only (creation of humans other than Adam, Eve, and Isa). The emphasis of this paper lies in the old view, namely about the creation of air. So the question arises from this picture whether Eve was created from the ground, the same material as Adam was created or from the part of Adam's body?

Abstract

This paper discusses efforts to actualize the values of the Caliphate according to the Qur'an. Humans as rulers and regulators of life on earth (Al-Baqarah: 30). At least there are three elements that are interconnected between humans and the environment, first is humans as caliphs. The Caliph is a servant of Allah who obtains a mandate as implementer, regulator, policy maker and establishes laws according to the will of Allah and the aspirations of those who pledge him as caliphs, second, is the earth. Earth or regions are places to do the Caliphate. So that, a caliph must have knowledge to manage object with their power, third is the relationship between the Almighty and the territory and its relationship with the Almighty (Allah) as a mustakhlilf. Empirical experience shows that the main factors that make an important contribution in a good environmental management effort are the leadership factors inherent in their leaders. The ability to refrain from damaging the environment and realizing the sustainability of development. The role of humans is actually as a creature choosen by God not just as a ruler on earth. But also its role to prosper the earth. The contextualization of the role of the caliphate is actually the first step in maintaining the environment which is increasingly damaged, and even brings total destruction to the world.

Abstract

This paper examines the concept of muhasabah according to al-Ghazali in the Qur'an. According to al-Ghazali, perfect muhasabah consists of six stages. First, Musyarathah or setting conditions. Second, Muraqabah or supervised. Third, Muhasabah or audited. Fourth, Mu'aqabah or sanctioned. Fifth, Mujahadah or earnest. Sixth, Mu'atabah or self-denial. These stages can be divided into three parts, namely preparations, moments of thought and practice afterwards. Musyarathah and Muraqabah can be categorized as practiced before being able to control and monitor the intention before performing a practice. While the Mu'aqabah, Mujahadah and Mu'atabah are the practices that follow after reflection. All three serve reward or punishment to oneself who have obtained evaluation results from the process of muhasabah.

Abstract

Theoretically hadith has three important elements, namely Sanad, Matan and Perawi. New Hadith can be set and may be accepted (maqbul) or rejected (mardud) before the condition of the sanad is examined. sSanad plays an important role and determines the value of a hadith because sanad is the value chain of the narrators who deliver a matan while the narrator will determine the status of the hadith. Supporting science to understand the status and level of quality of sanad, rawi, and matan hadith is Takhrij al Hadis. in terms of terminology, Takhrij al Hadis is a way to place the location of the hadith in its original source, along with its sanad and explain its dignity. To be able to assess the quality and quantity of a hadith, research is needed, both from sanad and matan. As for the first step in the study of hadith is Takhrij al-Hadith, which is conducting research using the available primary books, which include all the data in detail and valid. The existence of a very wide distance between the reality of today's Muslims and the Khazanah of the past has caused at least Islamic students who want to learn and master the main references in conducting takhrij activities comprehensively. In this Journal the author explains what Takhrij al Hadis are, History of Takhrij al Hadis, Urgency and benefits, Books needed, and methods used in Takhrij al Hadis.

Abstract

This paper discusses the extent of the hadith review of the practice of gold credit in the community. The emergence of the product of buying and selling gold with credit is of course mo-tivated by several important things including: so many who want to have gold with the glory of the metal in its material, and on the other hand gold can be used as a tool to save value or as an investment. However, this desire was not supported by the ability to buy it in cash. Therefore, many people make gold buying and selling transactions in cash or credit. This is certainly a prom-ising business opportunity for sharia financial institutions, where on the one hand they can real-ize the wishes of the community, and on the other hand benefit from the product. Indeed, in plain view, the above transaction is like buying and selling other credit items, but in the order of Islamic law, gold is one of the commodities whose rules of the game are very detailed explained directly by the Prophet Muhammad. One of the rules is that it must be done in cash. Due to the abundance of the Prophet's Hadiths that explain this, it is not surprising that in the end so many scholars forbade the transaction.

Abstract

Compared to Christianity, there are some similarities between Jews and Islam. In addi-tion that both put emphasis on the law, Jews and Islam are two equally representative traditions - or at least claim - as the heir of monotheism that was proclaimed by Abraham. This article cap-tures some of the theological aspects (divinity) from the point of a critical study of the texts of the scriptures for both traditions (Taurat and Qur'an).
