This paper begins with a concern over the existence of regional oral literature which is increasingly "isolated" from the hustle and bustle of the modern world today. The lack of efforts to preserve oral literature, which is actually an asset of the community itself, and there are not many generations who want to cultivate this oral literature as a form of cultural responsibility for their society. It is feared that this will backfire for oral literature so that one day this oral literature will disappear. In this paper, the author tries to reveal and describe the cultural values contained in the Tembang Batanghari Sembilan (TBS) by using content analysis research methods and ethnographic analysis. The results of this study reveal that the TBS contains character education that has been maintained until now through development and cultural activities that exist in the Semende community in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan (OKUS) regency

This study aims to obtain a description of teacher activity, in the process of this research is motivated by the low motivation and value of student learning outcomes, this is marked by 78.95% student scores still have not reached the minimum completeness criteria. This research is aimed at the use of the inquiry method in science grade IX-A learning on electromagnetic induction material. The research method used is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 38 students of grade IX-A semester 2 MTsN 3 West Aceh, consisting of 16 male and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with tests, observation and documentation. The results of research using the inquiry method in the learning process increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students. The initial condition was 18% or 7 students increased to 21 students or 55% and reached 100% from 85%, and the increase in student learning outcomes from the average in the initial condition was 55.79, increasing to 65.79 in cycle I and on the end of the second cycle increased to 79.21 and completeness of learning in the initial conditions as many as 8 students (21.05%). Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that learning using the inquiry method can improve the process, motivation and learning outcomes of grade IX-A students at MTsN 3 West Aceh Semester 2 Academic Year 2020/2021 on learning science with electromagnetic induction material.

Communication is known as an activity carried out verbally and non-verbally. Communication involves a large number of XXI century skills such as analysis, evaluation, problem solving, metacognition, collaboration, and technology. Some content standards that were built as a foundation for CCSS (Common Core State Standards) target communication skills in the ability to write, speak, and listen. Communication skills of jambi university education administration students seem to be lacking. This is reinforced by the results of observations, when discussion groups of students find it difficult to convey ideas verbally and difficulty in writing ideas into summaries. Lack of communication skills is influenced by many factors. While communication skills are very important possessed by students especially in the industrial era 4.0. One solution to improve communication skills is to integrate learning models. learning models that can be integrated are problem based learning and inquiry. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of communication skills of jambi university education administration students through the problem based learning model and the inquiry model. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in cycles of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of this CAR indicate that the inquiry model has not been able to show any indication of changes in improving communication skills of Educational Administration students in Jambi University

So far, distance learning still faces many obstacles in its implementation. Starting from compiling lesson plans, learning methods, to conducting evaluations. Moreover, the psychological factors of students in facing this pandemic, they are required to study at home with various kinds of challenges and obstacles. Limitations of gadgets (smartphone), internet quota to internet networks that do not reach where they live because they are in rural areas. To find a solution to this problem, a study was conducted regarding the initial conditions of SMAN 1 Pagaden students in carrying out this distance learning. By using the Miles & Huberman analysis method, which will find interactive patterns of relationships and to get an understanding of the meaning of the obstacles faced in the distance learning process at SMAN 1 Pagaden by using non-verbal interview techniques. The questionnaire is distributed via google form which then the data obtained is used as a reference for developing distance learning strategies. Based on the results of interviews, based on respondents who answered that distance learning at SMAN 1 Pagaden was less effective, it was 49.8%. Students hope that distance learning does not give many assignments but there is material delivery through google meet or zoom meeting. For students who are not reached by internet and gadget (smartphone) facilities, the visiting teacher model is carried out with small groups.

The aim of this study is to develop a rubber-based resistance training model for sprint athletes in Riau province by evaluating the efficacy of increasing sprint athletes' short distance running pace. The research method used in this study is ADDIE's research and development method, which consists of five steps. Athletes from Riau Province participated in this study as test subjects. analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluating are the first steps in the research process. Three experts were present for the model feasibility test: two athletic lecturers and one national athletic coach. The model's efficacy was tested using a 60-meter speed parameter test involving 30 athletes from Riau Province, 15 of whom were in the experimental group and 15 of whom were in the control group. The difference test results from SPSS 22 showed that the experimental group had an average difference of 0.78 and the control group had an average difference of 0.12. The discrepancy is derived from the test results, which are expressed in terms of time, so the shorter the time, the better. The discrepancy between the experimental and control groups' different values, or mean different = 0.658, t-count = 23.632, df = 28, with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, indicates that there are substantial variations between the experimental and control groups. It can be concluded that the rubber media-based Resistance training model for Riau provincial sprint athletes is more successful and can help the Riau provincial sprint athletes improve their 100-meter running pace

Abstract: This study aims to describe: (1) the validity of student worksheets based on problem; (2) increasing the mathematical communication skills of high school students by using student worksheets based on problem; (3) student responses to the development of student worksheets based on problem. This research is research and development. This research was conducted using Dick and Carrey model. The population in this study were all students of class X Darul Aitami private high school. Sampling used simple random sampling and the classes used as samples for the trial were class X-1 and class X-2. From the results of trial 1 and trial 2 it can be obtained: (1) student worksheets are included in the valid category, reviewed from several aspects, namely: format, language, material, and content. (2) the improvement of students 'mathematical communication skills by using student worksheets based on problem increased by 6.9%, in the first trial results the students' average score was 73.4% and after conducting the second trial it increased by 80.3%. (3) student responses to the components of student worksheets and learning activities using student worksheets are positive. Furthermore, it is suggested that teachers can use student worksheets based on problem as an alternative to learning, with the guidance or questions provided that are affordable to students, so that students understand the problems they are given more easily.

low activity and student learning outcomes in a class are influenced by several factors, one of which is because the behavior and learning models used by the teacher are not yet correct in implementing a learning process. These problems can affect the activity and completeness of student learning outcomes, so there needs to be special instruments that make them more active, especially on the subject of biology which contains many scientific names such as on the subject of Plantae. The purpose of this study was to determine the collaboration of three discussion instruments with the task of learning media products in the form of power points to increase student activity and student learning outcomes of class X MIPA-1 on the subject of Plantae. This research method uses comparative descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using simple formulas in the form of calculating averages and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the class average score is 83.64 with the completeness of learning outcomes 90.91% with this value the completeness criteria can be categorized as achieved with student activity increasing from 73.21% to 96.63% with the criteria categorized as very good
