Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in disciplining student learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. Primary data sources in research are teachers, students and school principals. Meanwhile, secondary data sources in this research are books and articles as well as supporting previous research. The data collection techniques used were interviews using interview sheets and observations using observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The strategies used by teachers to discipline student learning are through regulations, punishments and rewards and example. Overall, it can be concluded that the integration of indicators such as rules, punishment, rewards, and example work together to create a disciplined and motivating learning environment for students.

Abstract

Education is a basic need for humans to achieve an expected goal, because without education we will not be able to develop the potential of ourselves optimally both cognitive, pricomotor and affective. Education is realized through the teaching and learning process. The government states that every citizen has the same right to receive quality education and citizens with physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and social disabilities are entitled to special education. Education is needed to develop the potential of children with special needs for their survival which must always be dynamic and optimistic. As a prospective teacher, you should know the learning difficulties experienced by students in class, especially the difficulties of students in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of difficulty in learning mathematics for children with special needs for mild intellectual impairment. The subjects of the study were 1 grade IV student with the initiative "D". This study used qualitative descriptive method. Observation place at SDN Perwira Kota Bogor. Information collection is carried out by observation and interviews. The factor that causes difficulty learning mathematics is that "D" has a lack of self-confidence. Must do repetition in counting. Lack of motivation, lack of focus in concentration, having problems with the health of his body which resulted in "D having difficulty learning mathematics.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem that often occurs in Indonesian language learning, namely the low critical thinking skills of students, which has an impact on learning outcomes. Having critical thinking skills is one of the learning skills that must be developed in the 21st century which must be achieved by students. Therefore, it is very important to encourage and develop students' critical thinking abilities during the learning process. One way is through learning using the Problem Based Learning model in learning to interpret the author's view of the novel text. The purpose of this research is to test the author's abilities, to test the abilities of class . The method used in the research is quantitative. The data sources in this research are students in class XII IPA 3 (discussion control model) and XII IPA 5 (problem based learning experimental model) at SMA Negeri 1 Cicalengka. Data collection was carried out by means of direct research with a series of learning activities (introductory, core and closing activities). The results of the research found that the critical thinking abilities of students in the experimental class obtained a score of 93.8 with an average value of 2.7. Meanwhile, the control class got a score of 90.7 with an average score of 2.6, meaning that the ability to think critically in learning to interpret the author's view of the novel text in class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Cicalengka for the 2023/2024 academic year was proven to be effective.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perkembangan anak pada tahap awal kehidupan mereka. Kebijakan Administrasi PAUD telah diimplementasikan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan PAUD dan, oleh karena itu, capaian pembelajaran anak. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak positif kebijakan administrasi PAUD terhadap perkembangan anak dan proses pembelajaran, dengan fokus pada TK Al-Kausar sebagai studi kasus. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan kualifikasi tenaga pengajar, pengembangan kurikulum yang efektif, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas sebagai dampak positif utama. Namun, tantangan seperti alokasi sumber daya yang cukup dan pemantauan implementasi masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari TK Al-Kausar Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kebijakan administrasi PAUD memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan dalam memajukan pendidikan anak usia dini, sambil menghadapi beberapa kendala yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that aims to determine the role of the family in fostering children's character and to find out what factors can foster child character. The subjects in this study were children aged 10 years who were still in elementary school. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that children have good character for their age. Through the role of the family that is carried out from an early age, children grow up to have the character of responsibility, independence, and interest. Often families provide examples and show examples to children, indirectly children follow and apply them. Not only that, children also have several achievements in the field of Al-Qur'an hafidz and Taekwondo Championships throughout the Province. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the family has a role in fostering the character of children.

Abstract

Bilingual learning programs are aimed at promoting bilingualism by using the first language proportionally or using two languages ​​as the language of instruction for various subjects. The purpose of this research is to: describe and analyze the implementation of the Bilingual Program at MTs Salafiyah Hidayatul Athfal Pekalongan. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. Qualitative research design goes through three stages, namely: orientation, focused exploration, and data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses source triangulation. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) planning for the implementation of the bilingual program is carried out using planning procedures including preparing madrasah administration, academic supervision programs, budgeting formulation, infrastructure planning, administration and plan evaluation. 2) Organizing the implementation of the bilingual program is carried out using organizational procedures including placement of madrasa resources, organizational planning and development, assignment and delegation of authority. 3) The drive for implementing the bilingual program is carried out by the madrasa head, including directing the madrasa head and motivating the madrasa head. 4) Supervision of the implementation of the bilingual program is carried out by the head of the madrasah including assessment instruments, evaluation of implementation activities, and follow-up. Conclusion: The implementation of the bilingual program has been carried out through two steps of activities, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. The author suggests that madrasa heads pay more attention to mobilization and supervision. Teachers are required to always be ready to carry out activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of photographic media material on ethnic and religious diversity in my country on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 16 Tanjung Batu, because the completeness of class IV student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 16 Tanjung Batu, Tanjung Batu District, is classified as low with a value of 60. The type of research used is Experiment. The techniques used to collect data are observation, test and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of photographic image media on the diversity of ethnicity and religion in my country has an effect on student learning outcomes in class IV SDN 16 Tanjung Batu. the tcount value is 7.090 while the ttable is df 48 with a level of 0.05, so ttable = 1.677. So it is stated that tcount > ttable = 7.090 > 1.677 so that tcount is declared significant where Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the hypothesis states that there is an influence of Photographic Image Media Material on the Diversity of Ethnic and Religious Ethnicities in My Country on Student Learning Outcomes in Class IV SDN 16 Tanjung Batu.

Abstract

This research concentrated in the use of flashcard game in improving students’ reading comprehension. The objective of this research were: (1) to find out students’ reading comprehension scores before taught using the flashcard game as learning media, (2) to find out students’ reading comprehension scores after taught using the flashcard game as learning media, (3) to discover the significant different of using flashcard game in improving students’ reading comprehension. This research used quantitative pre-experiment research design. This research used one group pre-test and post-test design. The procedure of data collection were test and treatment. This research used SPSS to analysis the data to know whether there was a significant difference on students’ reading comprehension before and after taught using flashcard game as the teaching media. The result showed that the students reading comprehension score before taught using the Flashcard Game is 60,27 and the students reading comprehension score after taught using the Flashcard Game is 86,25. The result of the hypothesis testing showed that the value of the t-test was greater than the value of the t-table (10,834 > 1,689). It means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The result of the research showed that the there was an improvement of the students’ reading comprehension by using the flashcard game as the teaching media for tenth grade students.

Abstract

Halimatus Sa’diyah, Npm 18120169. “Hubungan Antara Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Palebon 01 Kota Semarang”. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang. Universitas PGRI Semarang. 2023. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Palebon 01. Pada penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-postfacto korelasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik mempunyai hubungan yang lemah atau rendah dengan prestasi belajar, diketahui nilai korelasi antara variabel X dan Y sebesar 0,203 dan diperoleh df sebesar 27 pada tabel nilai “r” product moment pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,311 Hal ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari data tersebut diketahui bahwa hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar perserta didik di SD Negeri Palebon 01 yaitu sebesar 1.035 dan masuk ke dalam derajat hubungan yang lemah atau rendah dimana individu yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi dalam lingkungan sekolah belum tentu selalu tinggi dalam minat belajarnya, konsentrasi dan tekun mencapai tujuannya.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an e-module based on Canva on the theme of the area where I live, sub-theme 1 learning 3 in class IV SDN Cipayung 02 Depok city with a total of 29 students as respondents. This development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The research was conducted by analyzing needs, designing e-modules, then developing e-modules, after that validating the experts, and revising the product, then conducting a limited trial of Canva-based e-modules to selected respondents. The validation results provided by linguists with a percentage of 100% material experts with a percentage of 92.85% and media experts with a percentage of 92.8% indicate that the Canva-based e-module is declared valid and feasible to use. In the limited test phase, 29 students gave a very good response to the Canva-based e-module used with a percentage of 85.68%. Thus, the Canva-based e-module product on the theme of the area where I live, which was developed in this study, is proven to be valid and feasible to use in the learning process.
