Abstract

Apriliana Wulandari. THE EFFECT OF ALPHABET CARD MEDIA USE ON BEGINNING READING ABILITY IN GRADE I OF SD N JATI I IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2025/2026. Thesis. Surakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. January 2025. The purpose of this study focuses on whether there is an effect of using alphabet card learning media on the beginning reading ability of grade I at SD N Jati I Sumberlawang in the academic year of 2025/2026. The method used is a quantitative method using a Quasi Experimental Design research design in the form of Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The total number of grade I students at SD N Jati I Sumberlawang in the academic year of 2026 became the sample in this study. The sampling method used is total sampling, with 27 grade I students as participants. The data collection process uses observation, documentation, and testing methods. The results of the study showed that the hypothesis test results with a calculated t value of 5.115. The t table value at 26 degrees of freedom (i.e., 27-1) and a significance level of 5% was 2.056. The normality test results showed that the calculated t value (5.115) exceeded the t table value (2.056), so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This study found that there was an increase in the average student learning from 64.21 (at the initial stage) to 81.89 (at the final stage). Thus, it can be concluded that the alphabet card learning media has an effect on the beginning reading skills of first-grade students at SD N Jati I Sumberlawang in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of social justice values during the leadership of Umar bin Khattab, which is often regarded as one of the most exemplary periods in Islamic governance. The problem addressed in this research is how the concept of social justice was applied in political, economic, and social policies under Umar’s administration. The purpose of this study is to analyze the principles, strategies, and impacts of Umar bin Khattab’s leadership in realizing social welfare and equality among the Muslim community. This research employs a qualitative method using a historical approach through literature study, focusing on classical Islamic sources, scholarly books, and relevant academic journals. Data were analyzed descriptively by identifying key policies related to justice, such as the establishment of Baitul Mal, fair distribution of public wealth, supervision of government officials, and protection of the rights of non-Muslims. The results show that Umar bin Khattab consistently upheld social justice through transparent governance, strict accountability, equal legal treatment, and economic reforms that reduced poverty and minimized social inequality. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to public welfare and ethical administration, which remains relevant as a model for modern governance and social development. The study concludes that social justice during Umar’s rule was not merely a moral principle, but a concrete political practice manifested in systemic policies that strengthened societal stability and prosperity

Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan di masyarakat indonesia, termasuk di daerah kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Collaborative Governace dalam penanganan penyakit menular Tuberkulosis oleh Dinas Kesehatan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan menggunakan model Collaborative Governance yang di kemukakan oleh Chris Ansell dan Alison Gash (2008), yang meliputi 4 indikator kepemimpinan bersama, Komitmen, Komunikasi dan Kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penanganan tuberkulosis di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir telah melibatkan berbagai aktor seperti Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puri Husada Tembilahan, Rumah Sakit 3M Plus, Yayasan Puri Harapan Indragiri, Kader Tuberkulosis serta masyarakat. Namun, pada saat pelaksanaan kolaborasi tersebut belum berjalan secara optimal karena masi terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat seperti adanya kebijakan efisiensi anggaran oleh pemerintah yang membuat anggaran berkurang, fasilitas yang belum memadai, keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan, belum ada dukungan dana dari pemerintah daerah kepada yayasan Puri Harapan Indragiri selaku Non-Govermental Organization, masih terrdapat pasien positif yang tidak patuh pengobatan, stigma buruk dari masyarakat. Oleh karena itu,diperlukan penguatan koordinasi lintas sektor dan peningkatan partisipasi semua aktor yang terlibat dalam penanggulangan Tuberkulosis di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir agar dapar berjalan lebih optimal dan efektif

Abstract

This study was motivated by the difficulties experienced by elementary school students in writing personal experience texts, particularly in developing ideas and using appropriate language conventions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of students’ difficulties and identify the factors influencing these difficulties. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including performance tests, observation, and interviews. The subjects of the study were third-grade students at SDN 1 Simpang Tiga, Bener Meriah Regency. The results showed that students’ writing ability was at a moderate level, with major difficulties found in idea development, completeness of text structure, and the use of spelling and punctuation, while neatness was relatively well achieved. These difficulties were influenced by internal factors such as low motivation, limited vocabulary, and lack of writing practice, as well as external factors including limited instructional time and differences in students’ abilities. In conclusion, improving students’ writing skills requires process-oriented instruction, continuous practice, and intensive guidance. The findings of this study provide practical implications for developing more effective writing instruction at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed consumer behavior in accessing entertainment services, particularly music streaming platforms such as Spotify. Intensifying competition in the industry requires companies to better understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, content, and e-service quality on customer satisfaction among students of the Management Study Program, class of 2022–2023, at the Indonesian Methodist University.This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 227 respondents who are active Spotify users, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS software.The findings indicate that brand image, content, and e-service quality each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, these three variables also show a positive and significant influence on Spotify customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination reveals that brand image, content, and e-service quality collectively explain a substantial proportion of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining variance is attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study.These results highlight the importance of maintaining a strong brand image, providing relevant and high-quality content, and continuously improving e-service quality to enhance customer satisfaction. This is particularly important for students, who represent a key segment of active users of digital streaming services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, keputusan investasi, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur sub industri makanan olahan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022–2024. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal digunakan pada 13 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, menghasilkan 39 observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 26. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROE, PER, DER, dan CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,071; 0,563; 0,202; dan 0,223 (> 0,05). Secara simultan, keempat variabel juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan (F = 1,645; sig. 0,186 > 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,162 mengindikasikan bahwa hanya 16% variasi return saham dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel tersebut, sedangkan 84% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah investor dan pihak manajemen disarankan untuk tidak hanya bergantung pada rasio-rasio keuangan tersebut dalam menilai kinerja saham, melainkan juga mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal seperti kondisi makroekonomi, sentimen pasar, dan variabel non-keuangan lainnya. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah variabel lain, memperluas periode, atau membandingkan sektor industri yang berbeda.

Abstract

In this study, we look at how human resource management (HRM) plays a role in creating and maintaining an Islamic work environment within contemporary organizations. An Islamic work environment is characterized by values like amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), adl (justice), integrity, mutual respect, and accountability, all of which are based on Islamic ethical principles. The study highlights how HRM works, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, and employee relations, and how they serve as strategic tools for embedding these values into the culture of the company. Organisasi dapat menarik orang-orang dengan keyakinan pribadi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islamic. Program pelatihan terus menerus meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual, keterampilan profesional, dan pilihan moral. Dengan partisipasi pemimpin dan komunikasi yang efektif, brotherhood (ukhuwah) dan tanggung jawab kolektif dipromosikan. Di sisi lain, sistem kompensasi yang adil dan evaluasi kinerja yang adil mencerminkan prinsip keadilan. Selain itu, HRM policies yang mendukung keseimbangan antara kerja dan kehidupan pribadi, kegiatan spiritual, dan perilaku moral membantu mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan harmonis. The article claims that adding Islamic principles to HRM practices increases employee commitment and job satisfaction. It also says that it improves organizational performance and sustainability in the long term. Dengan meletakkan HRM sebagai moral dan strategis driver, organisasi dapat membuat a productive work environment yang balances material achievement with spiritual growth. Ultimately, Islamic-based HRM encourages ethical behavior, strengthens organizational identity, and supports the development of high-quality human resources grounded in faith and professionalism.

Abstract

تستند هذه الدراسة إلى ضعف إتقان طلاب الصف السابع في مدرسة إسلامية خاصة باسم ”باسار“ لمفردات اللغة العربية، والذي يعزى إلى استخدام أساليب التدريس التقليدية دون الاستفادة من تقنيات التعلم التفاعلية. في هذا السياق، يُقترح استخدام لعبة Quiz Whizzer التعليمية كحل لزيادة تحفيز الطلاب وفهمهم للمفردات بشكل أكثر فعالية ومتعة. الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة كيفية استخدام Quiz Whizzer في تدريس مفردات اللغة العربية وتحليل تأثيره على مستوى فهم الطلاب للمفردات. يركز نطاق البحث على طلاب الصف السابع في المدرسة المذكورة، خاصة في جانب فهم المفردات وإتقانها من خلال وسائل الألعاب التعليمية القائمة على التكنولوجيا.الطريقة المستخدمة هي الطريقة الكمية مع نهج شبه تجريبي (تصميم شبه تجريبي). العينة تتكون من 56 طالبًا تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا من إجمالي 114 طالبًا. تقنيات جمع البيانات تشمل الملاحظة والاختبار (اختبار قبل وبعد) والتوثيق. تم تحليل البيانات من خلال اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي، واختبار التجانس، واختبار الفرضية) اختبار .(tنتائج البحث تظهر أن استخدام Quiz Whizzer له تأثير كبير على تحسين إتقان الطلاب للمفردات. وهذا ما أثبته اختبار الفرضية الذي أظهر قيمة دلالة أقل من 0.05 وقيمة t المحسوبة أكبر من t الجدول، مما يشير إلى وجود فرق كبير بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة. في الختام، تعتبر لعبة Quiz Whizzer التعليمية وسيلة تعليمية فعالة لتحسين فهم الطلاب لمفردات اللغة العربية، لأنها قادرة على خلق جو تعليمي أكثر جاذبية وتفاعلية، وتشجع على التعلم. المساهمة العلمية لهذه الدراسة هي إثراء الأدبيات والممارسات التعليمية للغة العربية القائمة على التكنولوجيا من خلال وسائل الألعاب. كما تقدم الدراسة بديلاً ممتعاً لطلاب لتقييم المفردات. بالنسبة للبحوث اللاحقة، يُنصح بتطوير نموذج تعليمي قائم على Quiz Whizzer في مهارات اللغة العربية الأخرى مثل الاستماع والتحدث والكتابة، وكذلك في مستويات تعليمية أعلى.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Discovery learning model on social studies learning of grade V students of SDN 79 Palembang. The samples in this study were VA class students as experimental research and VC class students as control classes. The number of samples in this study was 30 students in each class. The type of research used in this study is experimental research with the lecture method. Data collection techniques are carried out using tests, observation and documentation. The instrument used in the social studies learning test is in the form of a description test. Data analysis techniques using t-tests. The results of the hypothesis test then suggest that the sigmifikan (2-taileid) value is 0.000 because the significant value is more than 0.025, then H0 is rejected that means Ha is enmitted, so it can be implied that there is a moideil Eifeiktivity of Discoiveiry Leiarning learning in the mathematics of eikoinoimi activity in social studies teaching.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating the communicative approach and cultural elements into the Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) program. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and a documentary study of the learning process. The results indicate a significant improvement in international learners’ speaking and listening competencies after cultural content was systematically integrated. The use of digital technology in delivering content was found to enhance learning motivation and facilitate the acquisition of contextual vocabulary. Additionally, understanding local sociolinguistic aspects helps students communicate more politely in accordance with Indonesian social norms. The primary challenge—grammatical barriers—can be addressed through adaptive and inclusive instructor guidance in the classroom. Overall, the synergy between linguistic, cultural, and technological aspects is the key to the success of Indonesian language internationalization. These findings recommend the development of more innovative teaching materials to strengthen the position of the BIPA program on the global stage as an effective tool for cultural diplomacy.
