Abstract

The issue of moral decline or the "moral crisis" among elementary school students, particularly regarding the diminishing values of politeness, presents a serious challenge to education in the digital era. The "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) was introduced with the vision of the "Pancasila Student Profile" to address these concerns. This study aims to analyze the internalization of politeness values in the Pancasila Education (PPKn) textbooks of the Independent Curriculum as a tool for addressing the moral crisis. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a content analysis method. The research objects are the Primary Textbooks of Pancasila Education for Grades I and IV published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the textbooks systematically integrate politeness values through verbal, gestural, and social typologies. However, the existing narratives primarily focus on face-to-face interactions and have not addressed digital etiquette. The Independent Curriculum PPKn textbooks are adequate as cognitive tools for introducing politeness values, but their effectiveness in addressing the moral crisis requires reinforcement through teacher role-modeling and adaptation to communication ethics in cyberspace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika pelaksanaan microteaching secara daring pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Universitas Islam Negeri Salatiga, serta mengidentifikasi upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan microteaching secara daring belum berjalan secara optimal. Problematika yang dihadapi mahasiswa meliputi aspek internal dan eksternal. Aspek internal mencakup rendahnya kepercayaan diri dalam berbicara bahasa Arab, keterbatasan penguasaan kosakata, serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap konsep microteaching. Sementara itu, aspek eksternal meliputi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, kendala jaringan internet, kesulitan dalam menghadirkan partisipan untuk simulasi pembelajaran, serta hambatan teknis dalam proses pembuatan dan pengunggahan video pembelajaran. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan mahasiswa antara lain meningkatkan latihan berbicara bahasa Arab, memperdalam pemahaman materi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran, serta melakukan latihan berulang dalam praktik mengajar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan integrasi antara kompetensi bahasa, pedagogik, dan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan microteaching secara daring.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inner conflict and forms of anxiety experienced by the main character, Guru Isa, in the novel Jalan Tak Ada Ujung by Mochtar Lubis. The main problem of this research focuses on the psychological dynamics of Guru Isa, who lives under the pressure of the Indonesian independence revolution. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method. The data analysis is conducted through a literary psychology perspective, particularly Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, which includes the structure of personality (id, ego, and superego) and three types of anxiety. The results of the study show that: (1) Guru Isa’s inner conflict arises from the contradiction between his peaceful personal nature and the violent reality of the revolution; (2) three types of anxiety are found in Guru Isa’s character, namely reality anxiety triggered by the real threat of military patrols, neurotic anxiety in the form of irrational fear originating from within himself, and moral anxiety in the form of feelings of guilt and shame due to his failure to meet social expectations as a teacher. This study concludes that Guru Isa’s psychological condition reflects the individual’s psychological pressure in facing an identity crisis and socio-political circumstances.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the poetry writing skills of Grade VA students at SD Negeri 44 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The subjects of this study were 20 students from Grade VA. Data were collected through poetry writing assignments with the theme of natural beauty and analyzed based on the elements of poetry, namely: diction, imagery, concrete words, figurative language, versification, and typography. The research instrument used was a table for analyzing students’ poems. The data analysis process was carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results, students consistently used diction related to nature, although it remained simple. Imagery was dominated by visual imagery, while auditory and tactile imagery were not yet evenly developed. All students used concrete words to describe real natural objects; however, the use of figurative language, especially personification, was not evenly distributed across all works. The rhyme and rhythm of the poems tended to be free and not consciously structured, while the typography generally used lines and stanzas, although some works still resembled prose. A total of 16 students used all six elements of poetry completely. Meanwhile, four students did not use figurative language, resulting in poems that were still directly descriptive. It can be concluded that the students’ poetry writing skills are at an early to developing stage, characterized by the use of simple diction and concrete words, the dominance of visual imagery, and the uneven use of figurative language and rhyme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi membaca cerita pendek siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar berdasarkan level kognitif dan kompetensi literasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes berbasis literasi yang mencakup aspek memahami, menerapkan, menalar, menemukan informasi, interpretasi, serta evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan kesulitan utama pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi seperti menalar dan evaluasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan strategi pembelajaran berbasis literasi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Setelah melakukan pengamatan prapenelitian yang dilaksanakan pada kelas V SD Negeri Sawangan 05 Kota Depok yang berjumlah 60 peserta didik yang terbagi menjadi kelas V-A berjumlah 30 peserta didik dan kelas V-B berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Dari jumlah . dari jumlah tersebut, diperoleh data hanya 35% peserta didik mendapatkan nilai diatas kriteria ketuntasan minimum, sedangan peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minum sebanyak 65% Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar Subtema Gangguan Kesehatan pada Organ Peredaran Darah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sawangan 05, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan Kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Eksperimen pada pengaruh model Problem Based Learning sebagai variable bebas dan hasil belajar Subtema Gangguan Kesehatan pada Organ Peredaran Darah variable terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V-A dan V-B Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sawangan 05 Kota Depok Tahun ajaran 2021/2022 berjumlah. 60 peserta didik dengan kelas V-A 30 dan V-B 30 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi dan soal tes hasil belajar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data analisis secara statistik menggunakan rumus persentase, apabila >85 % peserta didik tuntas belajar maka siklus dihentikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Sawangan 05 Kota Depok Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata kelompok kelas eksperimen (Problem Based Learning) yaitu 78 lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata skor N-Gain kelompok kelas kontrol (Konvensional) yaitu 60. Setelah dilakukan uji t nilai rata-rata N-Gain kedua kelompok tersebut yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dan kelompok kelas kontrol didapatkan thitung (9,436) > ttabel (1,671), dan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and formulate a school cooperative management model based on visionary leadership in enhancing students' independence. School cooperatives do not only function as business units but also serve as strategic learning platforms in shaping students' independence, responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit. Visionary leadership plays a crucial role in directing cooperative management to be more innovative, sustainable, and future-oriented. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, drawing from various literature on cooperative management, educational leadership, and student character development. The findings indicate that a visionary leadership-based management model emphasizes strategic planning, participatory management, strengthening independence values, and innovative cooperative programs involving students actively. The implementation of this model has been shown to improve students' managerial skills, independence attitudes, and economic awareness. Therefore, school cooperatives can serve as effective instruments in supporting educational goals oriented toward character building and student independence. Abstract

Museum is one of the learning resources that can be utilized in history learning. However, in practice, history learning in schools is still often conventional and less engaging for students. Therefore, the use of museums as learning resources becomes an effective alternative to improve students’ understanding of historical materials.This article aims to examine the role of museums as learning resources in history learning. The method used is a literature study by reviewing relevant sources. The results show that museums have an important role in providing more concrete learning experiences through their collections of historical objects. One example is North Sumatra State Museum which presents various historical and cultural collections that support learning activities.The use of museums in history learning can increase students’ interest, deepen their understanding, and foster historical awareness. Thus, museums can be used as effective and innovative learning media in supporting the educational process

Abstract

This study is a qualitative research employing a literature review approach on models of educational leadership in education financing. The aim of this study is to describe various models of educational leadership in education financing. Data were collected through a literature review from various references. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the models of educational leadership in education financing include transformational leadership, transactional leadership, democratic leadership, visionary leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership. Several recommendations for implementing leadership models in education financing include the integration of various leadership models, active stakeholder involvement, the development of alternative funding sources, needs- and priority-based budget planning, enhancement of managerial competencies of educational leaders, and the utilization of technology in financial management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Malay culture and Islamic values in the daily life of the community around Maimun Palace in Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand social and cultural phenomena in depth. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with local communities, traditional leaders, and individuals who understand Malay traditions, as well as literature studies from journals and related sources. The results show that Malay culture and Islamic values are closely intertwined and mutually reinforcing in various aspects of life, including communication ethics, social interactions, dress codes, and traditional practices. The principle of “adat bersendikan syarak, syarak bersendikan Kitabullah” is reflected in the community’s daily behavior and social norms. Furthermore, traditional ceremonies such as marriage, birth, and death rituals demonstrate that customs do not contradict Islamic teachings but instead strengthen religious values. Despite the challenges of modernization, the community continues to preserve these values as part of their cultural identity. Therefore, the environment of Maimun Palace represents a living cultural space where the integration of tradition and religion is maintained sustainably.
