Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk adanya peningkatan hasil belajar terhadap peserta didik dengan digunakannya model problem based learning pada kelas III SDN Layungsari 2 Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini berjenis PTK dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 tahap yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Pengamatan, dan (4) Refleksi. Hasil pengamatan pada siklus I ketuntansan peserta didik 73 % dengan kulaifikasi cukup baik (C) dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yang memiliki presentase 92% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A). Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model problem based learning ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada Tema Perubahan Energi kelas III Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The background that prompted this researcher was the teacher student worksheets in teaching in class which found that teachers still use Low Order Thinking Skill (LOTS) based student worksheets which contain multiple choice questions and short entries that do not integrate questions in the form of skills. higher order thinking into student worksheets. This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Mathematics class IV at SDN 01 Kemiri. This type of research is Research and Development proposed by Sugiyono by using the development procedure up to stage seven, namely revising the product. The results showed that Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) were valid and practical for grade IV elementary school students with intervals of 81% -100% included in the "Very Eligible" category.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is that there are some students who have low reading, writing, and numeracy skills. This has resulted in some students getting learning outcomes scores that are below the minimum completion criteria. The goal to be achieved in this study is to describe and analyze the role of parents and the obstacles experienced by parents to the student learning motivation of second grade of Public Elementary School Panggung Kidul Semarang. This research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. There are 3 stages of data analysis used, namely, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data of this study was obtained through subjects consisting of 10 parents students of second grade, and the teacher of second grade. Then for testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed the role of parents in children's learning motivation, namely 1) Providing learning attention, 2) Guiding and accompanying children, 3) Providing advice and support, 4) providing learning facilities, 5) Providing gifts and punishments. However, some of the parents are also still lacking in providing learning attention. The obstacles experienced by parents in increasing learning motivation are 1) The condition of children who are lazy in learning, 2) The busyness of parents who cannot divide time because of work matters. It can be concluded that parents of grade II students have played a role in providing motivation for children's learning, but in providing motivation for learning there are several obstacles experienced by parents.

Abstract

Society and schools are an inseparable unit in an effort to educate the nation's children. In fact, both are part of the center of the education tri-center. This study aims to describe the management of public relations (public relations) in developing educational institutions. This study is to analyze and determine the relationship management between schools and the community in educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers, the community. Data collection used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in conducting data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done to explain the data by using source triangulation. Self-evaluation for public relations can be done in various ways, and most importantly can observe and evaluate programs that have been carried out carefully. Such an evaluation is done by focusing on the process and results of a program that has been implemented by public relations. In which the public relations party can evaluate a program after the program has been thoroughly implemented. And at the same time an evaluation is also carried out at the end of the school year by the school management, in order to further strengthen the evaluation of the PR itself

Abstract

This research was motivated by the implementation of health protocols through clean and healthy living behaviors of children at SDN Karangasem which have not been maximized. The focus of this study is how the analysis of the upin and Ipin episode 16 animated film "Guna Masker Really" in the application of the prokes to avoid Covid-19 through clean and healthy living behaviors and how to apply the prokes to avoid Covid-19 through clean and healthy living behaviors of grade III students of SDN Karangasem Mranggen The purpose of this study is to analyze the upin animated film and ipin episodes of “Guna Masker Really” in the application of the prokes to avoid covid-19 through clean and healthy living behavior of grade III students of SDN Karangasem. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are: (1) Interviews; (2) Observation; and (3) Documentation. Based on the results of the study, data were obtained that the implementation of health protocols through clean and healthy living behaviors of grade III students showed good results judging from the results of observations and interviews. This shows that the animated film Upin and Ipin episode “Guna Masker Really” can be used as a means of learning health protocols through the application of clean and healthy living behaviors because the episode contains many messages about healthy living during a pandemic that children can imitate.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of teacher pedagogical competence, school principal's academic supervision, joint work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster 1 Kapanewon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency in 2022/2023, Knowing and analyzing the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher performance, knowing and analyzing the influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance, and knowing and analyzing the influence of work discipline on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all Cluster 1 Kapanewon Wates teachers, Kulon Progo Regency, totaling 72 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence, academic supervision, work discipline jointly on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence between teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant effect between school principal academic supervision on teacher performance, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on teacher performance

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the important subjects that underlie other sciences. Rapid progress in the field of information and communication technology today is also based on the development of mathematics . One of the ways that the author tries to concretize fractional material is to use real objects. The display that the author uses is rainbow cikas media, which is media made from used CDs, which are widely available and are considered useless waste.The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of the concept of fractions with the Rainbow Cikas media in the fourth grade students. The focus of the research is on increasing the understanding of the concept of fractions which is marked by an increase in the average value of daily tests, an increase in the percentage of students who reach the KKM, and student responses to learning fractions using Rainbow Cikas media.The data sources are students and teachers. Data collection through observation, interview, documentation and data triangulation techniques. Triangulation is defined as a data collection technique that combines various data collection techniques and existing data sources. The validity of the data consists of 4 tests, namely the transferability test credibility test, reliability test, confirmability test, so the researcher collects data while testing the credibility of the data, namely checking the credibility of the data with various data collection techniques and various sources. The criteria for research success are measured by a minimum grade point average of 70, a minimum of 80% of students have reached the specified KKM of 70, and a minimum of 80% of students respond to learning in a good category.The results showed that the use of Rainbow Cikas media could improve the understanding of the concept of fractions. This was evident from the achievement of all the success criteria set out in the study. Among them the test results showed an increase in the average grade of the class, the percentage of students who achieved the KKM score set by the school increased, and student responses to learning the concept of fractions with Rainbow Cikas media were in the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the recitation method to English lessons, the advantages of using the recitation method in English lessons and the obstacles found in applying the recitation method to English lessons. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is MI Futuhiyyah Kab. Demak Kec, Mranggen. The subjects in this study were English teachers and fourth grade students at MI Futuhiyyah. The data collection techniques used were tests, observations, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the application of the recitation method to English lessons was carried out from the phases of giving assignments, implementation and accountability of assignments that had been made. learning so as to minimize getting a score under the KKM. The average score obtained by students is 70 and the KKM for English is 70. The conclusion obtained is that during learning it proves that students understand learning English using the recitation method.

Abstract

The facilitation of educational services must be supported by a system and workforce capable of quickly adapting to developments in science and technology. Education services must be able to coordinate and communicate government programs for education services in schools. Schools need accuracy and conformity in secondary education services according to the Special Region of Yogyakarta education strategic plan. In this secondary education service, researchers see an opportunity to conduct research and development. This Research and Development aims to: make an Information Digitization System application, Control and Report on Secondary Education Services, Outreach to schools about the development of Educational service applications and practice the use of the Secondary Education Service Digitization System application in at least 2 (two) schools. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. This method is a method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of a product. Utilization of the application technology for the Digitalisasi Layanan Pendidikan Menengah (Si DILA DIKMEN) for school financial accountability using the Research And Development (R&D) method helps school financial managers to be accountable for financial realization to the Center for Secondary Education to be more effective and efficient. The results of this research and development are in the form of the Si DILA DIKMEN application, and trials have been carried out using the application involving 2 schools, and research products have been disseminated to 19 schools, both high school and vocational schools in Kulon Progo. From the results of the pilot implementation of the Si DILA DIKMEN Application, it is known that all schools can operate the application properly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of school principals in obtaining achievements in Javanese language and literature competitions at the provincial level, to analyze the obstacles and supports in applying management to obtain achievements in Javanese language and literature competitions at the provincial level, to analyze the achievement of school principals in obtaining achievements in language competitions and Javanese literature at the provincial level. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using inductive analysis. The results of the study show that the management of school principals in obtaining provincial-level Javanese language and literature competition achievements is planning the implementation of the independent learning curriculum and K13, planning the allocation of funds for the preparation of Javanese language and literature competitions, planning students who will be included in competitions, organizing teacher human resources in the form of appointing several teachers to accompany students participating in Javanese language and literature competitions, organizing human resources from the Alang-alang studio as a support studio for training students participating in Javanese language and literature competitions, organizing teaching materials in the form of selecting teaching materials for students according to technical guidelines, organizing time in the form of conveying student training schedules , Mobilization by giving teacher orders to conduct student coaching, mobilization in the form of giving teacher orders to compile material according to the technical guidelines for HR Control, Cost control by always reviewing expenses, Control of teaching materials in the form of always reviewing so that the material delivered is in accordance with the technical guidelines for competition, and Time control so that students can master the material on time before the Javanese language and literature competition is held. Obstacles in applying management to obtain achievements in the Javanese language and literature competition at the provincial level are the limited number of human resources which results in insufficient accompanying teachers to accompany students who will conduct Javanese language and literature competitions. Funding limitations forced schools to think about how to collect funds other than BOS to support activities to prepare Javanese language and literature competitions. Material Barriers, Technological Barriers, Method Barriers, Time Barriers. Supporting factors are supporting factors from human resources, gifted students, competent trainers, dedicated teachers, parents of students who are willing to contribute funds, supporting factors from parents who have provided their own teaching methods, students who have a lot of free time.
