Abstract

This study aims to determine how well the use of information technology-based learning media on the learning interests of fifth grade students of SDN Mertak Tombok. The population and sample in this study were 25 students. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results of the data analysis showed that the value of the Social Studies Subject of the Upper Elementary School Class was 76.94% of the expected value.

Abstract

The study was conducted to see the importance of reading comprehension of non- fiction texts that must be mastered by elementary school students. However, stu- dents' mastery of this ability is low. One of the causes of the low level is that the learning model used by teachers in the classroom has not emphasized student activ-ity in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and im-provement through different actions and groups using four indicators of reading comprehension ability for fifth grade elementary school students on historical non- fiction text material. The experimental group used the Jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted by wordwall media, the control group used the STAD cooperative learning model. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with a non- equivalent control group design and a sample size of 60 people using the purposive sampling technique. This study collected two data to be analyzed, namely test data in the form of pre-test and post-test, while non-test data were in the form of obser- vation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the increase in stu- dents' reading comprehension ability of non-fiction texts using the Jigsaw coopera- tive learning model assisted by wordwall media was better than students who used the STAD cooperative learning model and there was a positive influence in using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted by wordwall media on students' reading comprehension of non-fiction texts. Thus, the Jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted by wordwall media can be an alternative that can be used in learn- ing, especially in class V for historical non-fiction text material.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and practical Augmented Reality (AR)-basedlearning media for teaching geometry in fifth-grade elementary school. Theresearch employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIEmodel, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through interviews andquestionnaires, then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. Thevalidation results show an Aiken’s V validity index of 0.94, indicating a very highlevel of validity. A one-to-one trial revealed that the media functioned effectivelywithout significant issues and received positive feedback from students.Practicality was assessed through teacher and student questionnaires, withaverage scores of 97.5% and 97.87%, respectively, both categorized as verypractical. The feedback from both teachers and students was overwhelminglypositive. Therefore, the developed AR learning media is considered valid andpractical, making it suitable for use in teaching geometry to fifth-grade elementaryschool students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh penggunaan media puzzlehuruf terhadap kemampuan membaca peserta didik kelas II di SD MuhammadiyahIDI Tello Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen. Desainpenelitian yang di gunakan adalah one-group pretest posttest desain yangmelibatkan 22 peserta didik sebagai sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian adalahkelas II. Instrumen yang di gunakan adalah tes tertulis yang berupa tes essayuntuk mengukur kemampuan membaca peserta didik. Adapun Teknikpengumpulan data yang di gunakan lembar observasi, tes tertulis, dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah Teknik analisis deskriptif dan Teknikanalisis inferensial yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle hurufterhadap kemampuan membaca peserta didik kelas II setelah di berikanperlakuan. Nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 60,00 sedangkan nilai rata-rataPosttest adalah 85.45 Berdasarkan hasil yang di peroleh HO di tolak dan H1 diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa media puzzle hurufmemberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca peserta didik kelas II SDMuhammadiyah IDI Tello Baru.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media inteaching Tor-Tor dance movements to fifth grade students of SDN 29Payakumbuh. AR technology allows visualization of dance movements in three-dimensional form that is interactive and realistic, so it is expected to improvestudents' understanding of the basic movements of Tor-Tor dance. The researchmethod used is Research and Development with the Four-D model (Define,Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results of material, language and mediaexpert validation showed that the developed AR media fell into the "very valid"category with an average percentage of 95.1%. The product trial results from theteacher's response were 83.2% and the product trial results from the student'sresponse were 84.54%. Based on the product trial evaluation results of teachersand students, the average that can be obtained is 83.87% with a very goodcategory. Then the N-Gain test was conducted to measure the effectiveness ofaugmented reality media on the ability of grade V students for Tor-Tor dancematerial by conducting post-tests and pre-tests, getting a result of 0.80 (80%).Based on the results of the n-gain test, the developed augmented reality media iseffective. The tests on teachers and students also showed positive results with ahigh level of readability, attractiveness, and effectiveness in increasing students'interest and understanding of Tor-Tor dance. Thus, the development of AR mediais considered feasible to be used as an innovation in learning cultural arts,especially traditional dance, and can be a reference for the development of othertechnology-based learning media.

Abstract

SD Negeri 66 Kota Bengkulu is a school located in Bengkulu City. This school is used to hold Canva Training to Improve the Quality of Teaching and Learning Activities at SDN 66 Kota Bengkulu. At SDN 66 Kota Bengkulu, there are 10 teachers. The priority issue during PKL (Field Work Practice) is the limited knowledge of teachers about Canva, therefore on the occasion of PKL (Field Work Practice) we took steps through a work program in the form of Canva Training to Improve the Quality of Teaching and Learning Activities at SDN 66 Kota Bengkulu, providing Canva presentation skills, allowing teachers to create interesting and easy-to- understand learning materials. Teachers will learn about the basics of Canva, Canva features, and interactive learning from Canva. Because not all teachers know Canva and understand more deeply than Canva itself. In responding to this, we took many steps so that teachers could discuss and solve the problems faced in making learning media. Then provide opportunities for teachers to practice making learning media with instructor guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the song “Cheers to Youth” by SEVENTEEN on self-acceptance in adolescents through a literature study method. By analyzing various sources that discuss the relationship between music, emotions, and psychological development of adolescents, this study highlights how the lyrics and melody can influence adolescents' attitudes towards themselves. The results of the study show that the song “Cheers to Youth” contains messages that can increase self-confidence, motivate, and help adolescents in the process of accepting their uniqueness and shortcomings. The results of this study prove the importance of music as an effective medium in supporting the emotional and psychological development of adolescents, especially in fostering a strong sense of self-acceptance. This investigation is an important advancement in understanding the ways in which works of art, especially music, can function as transformative instruments for the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop products and determine the feasibility of digitalencyclopedia on the material of Indonesia's cultural wealth. The method used inthis research is a research and development method known as Research andDevelopment with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation). The research begins with analyzing the needs ofstudents, then making a digital encyclopedia design of Indonesia's cultural wealth,then conducting expert validation and product revision. The results of the researchfrom the validation of media experts 93%, language experts 94% and materialexperts 97.3% showed that the digital encyclopedia was very feasible to use withan average percentage of 94.7%. At the implementation stage, 22 students gave avery good response to the digital encyclopedia used with an average percentageof 99.27% which means it is very feasible to use. Therefore, it can be concludedthat the development of a digital encyclopedia on the material of Indonesia'scultural wealth at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in phase B at the end of theeven semester of 2023/2024 is very feasible to use during the learning process.

Abstract

This study discusses the role and authority of the Indonesian National Police in tackling acts of molestation in the jurisdiction of Kaur Police Department. The research uses a socio-legal and case study approach. The study shows that the Kaur Police implement three main strategies: pre-emptive, preventive, and repressive, in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2002. Obstacles faced include internal (personnel and budget), external (patriarchy and low legal awareness), technical (sectoral coordination), and legal (weak regulations and court decisions). Strengthening synergy among law enforcement, government, and the community is key to improving victim protection and crime prevention.

Abstract

The use of persuasive language in advertisements, especially in skincare productadvertisements on social media. This study aims to analyze the influence ofpersuasive language style in skincare advertisements on the purchasing decisionsof grade VIII junior high school students and their understanding of advertisingtexts in the context of learning Indonesian. Specifically, this study investigates howadvertising language style influences purchasing decisions, identifies the mosteffective types of language styles, and analyzes the relationship between studentsunderstanding of advertising text material and the advertisements they encounteron social media. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon.The results show that the use of persuasive language style in skincareadvertisements has a significant influence on students purchasing decisions. Inaddition, this study identifies several types of language styles that are effective inattracting students attention and encouraging their purchasing interest. This studyalso reveals a relationship between students understanding of advertising textmaterial in class and their ability to interpret advertisements they encounter onsocial media. This study provides insight into the role of advertising language stylein shaping adolescent consumer behavior and its implications for the developmentof Indonesian language learning materials that are more contextual and relevant tostudents lives.
