Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the role of Risk-Based Internal Audit (Rbia) in identifying and managing the risk of fraud, while improving operational efficiency in the sales cycle. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to companies operating in the sales cycle. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of audit report documentation. The results showed that the implementation of RBIA has a strategic role in strengthening the effectiveness of internal control, preventing fraud, and optimizing the company's operational processes. These findings enrich the theory of risk-based auditing and provide practical guidance for auditors and management to design a more proactive and efficient audit strategy.

Abstract

Pembelajaran praktik ibadah seperti shalat jenazah dan tajwid Al-Qur’an merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan agama Islam yang bertujuan membentuk karakter religius sejak usia dini. Dalam konteks pendidikan nonformal, Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) memiliki peran strategis sebagai lembaga pembinaan dasar keagamaan. Melalui pelibatan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), transfer ilmu agama dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif, inovatif, dan kontekstual. Mahasiswa KKN dapat menjembatani teori pendidikan Islam yang diperoleh di perguruan tinggi dengan praktik langsung di tengah masyarakat. Program pengajaran praktik shalat jenazah membantu siswa memahami tata cara, bacaan, serta makna dari ibadah tersebut, yang sering kali kurang dikuasai karena minimnya praktik langsung. Sementara itu, pembelajaran tajwid Al-Qur’an memberikan dasar kuat dalam membaca Al-Qur’an secara benar, sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah pelafalan huruf dan hukum bacaan yang berlaku. Implementasi pembelajaran ini memanfaatkan pendekatan partisipatif dan metode demonstratif yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat pemahaman peserta didik MDA. Dengan demikian, kegiatan mahasiswa KKN tidak hanya menjadi sarana pengabdian masyarakat, tetapi juga kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama. Selain itu, integrasi antara teori dan praktik dalam proses pembelajaran memperkuat relevansi peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam masyarakat. Hasilnya, peserta didik mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih aplikatif dan bermakna, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan transformatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya sikap terbuka siswa kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh video animasi terhadap sikap terbuka siswa kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege sebelum adanya pemberian perlakuan dan sesudah adanya pemberian perlakuan, yang akan diukur melalui hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum memberikan pre-test dan post-test peneliti melakukan uji instrumen penelitian disekolah berbeda dari sekolah sampel penelitian. Dari hasil uji validitas ditemukan 20 soal valid dan 5 soal yang tidak valid, pada hasil uji reliabilitas nilai Chronbach Alpha > 0,70 yaitu 0,8919 > 0,70 sehingga soal merupakan soal yang reliabel dan pada uji tingkat kesukaran soal dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa soal tergolong soal yang mudah. Pendekatan yang peneliti gunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu eksperimen dan desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen Design, bentuk desain yang dipilih yaitu One Group Pretest – Posttest, yang menjadi sampel didalam analisis ini yaitu peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Data penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengaruh media video animasi memiliki hasil nilai pre-test dengan rata-rata 57,18 sedangkan pada posttest 90 yang berarti terdapat perubahan sikap terbuka siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi pengobar semangat kelas III. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil karena uji hipotesis dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hasil uji paired sampel t-test dilihat bahwa thitung > ttabel, yang dimana ttabel sebesar 9,283. Sedangkan ttabel dengan taraf df berjumlah 16 sehingga ttabel berjumlah 2,131 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Sehingga diperoleh 9,283 > 2,131. Maka kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh metode video animasi terhadap peningkatan sikap terbuka siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi pengobar semangat kelas III di SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege.

Abstract

Samsuri, 2024, Design of Image-Based Learning Media for Informatics Subjects in Class VII of Cilegon State Middle School.In this research, researchers used the R&D (Research and Development) approach or development research which produces a product. This research aims to design image- based learning media. The resulting development products consist of one type, namely media-based learning. The media was developed by meeting the criteria for feasibility and effectiveness.The design of image-based learning media uses the 4D development model stages Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. In the initial development process, researchers consulted with media experts to get input and suggestions about the media being developed. To determine the suitability of the product, an expert validation test, media expert validation and material expert validation test (Informatics teacher) are carried out. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire which is used to determine the suitability of the product.The research results obtained from the validation results of media expert tests and material expert tests (Informatics teachers) show that image-based learning media meets the criteria for feasibility and effectiveness. The scores obtained from the results of media expert test validation, material expert test validation and student usage tests are in the good category and do not need revision. Thus, image-based learning media can be used to increase students' interest in Informatics subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the phenomenon of code-switching and code-mixing in learning interactions in class X of MA An-Nawawi Sarwodadi, Wonosobo. The background of a homogeneous community with Javanese as their native language encourages this linguistic dynamic in the school environment. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through passive participant observation and unstructured interviews. The results showed that code-switching and code-mixing appeared in various forms, such as switching from Indonesian to Javanese in full and inserting Javanese words/phrases into Indonesian. This phenomenon does not occur randomly; instead, it functions as an effective communication strategy to facilitate the understanding of instructions, create familiarity, build emotional closeness between teachers and students, and create a more relaxed learning atmosphere. The conclusion of this research underlines that code-switching and code-mixing are forms of teachers' pedagogical skills and contextual language dynamics, which actually enhance learning effectiveness while preserving local wisdom values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in the tahfizh (Qur’an memorization) and qiraah (Qur’an recitation) activities of students at Al-Madani Dormitory, Ma’had Al-Zaytun. The research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the implementation of management functions has been carried out properly but is not yet optimal in the actuating and controlling aspects. In planning, the program is well-structured but lacks consideration of individual students’ abilities. The organizational structure is clear, yet interdepartmental coordination still needs improvement. The implementation phase indicates high enthusiasm among students, which declines mid-semester due to monotonous learning methods. Meanwhile, supervision is conducted regularly but focuses more on the quantity of memorization rather than the quality of recitation and understanding of meaning. The study concludes that a collaborative management model supported by digital technology and innovative learning methods is needed to enhance the effectiveness of tahfizh and qiraah programs within Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in the management of zakat at Yayasan Pemberdayaan Insan Mandiri (YAPIM) Ciledug. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design, emphasizing an in-depth understanding of organizational dynamics in zakat management. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that the implementation of management functions at YAPIM has been carried out systematically but has not yet reached optimal effectiveness. The planning function is reflected in structured programs for zakat collection and distribution, though still lacking a data-based approach. The organizing function demonstrates a clear division of labor, yet coordination across divisions remains inconsistent. The actuating function reveals strong moral commitment and community participation but limited managerial competence among amil zakat. The controlling function operates through routine evaluation meetings, though still conducted manually without a digital monitoring system. Overall, YAPIM successfully integrates modern management principles with Islamic values such as amanah (trust), transparency, and justice, creating a model for accountable and faith-based zakat governance. The study recommends enhancing human resource capacity and digital transformation to strengthen efficiency and public trust in zakat institutions. Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in building the civilization of a nation, and its quality is reflected in the success of the learning process in achieving its intended goals. Among the essential subjects that cultivate logical, systematic, critical, and analytical thinking is Mathematics. These skills are vital in addressing the challenges of globalization, which demand complex problem-solving abilities. However, in practice, Mathematics is often perceived as a difficult and less engaging subject by students, leading to low learning motivation. This study aims to examine the influence of learning evaluation on students’ motivation to learn Mathematics at SMP PGRI 2 Ciawi, Bogor Regency. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that there is a significant relationship between learning evaluation and students’ motivation in learning Mathematics. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, using the Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP PGRI 2 Ciawi, Bogor Regency, totaling 98 students. The results revealed a positive and significant correlation between learning evaluation and students’ motivation to learn Mathematics, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.345, where r-count (0.345) > r-table (0.195) at a 5% significance level. This finding indicates that the better the learning evaluation is implemented, the higher the students’ motivation to learn Mathematics

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in elementary schools plays a vital role in shaping students’ religious character. Teachers function not only as instructors but also as curriculum designers, implementers, and evaluators who are responsible for instilling religious values in students’ daily lives. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in developing the PAI curriculum at SD Negeri Cepit, focusing on curriculum design strategies, classroom implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the impact on students’ religious character. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that PAI teachers actively integrate religious values into teaching materials, methods, and extracurricular activities. Supporting factors include principal support, the school’s religious culture, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors involve limited time allocation and a lack of innovative teaching resources. The development of the PAI curriculum has proven to strengthen students’ religious character, reflected in their discipline in worship, honesty, responsibility, and tolerance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the use of audio-visual media combined with the inquiry model can help students understand entrepreneurship material in Indonesian language lessons for fifth-grade students at SDN 76 Tarowang. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 26 fifth- grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning achievement tests, then analyzed descriptively and with a paired sample t-test. The findings showed improvements in both student activity and learning outcomes. In the first cycle, some students were still passive, but in the second cycle they became more active in asking questions, expressing opinions, and participating in discussions. The average score also increased, from 81.86 in the pretest to 87.04 in the posttest. Statistical testing indicated a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, which means there was a significant difference between the results before and after the action.Overall, the use of audio-visual media with the inquiry approach proved effective in enhancing students’ understanding of entrepreneurship material, while also encouraging them to be more active in the learning process.
