Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembinaan kerohanian narapidana Kristen melalui ibadah rutin serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Labuhan Ruku. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya pembinaan kerohanian sebagai bagian dari sistem pemasyarakatan yang menekankan rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial narapidana. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibadah rutin berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran beragama, memperbaiki perilaku, serta mengurangi tekanan psikologis narapidana Kristen selama menjalani masa pidana. Kegiatan pembinaan dilaksanakan melalui ibadah rutin setiap hari kecuali hari sabtu, perayaan hari besar, pendalaman Alkitab, doa bersama, dan konseling rohani. Namun demikian, pelaksanaannya menghadapi beberapa kendala, antara lain keterbatasan tenaga pembimbing rohani, minimnya sarana dan prasarana ibadah, keterbatasan anggaran, serta rendahnya motivasi sebagian narapidana. Analisis dengan teori implementasi kebijakan George C. Edward III menunjukkan bahwa faktor komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi sangat memengaruhi keberhasilan pembinaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembinaan kerohanian melalui ibadah rutin terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran beragama narapidana Kristen, namun perlu dukungan sumber daya dan fasilitas yang lebih memadai agar hasilnya lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research intends to investigate the connection between students' overall development and the promotion of character education in elementary schools. Character education is critical in developing a generation that succeeds not just academically but also morally, with honesty, compassion, and social responsibility. Using a descriptive qualitative methodology through literature review, this study examines how the application of a holistic approach can aid in the overall growth of student character. The results suggest that comprehensive education, which includes cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual elements, has a beneficial impact on students' self-awareness, attitudes, and behavior. Furthermore, the effectiveness of these programs is strongly influenced by cooperation between schools, parents, and communities. These results highlight the value of using comprehensive education as a primary approach for sustainably increasing character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of fish trading with deferred payment between the Kitchen and the Fish Slaughterhouse at Ma’had Al-Zaytun from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The practice is carried out routinely without a written contract, relying solely on mutual trust and transaction notes. Using a qualitative method through field research and literature review, data were collected via observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the transaction meets the daily consumption needs of students, with payments made within a maximum period of one month. From the perspective of Islamic economic law, this practice falls under the category of bai’bi tsaman ajil, fulfills the legal requirements of a valid contract, ensures transparency, and does not contain elements of riba, thus it is considered permissible. Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of physical education and sports facilities and infrastructure at Munta Elementary School, Macang Pacar District, West Manggarai Regency. The research method used was a survey with observation and documentation techniques, supplemented by interviews with physical education teachers. The research subjects were all sports facilities and infrastructure available at the school. The research results show that the availability of physical education facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate, both in terms of quantity and suitability. Some basic equipment, such as balls, fields, and traditional games, is available, but its quality is poorly maintained and insufficient to meet students' needs. Meanwhile, most infrastructure, such as permanent sports fields, equipment storage, and other supporting facilities, is not yet optimally available The conclusion of this study is that the physical education facilities and infrastructure at SDK Munta still need to be improved, both through new procurement and maintenance of existing facilities. The results of this study are expected to provide input for the school, local government, and related agencies in efforts to improve the quality of physical education instruction in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of efforts to improve the quality of Islamic religious education, one of which is the professionalism of teachers in innovative learning of the Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City. This research aims to describe professional teachers, efforts, innovation and students' responses to the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City. This type of research is qualitative research. The data sources in this research were the Head of the Madrasah, teachers of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, and representatives of students in grades VII, VIII and IX. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data assurance technique in this research uses triangulation, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, presentation and conclusion verification. The results of this research show that the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City already look professional by carrying out tasks and learning innovations. The efforts made by the Madrasah Head to increase teacher professionalism in innovative learning of the Qur'an and Hadith include; clinical supervision, increasing teacher performance competency, developing teacher performance and providing motivation for teachers to take part in training or webinars to increase competency, professionalism and learning innovation online and offline. This can be proven through observations which show that students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawwarah Jambi City always apply the material presented by the teacher. This is proven by the response of student representatives who stated that they were motivated and liked the learning presented by the Al Qur'an Hadith teacher in the attached interview results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning process and outcomes of Mathematics in grade VI at SDN 169/II Lubuk Telau, this is evidenced by the results of initial observations conducted by researchers from 10 students only 40.00% obtained scores in the achievement criteria. The cause is the learning process is still centered on the teacher and the learning model used by the teacher is not varied. The purpose of the research is to improve the learning process and outcomes of Mathematics using the Student Teams Achievement Division model.The research method used in this study is classroom action research, the subjects of this study were 10 sixth grade students of SDN 169/II Lubuk Telau. In the implementation of the research conducted by the researcher consisted of 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of 2 meetings, each meeting consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in the first semester of the 2025 academic year at SDN 169/II Lubuk Telau. The research data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division model can improve the process and results of Mathematics learning in class VI of SDN 169/II Lubuk Telau. This can be seen from the increase in educator observations in cycle I with an average percentage of 83.25% and in cycle II with an average percentage of 94.4% with the Very Good category. The increase in the student learning process, in cycle I reached 62.5% categorized as Fairly Good and in cycle II increased to 82.5% with the Good category. The increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 40% categorized as Very Poor and cycle II reached 80% with the Good category.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis bagi siswa di sekolah dasar menjadi hal yang penting dalam menghadapi abad 21. Model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Creat) dapat dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan minat belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA tema magnet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan jenis True Experimental Design. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas V UPTD SDN 2 Karangampel Kidul dengan jumlah 48 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran RADEC dapat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan minat belajar dibanding dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengolahan data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0 dengan uji independent sample t-tes dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) = 0,004 < α = 0,05. Adapun minat belajar dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Dapat diartikan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research began with the problem of low learning activity of second-grade students on the material "I Behave Pancasila" at SD Negeri 6 Tempilang. The factors causing this problem are the learning methods applied are still conventional and the lack of use of interesting learning media that can stimulate students to be active during the learning process. This research aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective Pop Up Box learning media product based on Canva in increasing student learning activity. The type of research used is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of the study were 16 second-grade students of SD Negeri 6 Tempilang. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which were then analyzed descriptively. The research shows that the Pop Up Box learning media based on Canva meets the eligibility criteria. Validation by media experts obtained a score of 80% (valid category) and by material experts 100% (very valid category). The practicality assessment by teachers was 95% and by students 98% (very practical category). Meanwhile, student learning engagement increased by 81% (very active) with an N-Gain of 0.438, categorized as moderate. Thus, the Canva-based Pop-Up Box media proved valid, practical, and effective in increasing second-grade elementary school students' engagement in the topic "I Behave in Pancasila."

Mariyam. 2023. “Pengaruh Peran Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal” Program studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Tesis. Pembimbing (1) Dr. Ngasbun Egar, M.Pd., (2) Dr. Rasiman, M.Pd. Mutu sekolah dapat juga disebut dengan kualitas sekolah, mutu merupakan masalah pokok yang menjamin perkembangan sekolah dalam meraih keberhasilan ditengah-tengah persaingan dunia pendidikan yang semakin maju. Mutu sekolah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal diantaranya peran kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) peran kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah; (2) budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah; (3) motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah; dan (4) peran kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan angket/kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal sebanyak 120 Guru. Metode pengumpulan data melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah dalam kategori cukup baik dengan pengaruh sebesar 42,9%, (2) terdapat pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah dalam kategori cukup rendah dengan pengaruh sebesar 5,7%, (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dalam kategori cukup rendah dengan pengaruh sebesar 8% dan (4) terdapat pengaruh peran kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dalam kategori cukup baik dengan pengaruh sebesar 43,8%. Untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah, kepala sekolah harus menjalankan perannya secara maksimal. Budaya positif sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru juga perlu ditingkatkan untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah. semakin baik peran kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru maka semakin baik mutu sekolah. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA peserta didik kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Padang karena keterbatasan media pembelajaran, serta penggunaan model pembelajaran yang masih membuat peserta didik cenderung pasif dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan aplikasi solar system scope terhadap hasil belajar pada materi Bumi dan Tata Surya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen desain nonequivalent control group tipe posttest-only. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dengan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan aplikasi solar system scope dan kelas kontrol dengan model discovery learning. Data diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar dan dianalisis dengan uji-t menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen 86,54 lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata kelas kontrol 63,87. Hasil analisis thitung yaitu sebesar 6,679 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan aplikasi solar system scope efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA.
