Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Amin Pa’batangan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media interaktif Wordwal dalam pembelajaran mengetahui hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media tersebut, serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaannya terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pre-Test Post-Test. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Wordwall berjalan dengan baik dan meningkat pada setiap pertemuan. Nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 68,67 dan meningkat menjadi 87,93 pada post-test. Seluruh siswa memperoleh kategori tuntas setelah perlakuan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, media interaktif Wordwall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Amin Pa’batangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the group discussion method in learning the Central Bank concept for tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. The Central Bank material is often considered difficult due to numerous technical terms and abstract concepts, while the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes active learning. This descriptive qualitative research involved the teacher and tenth-grade students, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of the group discussion method positively contributed to enhancing students' understanding of the role of Bank Indonesia and its monetary control functions. Students found the material easier to grasp after discussions and presentations. However, its effectiveness was not optimal due to uneven student participation; some students remained passive, reluctant to ask questions, and relied on more dominant group members. Therefore, the success of group discussion largely depends on the teacher's management in ensuring equitable contributions and providing guidance to less active students. The method is effective but requires more optimal group management strategies.

Abstract

The implementation of STEM learning in primary schools is increasingly recommended to meet the skills needs of the 21st century, especially critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills. However, implementation in the field does not always run smoothly, especially when students do not yet have experience with project-based learning. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of STEM-PjBL learning in Grade IV elementary school by examining the obstacles that arise, the effectiveness of corrective actions through classroom action research (CAR), and the extent to which teacher mentoring strategies can increase student engagement and collaboration. The research method used two cycles of classroom action research (CAR) involving 28 students. Data were collected through collaboration rubrics, project assessment rubrics, observation sheets, and student reflections. The results showed that in cycle I, students still experienced difficulties such as an imbalance of roles within groups, the dominance of certain members, and confusion in following the STEM project flow. However, after the implementation of structured scaffolding, clearer instructions, and a more systematic division of roles, there was an increase in student engagement and project quality in cycle II. Collaboration scores increased by approximately 24–28%, and product quality improved by 30%. These findings confirm that STEM-PjBL learning is highly dependent on instructional design, teacher readiness, and the clarity of assessment tools. This article provides recommendations for more realistic STEM implementation.

Abstract

Language origin plays an essential role in shaping an individual’s speaking style because the first language acquired in childhood forms fundamental phonological, syntactic, and semantic patterns that persist into adulthood. The central issue discussed in this study is that differences among Indonesia’s regional languages create noticeable variations in accents, intonation, vocabulary choices, and sentence structures when speakers use Indonesian. This study aims to describe how the mother tongue influences speaking style and to explain the linguistic aspects underlying these differences. Using a library research approach, this study gathers and analyzes scientific references such as books, academic articles, and research journals related to language origin and speaking behavior. The analysis shows that the influence of the first language appears in several aspects, including phonological features such as stress patterns, vowel length, consonant articulation, and speech rhythm; syntactic habits that shape tendencies to construct direct, concise sentences or longer, layered structures; and lexical preferences aligned with the semantic patterns of the regional language. These influences remain evident even when Indonesian is used as a unifying national language, especially in multilingual interactions where speakers from different linguistic backgrounds communicate. Overall, language origin significantly contributes to the diversity of speaking styles in multilingual societies and affects how messages are delivered and interpreted in everyday communication.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of an interactive learning model to improve elementary school students' understanding of norms in everyday life. The background of this study is based on students' low understanding of various types of norms and their application in social contexts, both at school and at home. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type, focusing on the learning process in one class as a single research context. Data were collected through in - depth observations during learning, interviews with students, and documentation of student activities and work results. The results show that the application of an interactive learning model can provide a more meaningful learning experience for students, marked by an increase in their ability to recognize types of norms, explain the function of norms, and apply them in everyday situations. In addition, students appeared more active, enthusiastic, and able to work together during the learning process. These findings confirm that an interactive learning model can be an alternative, effective learning strategy in strengthening elementary school students' understanding of norms.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of digital media within the nested-type integrated learning model as an effort to enhance literacy and numeracy skills among elementary school students. The underlying issue of this research lies in the limited implementation of technology within learning activities, even though it is an essential component of 21st-century instructional design; thus, the potential of digital media has not yet been fully optimized. This study employs a literature review method with documentation techniques, and data analysis consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, followed by triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results indicate that digital media such as Quizizz, Canva, and KIPIN 4.0 have been utilized across various elementary grade levels and have proven effective in supporting literacy and numeracy enhancement through interactive content, digital books, adaptive exercises, and multimodal learning materials. However, the implementation still faces notable challenges, particularly regarding teachers’ limited technological competence and the insufficient availability of adequate and equitable digital facilities in schools. This study emphasizes that the successful integration of digital media within the nested learning model requires strong synergy among teachers, students, and policymakers through continuous professional development, improved digital literacy, and the provision of high-quality technological resources. These findings are expected to inform policy strengthening and the development of digital-based integrated learning practices aimed at improving literacy and numeracy outcomes in elementary education.

Abstract

Drug abuse and alcoholic beverages pose a serious threat to the health, safety, and future of young generations. This outreach activity aims to increase the understanding of students at MTS AN-NUR, Rante Baru Village, Rante Angin District, North Kolaka Regency, regarding the negative impacts of drug and alcohol abuse, as well as to prevent deviant behavior among adolescents. The methods used include material and media preparation, socialization, interactive discussions, and question-and-a oximately 50 students. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ knowledge about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, the growth of awareness to reject substance abuse, and increased confidence in asking questions and participating in discussions. Moreover, this activity helped foster discipline, a sense of responsibility, and motivation among students to safeguard their future from drug abuse.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate in depth the impact of the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method on student learning motivation at SDN 21 Kota Bima. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, applied to understand the experiences experienced by students and teachers during the learning process, as well as to identify elements that can support or hinder the success of the implementation of PBL. By collecting data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and discussions with students, from the results of the study at SDN 21 KOTA BIMA, the (PBL) method has been implemented and the reason why teachers apply the problem-based learning (PBL) method is so that students can think critically and solve problems and prepare themselves for future life, in addition to training students to find solutions to problems they face in their lives. Based on interview and observation data, the PBL method can increase student learning motivation, based on the results of eight interviews, involving five students and three teachers. Of the eight interviewees, only two said the PBL method was boring and somewhat difficult, while the other five said the method was fun and not boring, and also increased student engagement. They were very enthusiastic and actively raised their hands when asked questions related to their real lives by the teacher. Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran tentunya siswa-siswa sering kesusahan dalam mengingat dua hal sekaligus seperti lambang dan Namanya,sehingga pembelajaran didalam kelas akan menjadi tantangan untuk seorang guru dalam proses pembelajaran.untuk itu guru dapat memanfaatkan media dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan bahan ajar digital di Canva berfokus pada solusi untuk membuat materi yang menarik secara visual dan interaktif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), yang berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja sistematis untuk proses pengembangan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Oktober di Mis Islamiyah Kota Palangka Raya.terdapat 12 siswa di kelas dua, Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan evaluasi pada lembar validasi ahli dan respon dari siswa maupun guru. Sebuah kuesioner diberikan kepada para ahli mengevaluasi. Hasil Validasi ahli materi sebesar 94%,hasil validasi desain sebesar 87%,hasil penilaian guru sebesar 74%, Uji coba lapangan yang memperoleh hasil 100% menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar sangat efektif dan disukai oleh siswa. dapat disimpulkan berbagai hasil penilaian, bahan ajar ini dinyatakan memiliki kelayakan yang baik hingga sangat baik. Penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli desain menunjukkan bahwa isi dan tampilan bahan ajar sudah tepat, meskipun masih ada sedikit bagian yang bisa diperbaiki. Guru menilai bahan ajar ini baik, sehingga beberapa aspek perlu ditingkatkan. In the learning process, of course, students often have difficulty remembering two things at once, such as symbols and their names, so that learning in the classroom will be a challenge for a teacher in the learning process. For this reason, teachers can utilize media in the learning process. The development of digital teaching materials in Canva focuses on solutions to create visually attractive and interactive materials. The method applied in the development of teaching materials is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which serves as a systematic framework for the learning development process. This research was conducted on October 22 at Mis Islamiyah, Palangka Raya City. There were 12 students in the second grade. Data was collected based on evaluations on expert validation sheets and responses from students and teachers. A questionnaire was given to the evaluating experts.The results of the validation of material experts were 94%, the results of the design validation were 87%, the results of the teacher's assessment were 74%, the field trial which obtained 100% results showed that the teaching materials were very effective and liked by students. It can be concluded that various assessment results, this teaching material was stated to have good to very good feasibility. Assessments from material experts and design experts showed that the content and appearance of the teaching materials were appropriate, although there were still a few parts that could be improved. Teachers assessed this teaching material as good, so several aspects needed to be improved.

Abstract

Exposure to environmental stressors such as heat, cold, and hypoxia induces substantial physiological strain on the cardiovascular, thermoregulatory, and respiratory systems. Recent research has shifted from studying isolated stress responses to exploring cross-adaptation, a phenomenon in which adaptation to one stressor enhances tolerance to another. This review synthesizes empirical findings from key studies investigating cross-adaptation mechanisms, particularly between heat and hypoxia, and their implications for athletic performance. Evidence from Gibson et al. (2017) and Willmott et al. (2024) demonstrates that heat acclimation improves hematological stability, increases plasma volume, enhances oxygen saturation, lowers heart rate, and reduces core and skin temperatures during exercise in hypoxic environments. Conversely, hypoxia acclimation has shown potential benefits for both normothermic and heat conditions, although performance effects remain inconsistent. Mechanistic insights indicate that thermoregulatory adjustments—such as earlier sweating onset and increased skin blood flow—play an important role in supporting physiological stability during combined heat and hypoxia exposure. These interactions hold practical relevance for athletes and physically demanding occupations with limited access to prolonged altitude training. This integrative review aims to compile physiological mechanisms, performance outcomes, and practical applications of cross-adaptation to evaluate its viability as an alternative or complementary strategy for preparing individuals for extreme environmental conditions.
