Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews, shipping costs and payment methods on purchasing decisions for Generation Z Lazada application users in Pancur Batu District. This type of research is associative which is research with the aim of knowing the effect of two or more variables. The population in this study were all people in Pancur Batu District who had made purchases at Lazada at least twice. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study linear regression analysis test using Statistical Package For the Social Science For Windows (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews, shipping cost and payment method partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions decisions  for Generation Z Lazada application users in Pancur Batu District. The coefficient of determination  is obtained 0.847. This states that the variables of online customer review, shipping cost and payment method influence purchasing decisions by 84.7%, and the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama periode 2020-2022. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Selain itu, variabel lain seperti belanja operasional, pendapatan, dan anggaran juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengelola keuangan publik untuk meningkatkan alokasi belanja modal dan pengelolaan anggaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti lain yang tertarik untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan institusi publik di Indonesia. Abstract

Halal lifestyle continues to experience improvement from time to time. One sector that has experienced a drastic increase is halal skincare or skincae labeled halal. Various halal skincare brands on the market such as wardah, makeover somethink. With the increasing prevalence of skincare labeled halal, companies must prioritize not only quality but also external factors that support consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand ambassador, and halal awareness on the purchase of skincare labeled halal. The research was conducted using quantitative research methods with random sampling method. From the data collected, it will be processed to find out brand image, brand ambassadors, and halal awareness of purchasing skincare labeled halal. Abstract

Abstract A farm laborer is someone who works on someone else's land to get produce or wages from the land owner. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work fatigue and work family conflict on the work stress of female farm workers in Tubanan Village, Kec. flower This research is a study using a quantitative approach to the survey method of respondents. The subjects involved in this study were women farm workers in Tubanan Village, Kec. Flower which totaled 76 respondents by means of multiple linear regression model analysis. The collection of technical data in this study used the SPSS software program. Based on the results obtained, the factors that influence work stress are work family conflict. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which shows a sig value of less than 0.05, which is equal to 0.008. While workload has no effect on work stress seen from a sig value greater than 0.05, which is equal to 0.054. Work fatigue has no effect on work stress seen from a sig value greater than 0.05, which is equal to 0.192.Keywords:Workload, Work Fatigue, Work Family Conflict, Work Stress

Abstract

MSME actors must realize the importance of entrepreneurial competence in terms of managing their business properly. Entrepreneurial competence is knowledge, skills or abilities sufficient to meet a need such as effective performance After having good and effective entrepreneurial competence, MSMEs must have a reliable and shrewd business strategy. Business strategy is defined as the decisions, actions and reactions that first create and then exploit a business in a way that maximizes the benefits of novelty and minimizes costs.In addition, it is necessary to have the ability to adapt to the environment to respond quickly to business developments when changes occur. Abstract

The growth and development of technology in the era of globalization has led to changes in life whereall activities are carried out digitally. One of the conveniences is the ability to shop online like shopee,especially to streamline time in everyday life, so you can shop without coming to the store, makingpayments is also easy to do. Making it easier for consumers to make transactions. The continued growthof e-commerce in Indonesia prompted Shopee to make changes to entice customers to interact morethrough the site. However, apart from convenience, complete product information is also required inorder to avoid product discrepancies in the marketplace that will be sent to consumers. The purpose ofthis study was to describe the effect of discounts, convenience, quality of information on purchasingdecisions of economics and business students at Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic University Jepara. Thisresearch is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique of probabilitysampling with simple random sampling technique is 92 respondents. The results in this study there isno influence between the discount variable on purchasing decisions. While convenience, the quality ofinformation is concluded that there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The desire and need for Muslim clothing is increasing, companies engaged in fashion are competing to make the best Muslim products and in accordance with trends. This study generally aims to examine customer satisfaction of Muslim fashion products in Surakarta. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for Muslim fashion customers in Surakarta. Respondents in this study were 180 people through an online survey. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Validity and reliability tests using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using smartPLS inner model output. The results of data analysis show that this research instrument has good validity and reliability. Product quality, promotion and price and have a direct effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between product quality and promotion to customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the price relationship to customer loyalty. This article has the potential to make an important contribution to the development of the fashion subsector, especially Muslim fashion in Indonesia, by presenting new and relevant information.

Abstract

With the help of data gathering techniques like collecting questionnaires, this study sought to understand the degree to which promotion and personal selling have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions for construction material items at CV Putra Mas Pratama. Before gathering information for more in-depth research, the validity and reliability of this questionnaire will be evaluated. The traditional assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis were used as the analysis techniques in this study. The findings of this study will later demonstrate that the influence of promotions and sales can have a favorable and considerable impact on consumers' decisions to buy particular products. This is evident and will be later demonstrated by the tcount results, which are 3.961 > from ttable, which are 1.660, and a meaningful number that is less than 0.1, or 0.000. Although personal selling only little and significantly influences purchasing choices. tcount, which is 3.838 > from ttable, which is 1.660, and a significant value below 0.1, which is 0.000, might later be used to further support this claim. Sales promotion and personal selling combined will be able to influence purchasing decisions favorably and significantly. Fcount, which is 25.430> from Ftable 2.36, and a substantial value below 0.1, which is 0.000, can both support this claim. 34.6% of the influence is given, while the remaining percentage may be influenced by factors unrelated to this study.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT.ASABRI (Persero) Medan Branch to find out how the fund disbursement system method affects the satisfaction of pension fund recipients by using both online and offline fund disbursement methods. This type of research is a descriptive research with a cumulative method. And the results of the study found that the fund disbursement system method carried out by PT. ASABRI has an influence on the satisfaction of pension fund recipients, this can be seen from the satisfaction of pension recipient customers with Qualitative descriptive method with 50 samples.
