Abstract

Increasing human resources is one of Indonesia's efforts to build a golden Indonesia in 2045. Stunting is the current nutritional issue that Indonesia is dealing with. The Indonesian government has created a national strategy to accelerate stunting reduction through families involving health workers known as the Family Companion Team (TPK). According to the results of the evaluation of stunting prevention programs, most local governments have been unable to implement activities to accelerate stunting reduction. This research aims to determine the role of the family companion team in finding new cases of families at risk of stunting. Data collection in this study was carried out using multiple random sampling techniques, distributing questionnaires to 62 TPK in the working area of Puskesmas II Blahbatuh, the inclusion criteria for this study were TPK who had been listed in the Regent's Decree (SK), domiciled in the working area of the puskesmas II Blahbatuh and willing to be a respondent. This research hypothesis test uses Chi square. The results of this study show that there is no significant relationship between the role of TPK in finding new cases of families at risk of stunting and a p value > 0.05. The family approach is a good strategic innovation in providing assistance to families at risk of stunting, but it is not optimal in identifying new findings.

Abstract

Residential environments such as orphanages and identical boarding houses have quite high population densities. This makes cottages and orphanages vulnerable and has a high potential for transmission of Pediculus Humanus var. capitis causes the disease Pediculosis capitis. This disease is an indicator of poor personal hygiene and the environment in which one lives. The higher the case of tick infestation, the worse the surrounding community becomes. This study aims to determine the prevalence of cases of pediculosis capitis in Islamic boarding schools and orphanages in the Surakarta. This research uses a descriptive research design with purposive sampling technique. The samples analyzed were the hair and scalp areas of 155 child and adolescent respondents in Islamic boarding schools and orphanages in Surakarta City. The data obtained was carried out by laboratory examination in the form of egg, nymph and adult flea stages as well as questionnaires filled out by respondents using guided interviews in the form of data on respondents' characteristics and personal hygiene status obtained through scoring. The relationship between Personal Hygiene and the incidence of Pediculosis capitis was analyzed using the chi-square test. From the results of research conducted on all respondents who were willing and met the criteria, it was discovered that of the 155 respondents, 59 (38%) were positive for pediculosis capitis and 96 (62%) did not experience pediculosis capitis. Sequentially, the highest cases were found in locations; Laweyan sub-district orphanage (76.7%), city orphanage (60%), Pasar Kliwon Islamic boarding school (36%) and Laweyan orphanage (0%). The personal hygiene status of the respondents in this case was 81% good, while 19% had poor personal hygiene status. The highest characteristics of positive cases were found in respondents with straight hair and longer than shoulder length. From this research, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene and the cases of pediculosis capitis found. The point prevalence of pediculosis capitis in Islamic boarding schools and orphanages in the city of Surakarta is 38% of cases. Abstract

Dysmenorrhea can affect young women's learning activities. Treatment of dysmenorrhea can be overcome with non-pharmacological therapy, such as dark chocolate. The magnesium content in dark chocolate can block prostaglandin hormones that trigger uterine muscle tension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dark chocolate on dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. This type of research is a quantitative method with a pre-experiment design of one group pretest-posttest without a control group. The subjects of this study were adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea on the first and second days, with as many as 55 respondents. The sample consisted of 30 respondents with a stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a numeric rating scale and a Wilcoxon data analysis test. In the univariate analysis of the degree of dysmenorrhea before and after the first and second days of dark chocolate, the highest category was medium, and after dark chocolate, the highest category was mild. The results of the Wilcoxon test on the first and second days showed the effect of dark chocolate on dysmenorrhea in young women with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). There was a decrease in the degree of dysmenorrhea after giving dark chocolate 100 grams (72%) to young women at STIKes Raflesia Depok.

There are no statistical changes in the mean difference of score in intervention and control group after implementation of Diabetic Foot Care Strategies for intervention group Pre-test (M=7.706, SD=2.598, P 1.000) and Post-test is (M=7.706, SD (2.598), P 1.000). It was found that 0% Changes from baseline to post test. In this study has found that there was no effect between the improvement of foot hygiene with Hba1c result even though respondent Hba1c result were well control and poorly control.

Abstract

This study explores several Health Belief Model (HBM) components, such as perceived susceptibility, severity, benefit, barriers, and cues to action. Through the rigorous conduct of a comprehensive systematic review followed by a meticulous meta-analysis, this research intends to determine the impact of HBM constructs on anti-hypertensive medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Nineteen papers in total were chosen for the comprehensive review and analysis in this research, which employed the following PICO elements as Population- those suffering from elevated blood pressure; Intervention - strong Perception of benefits, presence of cues to action, and perceptions of vulnerability; Comparison – week perception of benefits, absence of cues to action, and no perception of vulnerability; Outcome - medication adherence. Data were collected from various databases, including PubMed, Springer Link, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. Meanwhile, data analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3. 19 articles (2012-2020) Adherence to Hypertensive Medication among Hypertensive Patients with Cross-Sectional Design. The 19 articles included in this study design utilized a cross-sectional study design. The results demonstrated that a strong perception of benefit (aOR= 1.63; 95% CI= 1.05 to 2.52; p= 0.030), cues to action (aOR= 1.63; 95% CI= 1.05 to 2.52; p= 0.030), and perceived vulnerability (aOR= 2.16; CI 95% = 1.59 to 2.93; p< 0.001) were statistically significant factors in increasing medication adherence among hypertensive patients. This study investigates the impact of HBM components, such as perceived benefits and cues of action, on hypertensive medication adherence across various populations, including Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Ghana.
