Abstract

Following the Covid 19 outbreak, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Kuningan Regency are working to establish themselves and create well-known products. However, there is still a lack of knowledge on licensing issues, including BINs and MSME Business Permits. MSMEs must also be familiar with various licenses, including those from the Home Industry Food (PIRT), Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM), Halal Products (BPJPH), and Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). The preliminary survey's findings demonstrate that MSME actors in Ciomas village still do not comprehend the significance of permits for their companies. By demonstrating the significance of permits—particularly Business Identification Numbers and Small and Medium Enterprise Permits—as well as a number of other types of permits required by MSME actors in Ciomas Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, these issues will be resolved. Starting with socialization on the value of licensing and the licensing procedure at the approved agency or institution, the counseling approach is applied. 30 MSMEs in Ciomas Village are expected to comprehend various kinds of business licenses as a result of this training, which is the goal.

Abstract

Profil desa merupakan gambaran menyeluruh tentang karakter desa dengan berbagai potensi yang ada yang disusun dan diketahui oleh masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengembangan desanya, serta dipublikasikan kepada pihak yang akan berkontibusi positif terhadap pengembangan pariwisata berbasis potensi di desa tersebut. Salah satu desa yang saat ini sedang mengembangkan pariwisata berbasis potensi desa adalah Desa Keramas, desa ini memiliki beragam potensi desa yang dapat dikembangkan secara berkesinambungan. Saat ini desa Keramas belum memiliki data profil desa yang dibutuhkan untuk menginventarisasi data desanya baik sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, sumberdaya budaya, serta sarana dan prasarana pariwisata. Data tersebut sangat penting untuk pengembangan selanjutnya dalam memaksimalkan potensi desa untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PKM ini, penyusunan profil desa dilakukan secara manual bersama mitra untuk selanjutnya dimasukkan kedalam sistem teknologi yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan akses informasi bagi yang membutuhkan data untuk pembangunan dan pengembangan desa Keramas. Diharapkan dengan tersedianya profil desa Keramas secara lengkap, valid, dan terbaharui dapat dipergunakan untuk kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Keramas. Selain itu dalam kegiatan ini diharapkan juga adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memberikan pelayanan dan menampilkan informasi seluruh potensi yang ada di desa Keramas.

Abstract

Increasing infrastructure through the allocation of village funds in the context of improving community services is increasingly being carried out in every region. Every year the allocation of village funds through the APBN continues to increase. Along with these efforts, village officials who are expected to be intermediaries for the implementation of the infrastructure improvement program are required to have the ability to carry out technical development implementation activities in the field. Tongo Village as a partner who cooperates in Community Service activities this time has been guided and trained through training activities using the learning by doing method related to Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The materials provided to village officials are: an introduction to the RAB and its constituent components, and Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) which consists of: work volume, estimated time for work completion, calculation of the number of workers and material requirements. From the results of the training it can be concluded that village officials understand how to make a Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using Microsoft Excel as the main component in the Budget Plan (RAB).

Abstract

Abstract The elderly experience a decrease in physiological and cognitive functions so that they are vulnerable to various health problems. The health burden of the elderly comes from diseases such as heart disease, stroke, visual impairment and hearing loss. The purpose of the community service is to find out the differences in the level of independence in the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) for the elderly at the Singaparna Werdha Welas Asih Home and to increase independence with gymnastics for the elderly. Methods: (i) Identification of the Level of Independence of the Elderly with the Katz Index (ii) Socialization, and (iii) Evaluation. Results: The number of elderly who took part in community service activities was 20 people. From the activity evaluation, it was found that the elderly were able to understand the material provided and do elderly exercise enthusiastically. Conclusion: The benefits of having knowledge and understanding about increasing the independence of the elderly with elderly exercise are very helpful in improving the health and life expectancy of the elderly Keywords: elderly independence, elderly gymnastics

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize the school environment as a learning resource. Community Service Activities (PkM) are carried out offline at Kepuh Kirian Elementary School in Surabaya. The activity was attended by 18 teachers from SDN Kepuh Kiriman Surabaya and the event ran smoothly. This activity lasts three months, starting with the provision of material, then the teacher identifies the school environment that can be used as learning study material. Several identification steps were carried out by the workshop participant teachers, namely the workshop participants took inventory of the potential of the school environment as a source of learning, identified and mapped the potential of the school environment as a source of learning according to Basic Competency (KD), structuring the potential of the school environment as a source of learning, conducting evaluations and taking action. Continue the implementation of structuring the potential of the school environment as according to Basic Competency (KD) and relevant subjects.

Abstract

Soto Kwali Mas Tanto merupakan rumah makan sederhana yang dioperasikan sejak tahun 2018 dengan makanan yang dijual berupa soto, ayam penyet/bakar, dan makanan angkringan jenis lainnya. Soto Kwali Mas Tanto sudah menjalankan usahanya ini sejak tahun 2018 dan sudah berpindah tempat sebanyak tiga kali. Soto Kwali Mas Tanto sekarang (2019-sekarang) berlokasi di Baloi Garden (depan lobby 2 Grand Batam Mall). Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang dilakukan penulis ketika mengunjungi Soto Kwali Mas Tanto pertama kalinya menemukan beberapa hal yang belum ada dalam usaha ini yaitu belum memiliki legalitas usaha dasar seperti NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan registrasi pelaku UMKM Binaan serta belum mendaftarkan merek dagang ke Dirjen Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI). Dalam melakukan implementasi rancangan luaran pada Soto Kwali Mas Tanto yaitu melalui 2 cara diantaranya secara online (melalui https://oss.go.id/ untuk pengurusan perizinan seperti NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan melalui https://merek.dgip.go.id/ untuk pendaftaran merek dagang di DJKI) dan offline (melalui Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam untuk registrasi pelaku usaha mikro (surat rekomendasi pelaku binaan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam). Adanya implementasi luaran tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu Soto Kwali Mas Tanto agar kedepannya bisa lebih mandiri dan mampu meningkatkan omset penjualannya.

Abstract

The main problem in this Community Service activity is the lack of motivation and movement of teachers in the school in presenting information technology-based materials that can support the distance learning process during a pandemic. As a result, students become less enthusiastic and less motivated to take part in learning because the teacher only gives assignments without any explanation so that students have difficulty doing them. Teachers should be able to use various learning media to convey material so that learning can be carried out smoothly. Weaknesses of SMP Muhammadiyah Kotabumi that the teachers lack updates regarding digital learning media so that in carrying out learning it is less attractive to students. From the problems described above, the community service team provides a solution to the problem by carrying out assistance in making interactive learning media based on the Sparkol Videoscribe application for teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah Kotabumi North Lampung. The purpose of this activity is to improve the skills of teachers in making sparkol videoscribe-based digital learning media, and it is hoped that the teachers will have skills in making digital learning media so that the distance learning process can be carried out properly.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu sumber masalah yang dihadapi oleh manusia apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah yang dibuang ke TPA adalah melalui penerapan sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) dan Internet of Things (IoT) mulai dari sumber timbulan sampah sampai di lokasi pengolahan di Tempat Penampungan Sampah (TPS), seperti yang ada di Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) Agung Rejeki, Jetis, Bantul. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menerapkan sistem SCM dan IoT dalam pengelolaan sampah yang produktif dan ramah lingkungan di KSM Agung Rejeki. Tahap kegiatan ini diawali dengan rapat koordinasi, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan SCM dan IoT, sosialisasi dan serah terima, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan monitoring evaluasi serta pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya sistem SCM dan IoT yang diterapkan dengan baik di KSM Agung Rejeki, sehingga bisa membantu meningkatakan efisiensi proses pemilahan di KSM Agung Rejeki. Abstract

Desa Keramas memiliki potensi wisata baik wisata alam, budaya maupun buatan manusia untuk terus dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Seiring dengan perkembangan pariwisata dan revolusi digital 4.0 ini, aktivitas pemasaran produk unggulan desa ini akan lebih efektif, efisien dilakukan melalui media internet. Namun masyarakat desa Keramas belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan pemasaran usahanya. Sedikitnya pemahaman literasi digital yang dimiliki pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat kurangnya daya saing usaha pelaku UMKM. Urgensi mengenai pemahaman literasi digital sangatlah diperlukan terutama pasca pandemi Covid-19 dimana kebanyakan konsumer sekarang lebih nyaman berbelanja secara online. Oleh karenanya untuk meningkatkan literasi digital mengenai pengoptimalan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk dan jasa UMKM di Desa Keramas, diperlukan upaya-upaya seperti pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai digital marketing kepada UMKM di Desa Keramas. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan dilaksanakan secara luring di Kantor Desa Keramas pada tanggal 19 November 2022 dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang yang mencakup perangkat Desa Keramas dan pelaku UMKM Desa Keramas. Kemudian UMKM yang memerlukan video company profile maupun pembuatan katalog akan didampingi oleh tim pelaksana. Output yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman mitra UMKM mengenai digital marketing dan UMKM yang sebelumnya belum memiliki video company profileserta katalog dari produk ataupun jasa mereka dapat memiliki keunggulan dalam mempromosikan UMKM mereka.

Abstract

Pejaten Village is one of the villages in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. Pejaten Village or commonly known as Tile Village because of the production of good quality roof tiles in this Village. Behind the production of good quality roof tiles, Pejaten Village has now developed a Garbage Bank. The Garbage Banks in Pejaten Village are 5 Banjars out of 8 Banjars with 1 Main Garbage Bank which is shaded under Pejaten Village. However, the Garbage Bank that is used is still conventional, still does traditional recording and requires a lot of energy in recording and calculating this Garbage Bank. The Garbage Bank in Pejaten Village also faces inconsistent collectors who receive results from the Garbage Bank from Pejaten Village. With the existence of the Digital Waste Bank, in terms of recording and calculating the value of waste exchanged per each resident in Pejaten village, it will be more accurate and reduce the number of workers needed. The Digital Garbage Bank is an application that contains waste balances that have been exchanged by residents at the waste bank and this balance can be exchanged once every 6 months in the form of groceries and compost. As well as socialization about waste sorting and waste utilization which will be able to build Pejaten villagers to understand more about adding value to the use of waste after it has been sorted.
