This research is based on an understanding of the importance of having a positive influence by the students in online learning activities in terms of a Covid 19 pandemic. However, in fact, there are still many students who have behaviors that reflect the low level of student involvement in online learning. This study aims to determine the influence of virtual engagement and student perceptions in online learning. Respondents in this study were cadets of TLB 8 and 8 alpha cadets at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the provision of virtual engagement in the online teaching and learning process is very influential, that is, it can help students in the online teaching and learning process where student engagement needs are met from external factors (structure, autonomy support, and involvement) and internal factors (need for relatedness, need for competence, and need for autonomy). The perception of the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic cadets regarding virtual engagement in the online teaching and learning process in this pandemic era is very helpful, enjoyable, increases motivation, and trains discipline

The need for remote control systems is increasing, making it easier for humans to be able to optimize performance on the job at any time. The purpose of this study is to design a light control system as in the case of the runway at one of Indonesia's airports that occurred short on both circuit. As a result, a number of airport flights were diverted to other airports, usually we use emergency lights. This research aims to control the prototype emergency solar runway edge light by using a long-distance radio frequency communication tool in two directions. Arduino Nano 328 microcontroller is used as a tool to process data from the system that serves to send commands to the client module and send current and voltage sensor data to the console module to be displayed in the monitoring system. Based on its geographical location, Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is one of the airports that gets the government's attention to be rearranged into a Super - Hub airport. In doing the rearrangement, the management carried out the development of Landside and Airside. This airside development is carried out by extending the runway as far as 400 m to the west using the sea reclamation method. The extension of runway 09 causes a shift in the runway threshold 09, so it is necessary to adjust the Instrument Approach Procedure (IAP) in accordance with the regulations of the Director General of Civil Aviation KP 209 in 2019. This study uses the Research and Development level 1 method by combining data processing and presentation (triangulation) to achive accurate data. This aim is to make recommendations for the design of the instrument approach procedure runway 09 according to user needs. This study concludes that the shift in the runway 09 threshold has an impact on several existing procedures. Users expect minimal changes in procedure adjustments to make it easier for users.

Windsock is a marker of wind and relative wind speed. This tool is very useful in the world of aviation. Every airport must have a windsock as a support for determining the direction of the wind. This tool is installed at an airport that can be seen clearly by air traffic officers (ATC). But at the airport, A.P.T. Pranoto-Samarinda still uses a manual system to view the windsock using long-distance binoculars. The background of the development of this tool is due to the lack of effectiveness and efficiency when using the windsock which is already available at A.P.T Airport. Pranoto Samarinda. So here the author is interested in raising a title in this final project, namely "Designing of Arduino-Based Wind Direction Indicator Monitoring at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Airport, Pranoto-Samarinda". The final result achieved from the development of this windsock is that the aim is not to find the wind direction manually, with the development of this tool it can find the wind direction automatically. This windsock is also equipped with a wind vane and a winding cone to measure the wind direction and wind speed around the device. The design of the Arduino-based Wind Direction Indicator monitoring system is expected to detect wind speed and direction that is able to provide data in real-time. So that the data obtained can be conveyed to the public quickly and accurately, an adequate system is needed. The system that is currently growing rapidly is Personal Computer (PC) and internet network. The design of this Wind Direction Indicator tool consists of hardware in the form of Arduino, direction sensor, and wind speed sensor. The Wind Direction Indicator tool can help facilitate ATC in monitoring wind direction and speed which is very important for flight, where previously this process used binoculars to monitor wind direction. The process of monitoring wind direction is made easier by using this tool because the results of reading wind direction and speed will immediately appear on the monitor.

A solar cell or solar cell is a device or component that can convert sunlight energy into electrical energy using the principle of the photovoltaic effect. What is meant by the Photovoltaic Effect is a phenomenon in which an electric voltage arises due to the connection or contact of two electrodes connected to a solid or liquid system when receiving light energy. Therefore, solar cells are often referred to as photovoltaic (PV) cells. The Photovoltaic effect was discovered by Henri Becquerel in 1839. The purpose of a literature survey or literature review is to find out whether previous research has found an answer to our question. Hermawan (2009:42) suggests in his book that if the answers to our questions have been found in other research reports, then we must choose another topic or improve the results of existing research to make the topic more specific. There are several acceptable methods of citing references in the literature survey section and using citations. Publications Manual of the American Psychological Association (2001), The Chicago Manual of Style (1993), and Manual for Writers (1996) by Turabian. With this research, it is hoped that we can find out the development of electric cars and how much power electric cars are circulating in Indonesia and the use of solar energy to power electric cars circulating in Indonesia.

Makassar Aviation Polytechnic has a number of laboratory facilities with a high level of utility, where the availability of facilities and infrastructure aspects is very important in the laboratory. The use of information systems is needed to be able to manage facilities better, therefore before this system is fully implemented, it is necessary to analyze the behavior of information system users, so that it can be accepted by users of information systems at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. The approach used in this study with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) consists of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, using the Guttman scale measurement. The results of this study showed that the perceived usefulness factor of most educators and cadets gave a positive perception of using laboratory information systems, while the perceived easy of use factor gave a negative perception of the laboratory information system because it was not fully able to use the laboratory information system. used by educators and cadets due to the absence of accessible features to facilitate the use of the laboratory.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the past learning recognition program (RPL) type A1 as an option due to the unavailability of Diploma IV study programs in seven UPT Air Transportation, so that the achievement of graduate absorption can be realized and the value of unemployment can be suppressed by developing appropriate student competencies. with the basic competencies obtained at the diploma III education level. To obtain data and information based on an empirical description of the collaborative class RPL program evaluation study for boarding education graduates using the CIPP method. Research Results The implementation of level transfer from the D.III program with a boarding system education pattern for the Airport Technology and Air Navigation Technology study program to the D.IV program through the RPL type A1 route by applying the Blended Learning and non-boarding learning methods in the Mechatronics and Engineering study program Electricity, can be implemented by taking education as much as 33 - 42 credits. The number of practice credits is adjusted to the fulfillment of learning outcomes from each study program and the equalization of the curriculum from the D.III level of the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic is recognized as 100% to be able to continue education over the level to D.IV of the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic.

Automatic Docking Guidance System (ADGS), a tool provided by the airport to help a pilot park his plane. Aircraft parking control activities at the airport, the pilot is assisted by a Marshaller who aims to direct the movement of the aircraft to the correct parking point. The increasingly dense activity of aircraft movement on the apron requires the use of alternative technology as a substitute for Marshallers, this technology is called the Automatic Docking Guidance System (ADGS, aircraft parking aids). The design of this ADGS prototype uses 2 Arduino UNO which are used as program language storage, 1 HC-SR04 proximity sensor to detect the presence or position of aircraft approaching the aircraft parking area or apron, and 1 infrared sensor to detect the movement of the aircraft moving to the right or to the right. to the left that are designed to be one so as to form a combination that matches the appearance of how ADGS works at Gorontalo Djalaludin Airport.
