Abstract

Community Service for Household Financial Management aims to increase knowledge in broadening the understanding of housewives when recording family financial management. A household certainly has the goal of a financially prosperous family, with prosperous finances, of course, the financial management that occurs in the family must have carried out good and efficient financial planning. Financial conditions that are already prosperous must have a savings or investment fund, this is because it will have an impact on the future life of the family. The method used when carrying out this activity is using training and discussion sessions or questions and answers on the elaboration of household financial management. Housewives were trained by giving one problem illustrating a family, of the 15 participants who attended they were very active and responded to the ongoing training activities on the questions they were working on. Participants in the activity, namely housewives as financial managers in a family, must understand the concept of financial planning in the future, to turn a family into a prosperous family.

Abstract

About 10% of the elderly who live at home complain of some limitations in mobility, while the elderly who live in certain institutions are more than 90% dependent on at least one daily activity. The results of research conducted by Anna Hudakova and Anna Hornakova regarding mobility and quality of life in elderly and geriatric patients found that 16% had low mobility, 32% had moderate mobility and 52% had high mobility in geriatric patients with a sample of 321 respondents. The method used is the delivery of material ( counseling) and training by competent resource persons. Through community service activities, efforts are made to improve the degree of public health. Effective ROM (Range Of Motion) counseling and training activities for the elderly can improve the health and independence of the elderly to meet the needs of daily activities in an effort to support government programs namely the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS), especially the elderly community.

Abstract

Today's media landscape is evolving rapidly. To compete successfully, a radio company must develop its strategy and policy direction. The combination of concepts between marketing and public relations becomes a solution to find customers to advertise their products on the radio to overcome various problems faced in the increasingly complicated world of media where business competition is getting tougher. Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun has a marketing department that is also in charge of public relations. Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun can also be said to have never been without advertisements, even though there were not too many advertisements. However, Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun still exists today. Based on the background, the formulation of this study is to determine the marketing public relations strategy of Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun in attracting advertisers' interest. Data collection techniques in this study are by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. By using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The informants interviewed were the marketing manager for Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun and the marketing staff for Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun.

Abstract

Thematic Field Practice is one of educational activities that must be taken by every college student. Thematic Field Practices are aimed to guide students to become professional educators, responsible, disciplined, and know the proper procedures. The purpose of this Thematic Field Practice is to increase student experience, insight, and skills in the field of music and share insights learned while studying at HKBP Nommensen University Medan to the HKBP BETESDA song leader. During the Thematic Field Practice (PLT) there are several of the song leader members who had difficulty singing and reading the notation in the Buku Ende. So students do an easier training method, namely by singing the correct notation at a slow tempo, after the song leader members understand how to read the correct notation. According to the author's observation, the results for the song leader participants are to increase their knowledge in singing, gain insight into reading rhythm and notation in the Buku Ende and increase the confidence of the song leader members when singing.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease caused by infection with microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, parasites, and protozoa, and its transmission is fecal-oral. Diarrhea is a condition where stool is excreted abnormally or not as usual, characterized by an increase in volume, dilution, and frequency of bowel movements more than 3 times a day and in neonates more than 4 times a day with or without blood mucus. Diarrheal disease is still a public health problem in developing countries such as Indonesia, with high morbidity and mortality. From the IDHS results, it was found that 13.7% of children under five experienced diarrhea in the two weeks before the survey, 3% higher than the IDHS findings. The highest prevalence of diarrhea is in children aged 12-23 months, followed by those aged 6-11 months and those aged 23-45 months. (Ministry of Health, 2011). Research objective: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers, based on the results of previous studies. Method: This research was conducted using the scoping review method using several data-based electronic media: Pubmed, DOAJ, Scopus, Sinta, and limited database, namely the last 10 years starting 2012-2021. There were 20 articles used which discussed the causes of diarrhea in toddlers. Results: Factors causing diarrhea that were intensified include the mother's knowledge about hygiene and environmental hygiene, unsanitary water sources, latrines in the family, and health services that are difficult to reach, giving complementary foods too early, and germ infection factors, toddler nutrition factors low and mother's knowledge of diarrhea in toddlers, posyandu visits, non-exclusive breastfeeding and use of milk bottles and hygiene, number of family members and low economic status.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity promotion productivity and price on the demand for songket weaving sma and medium enterprises (UKM) in the Batu Bara district from an Islamic economic perspective. This study used quantitative and descriptive methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and the population and sample in this study were 73 songket weaving employees at Batu Bara. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS IBM 26. The results of this study indicate that creativity has a significant effect on product demand for songket weaving small and medium enterprises (UKM), the promotion has a significant effect on product demand for small and medium enterprises (UKM) weaving songket productivity has no significant effect on the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM), and prices do not affect the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Batu Bara district. And the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) show that creativity promotion productivity and price simultaneously influence the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM).

Abstract

Sixtime visits for antenatal care according to the World Health Organization guidelines spread over trimesters 1, 2 and 3. The timing of these visits is important so that pregnant women get maximum health checks and early detection can be carried out. This research method is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the determinant of the mother in terms of internal factors such as age, education, parity and then the dependent variable is the accuracy of the ANC visit to the independent midwife practice. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 64 respondents. The results of the study reported that the determinants of risk factors that could increase the accuracy of ANC visits were the mother's recent high school education (high school and college) with a p value <0.05 and parity of the mother as a primigravida with a p value <0.05. The conclusion is that the accuracy of the mother's visit in carrying out the ANC examination is based on the last education and parity of the mother.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach. The variable data type is secondary data, namely data obtained from the annual report published on the official website of each bank for the 2016-2021 period. The data analysis techniques used in this study include Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicholinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Heteroskedasticity Test, Hypothesis Test consisting of t Test, F Test, Coefficient of Determination, and Multiple Linear Regression Test with the help of the Eviews 10 application. The results of this study show that partially (t test) sharia compliance with islamic income ratio (IsIR) indicators has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partial sharia compliance with the profit sharing ratio (PSR) indicator has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partial sharia compliance with the Islamic investment ratio (IIR) indicator has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. Partial sharia compliance with the zakat performing ratio (ZPR) indicator has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. In part, Islamic corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously (F test) the variables Islamic income ratio (IsIR), profit sharing ratio (PSR), Islamic investment ratio (IIR), zakat performing ratio (ZPR) and Islamic corporate governance (ICG) have a significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

An earlier survey of this study found that failure in the manufacture of bread was due to the work load in the work environment so it was aimed at knowing how the workload would affect the bakery fatigue. The method used in research is a quantitative that USES a sectional approach. The study is carried out at the musrem bakery located on market road 3. The population used in this study is all the workers at the musrem bakery. As for the sampling taken done with a total sampling technique. The study USES verification and containment tests with data collecting techniques through primary data as well as secondary data. As for the results of this study, p value of 0.162 with a value of more than 0.05, the test stated that there was no significant impact between the workload on the musrem bakery.

Abstract

Silage is animal feed fermented to add nutrition and increase feed availability, especially during the dry season. The feed fermentation process is faster if the feed has been chopped before. This service aims to introduce choppers to Jelbuk Village, Jember Regency farmers. The service begins by discussing the problems faced by farmers/breeders, chaired by Mr. Mahfudz. They wanted a portable mini chopper to move and operate this machine at each member's residence. The chopper is modified from the previous multi-function chopper machine, which can chop leaves and twigs and crush animal manure for compost raw materials. Socialization of this machine is carried out simultaneously with training in making silage. After demonstrating the machine's operation and maintenance, the service partners were enthusiastic and rushed to try this new counter at their homes. They hope coaching activities can be continued later with the technologies they need.
