Abstract

Village and sub-district administration, neighborhood unit functions to record population data and other government administration services, maintain security, support, and inter-living harmony, generate ideas in the implementation of development by developing the aspirations and genuine self-help of the community, and activating self-help cooperation and participation of the community members in their area. So that the purpose of implementing AbdiMas is to increase understanding of simple technology in processing population databases in neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 East Pamulang Village administrators. The method used is Active and Participatory Learning with material discussions, practices, and demonstrations. The results of the training and database input based on all available information provide a very simple understanding of technological knowledge using Microsoft Office Excel and add broad insight to local neighborhood units and Community Unit 11 administrators on the importance of inputting databases to facilitate all the interests and aspirations of the community for the implementation of village government as well as the village. Overall, 90% of the neighborhood and Community Unit 11 administrators understand the use and input of databases using Microsoft Excel, making it easier to formulate policies related to education, health, economy, and social affairs, the government of East Pamulang Village, South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Financial performance is the result or achievement achieved by the company in a certain period which describes the level of the soundness of the company to assist investors or potential investors in making decisions. Assessment of the company's financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods describes the optimal level of return on wealth for the company and investors. The purpose of this research is to measure the financial performance of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah uses the EVA and MVA methods, to determine the amount of economic added value creation and wealth creation that has been generated by the company for creditors and shareholders. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah for the 2017-2021 period in period studied, Bank Sumut Syariah experienced an increase and decrease in its operational and finances seen from its annual financial reports. Based on the results of the analysis of the value of financial performance using the EVA method, PT. Bank Sumut Syariah has succeeded in creating a positive EVA value for the company every year. Rp. 623,456 (in millions of rupiah) in 2017, Rp. 496,207 (in millions of rupiah) in 2018 experienced a decrease in EVA value from the previous year, Rp. 537,199 (in millions of rupiah) in 2019 the EVA value again increased, in 2020 Bank Sumut Syariah experienced a decrease in the positive EVA value of Rp. 506,628, in 2021 Bank Sumut Syariah has again succeeded in increasing the positive EVA value of IDR 608,185. Management has succeeded in meeting the expectations of both creditors and shareholders.

Abstract

Diabetes is a Non-Communicable Disease (PTM) with the highest incidence rate in Indonesia. The low number of elderly (Elderly) visits to the Puskesmas since the Covid-19 Pandemic resulted in a low PTM performance in 2021, namely 89%. DM elderly in the working area of the Sekar Jaya Health Center UPTD with an incidence of leg injuries of 25%. The person in charge of the PTM program said that there were no assistance activities for monitoring the implementation of the Ankle Brachial Index in the elderly who had DM. Foot exercise is an exercise performed by people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) to prevent injuries and help improve blood circulation in the extremities of the body (hands and feet). The solution to the partner problem implemented by the service team is the implementation of the KASSI (Healthy Diabetic Feet) program which aims to increase the Ankle Brachial Index in Elderly with Diabetes in the Sekar Jaya Health Center's UPTD Assisted Area. The activity was carried out for 2 months and was attended by 20 participants who regularly attended 5 meetings. The results of the implementation of the program were an increase in knowledge by 16.7% and skills by 59.9% in participants, as well as an increase in the average ankle-brachial index in 5 participants with an average value of 1.04 at the end of the activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the implementation of Bil-Lisan da'wah is boosting people's religious comprehension. This kind of research is called qualitative research, and it collects data from the field, analyzes it using data, and then shapes that data into hypotheses, phrases, or sentences. In this study, a descriptive method is employed to characterize and explain things in light of the relevant field facts. According to the study's findings, the oral da'wah method, also known as bil-lisan da'wah, is the most often employed and one of the techniques used to disseminate Islamic da'wah. Implementing bil-lisan da'wah to the general populace.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out personal selling using the SWOT analysis method and to find out Islamic ethics in marketing activities at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar. Personal selling is direct interaction with prospective buyers to influence purchasing decisions. So the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis, interviews, documentation and observation used as data collection techniques. Primary data is used as the main data obtained from interviews with Account Officers and secondary data from books, journals and so on. PT.Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar Tanjung Morawa is in quadrant I, which means that this bank has a strong opportunity to provide innovation and aggressive strategy recommendations, the ethics applied in PT.Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar, namely honesty , responsibility, trust, satisfaction and ethics are in accordance with monotheism or are in accordance with Islamic ethics and personal selling in the bank has more advantages than weaknesses, this is what makes marketing run smoothly with the personal selling method.

Abstract

during pregnancy, pregnant women often have difficulty sleeping due to physical changes and stress control, and even experienced depression. The older the pregnancy, the higher the risk of sleep disorders. Several factors can cause blood pressure to be high during pregnancy, including quality sleep. Pregnancy hypertension is experienced by 8% of pregnant women which is the cause of death of mothers and neonates at risk of eclampsia and pre-eclampsia. High blood pressure during pregnancy can affect the quality of sleep. Insomnia is experienced by 12% of pregnant women in the first trimester and as many as 75% at the end of pregnancy. Objective: This Literature review aims to determine the relationship of sleep quality to changes in blood pressure of pregnant women resulting in the incidence of preeclampsia. Method:Flowchart database search from Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct was conducted in 2018-2023, and can be accessed for free, with the search word (((((Quality Sleep) OR (pregnant women)) AND (preeclampsia*)) OR (maternity mothers*)) AND (blood pressure) then the selected article after the selection results are 6 articles. Result: pregnant women have poor sleep quality, especially because it also affects changes in blood pressure that tends to increase in pregnant women who have poor sleep quality, factors that affect sleep quality include stress, environment, race, age, and medical history. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the quality of sleep with changes in blood pressure in pregnant women as evidenced in pregnant women who have poor sleep quality getting the results of a systolic and diastolic increase in blood pressure, this can increase the risk of preeclampsia if not treated immediately.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for implementing margins with flat installments in murabahah contracts and the factors that influence them on motor vehicles ib PMG products at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP HM Yamin. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources. This study used data collection techniques by interviewing. The results of the research are that the mechanism for implementing margins on flat installments on murabahah contracts for iB PMG Motorized Vehicle products at Bank Sumut Syariah begins with the analysis of the treasure division by considering various costs and all that affect the financial value of Bank Sumut Syariah which is then discussed together with the DPS of the Bank. Sumut Syariah will then be presented at a joint meeting with Bank Sumut Syariah officials to agree on the provisions that have been analyzed and proposed by the treasure division. The size of Bank Sumut Syariah's margin is influenced by cost factors related to Overhead Costs, Profit Sharing of Third Party Funds (DPK), and Volume of Murabahah Financing. Abstract

The rise of cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence against children demands that children be immediately given information about reproductive health, prevention of sexual violence to organ function and how to look after it. The purpose of this service is to provide health education regarding reproductive health to children at SD N 1 Suwug to increase their knowledge in maintaining reproductive health. The stages of implementing community service are divided into three stages, namely planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. With a target number of 106 students located in SD N 1 Suwug. The result was that there was an increase in knowledge before and after being given reproductive health education to children and all of the targets enthusiastically wanted to know the function of their respective reproductive organs. The conclusion is that health education, especially reproductive health in elementary school children, is a necessity to form self-responsibility for their respective reproductive organs.

Abstract

The K3LH Social Mobilization Training is a short-term educational activity to provide basic and technical insight regarding the application of K3LH in evacuating and removing debris from buildings damaged and destroyed by earthquakes. The training was conducted in Pakalongan Village, Padaluyu Village, Cianjur Regency. This area is one of the areas affected by the Cianjur earthquake on November 21, 2022. This research was conducted to find out the level of effectiveness of the training for training objects. The approach used in this study was the quantitative method, in which the researcher distributed questionnaires in the form of questionnaires to youth groups in Paduluyu Village who were respondents to the study. The results of this study indicate that K3LH mobilization training has a positive and significant influence on the understanding of Karang Taruna HR management in the work process. In addition, this research also shows that with an understanding of K3LH Mobilization, Youth Organizations in Paduluyu Village also know how to do public speaking as a means of the mobilization process. The recommendation for further research is to examine how the effectiveness of mobilization training in public communication with the people in Paduluyu Village, besides that the researcher also recommends that further research expand the number of respondents in their research.

Abstract

Increasing cases of COVID-19 are affecting metal craftsmen in small and medium enterprises in Tarikolot Village, Bogor Regency, Indonesia. There is growing research on the use of E-Commerce platforms. But in this study, in Tarikolot Village, Bogor, there is no research on village E-Commerce in marketing products from metal craftsmen. Through in-depth interviews, this research aims to uncover this assumption. How will this situation become more productive? Where, how, to what degree and for what reasons can metalworkers affected by COVID-19 use Village E-Commerce. This research gives researchers and practitioners an idea whether E-Commerce applications can be extended to metal craftsmen or even general affected craftsmen. This research builds a web-based Village E-Commerce application architecture through a descriptive research approach by analyzing the results of questionnaires and interviews. This research uses a descriptive model with data sources being in-depth interviews and a scale of E-Commerce business usage in marketing metal products. The importance of this research is the idea of designing a website-based E-Commerce application for managing metal craftsmen products. There are about 400 more metal craftsmen and 200 more metal craftsmen affected by COVID-19. The findings illustrate to researchers and practitioners that the application of E-Commerce can be expanded to improve marketing and market expansion of village metal crafts.
