Abstract

Management of marine resources is still traditional, and community knowledge that can only be passed down from generation to generation has caused the people in Siheneasi Village to go into a cycle of poverty. The many daily needs exacerbate this condition, including children's education costs, health, and others. Living conditions still need to be fully controlled by society itself. In other words, life is still not sufficient. Sufficient in terms of children's education, health, and even daily costs. The mediocre income relies on results from the sea, which are sometimes uncertain, and unpredictable weather conditions that prevent coastal communities in Siheneasi Village from going to sea because they fear the high risks. This research aims to find out whether potential, capital, consumption, distribution, labor, technology, income, and education have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of coastal communities in Lahewa District and to find out relevant factors that have a significant influence on increasing the welfare of coastal communities in Lahewa District. What was studied was whether potential, capital, consumption, distribution, labor, technology, income, and education significantly influenced the welfare of coastal communities in Lahewa District and relevant factors significantly influenced the welfare of coastal communities in Lahewa District. A total sample of 207 respondents was collected by distributing questionnaires and processing data using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test in the KMO and Bartlett's test tables show that income, education, and potential factors are significant for community welfare in Siheneasi Village, Lahewa District. In contrast, capital, distribution, labor, and technology factors negatively or insignificantly affect the community's welfare in Siheneasi Village, Lahewa District. Moreover, multiple linear regression testing results show partial hypothesis test results for consumption, income, education, and significant potential for community welfare in Siheneasi Village, Lahewa District.

Abstract

Product quality is the ability of a product to carry out its function, including reliability, durability, accuracy, ease of operation, and product repair, as well as other valuable attributes. Product quality is something that needs to receive primary attention from the company or producer, considering that the quality of a product is closely related to consumer satisfaction, which is the goal of the marketing activities carried out by the company. This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to find out whether product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase interest. The population in this study are all consumers who have purchased and used Azarine sunscreen at the Hijrah Store Lhokseumawe City, which is not known for certain and the sample was determined using the "purposive sampling" method and the formula used in determining the number of respondents used the Lemeshow formula so that the number of respondents was as large as 96 respondents. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and t (partial) tests are used.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era, which integrates advanced technology into everyday life, brings new challenges and opportunities for Indonesia. All values become the moral foundation in facing this transformation. The implementation of Pancasila in the Society 5.0 era teaches that technology must support all human values and social justice, strengthen unity, and be used for shared prosperity. Education plays an important role in forming students' independent character and integrity, while nationalism and diversity of beliefs help maintain social cohesion. Technology, if used responsibly, can improve the quality of life through increased access to information and education, as well as health services. Real examples of this implementation can be seen in online education programs and health applications which are based on all Pancasila values, ensuring that technological progress brings equitable and sustainable benefits to all Indonesian society. Era Society 5.0 also invites Indonesia to adopt technology with Pancasila values as a moral guide. Through education that prioritizes character and diversity united by nationalism, Indonesia can face global challenges in a way that promotes social justice and shared prosperity. This research aims to implement the values of the Pancasila principles in the application of technological developments and digitalization which continue to grow rapidly, so that the younger generation is able to apply their abilities to existing developments in a positive and targeted manner. This research was based on qualitative methods that have been carried out with positive results during socialization within the dormitory. Responsible implementation of technology, such as in online education and health applications, is a concrete example of how these values can be realized to improve the lives of all citizens in an inclusive and sustainable way.

Abstract

Lending and borrowing money has been a known practice in society for a long time, when money has become a commonly used means of transaction. Guarantee law is always related to economic law because growth in sectors such as industry, trade, companies, transportation, and others requires access to funds. Financial institutions, both banks and non-banks, provide funds for development, which require collateral for the return of the loaned funds. The question discussed in this research is "How is the burden of fiduciary guarantees in cases of borrowing and borrowing money?

Abstract

Fiduciary guarantee is a language that is often used in Indonesian and also in Law No. 42 of 1999. Collateral is an asset owned by a borrower to be used as collateral or deposit for the loan he receives which is handed over to the lender. The transfer of an ownership right to an object with a sense of mutual trust on mutually agreed terms, namely to an object whose ownership rights are transferred remains under the control of the original owner of the object. Historically, fiduciary institutions have been established since Roman times. As history progressed, Roman law also developed until the emergence of pawning and mortgage institutions. This causes the role of fiduciary institutions as debt collateral to begin to diminish and their existence has also disappeared. This happened after the classical era under the leadership of Justianus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine banking effectiveness. The variables in this research are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Economic Growth (GDP), Inflation, and Exchange Rates. The analytical method used in this research is the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model with the Impulse Response Function (IRF) test, Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), stationarity test, cointegration test, structural lag stability test, and optimal lag length test. The results of Vector Autoregressive research using a lag 2 basis show that there is a contribution from each variable to the variable itself and other variables. The results of the Vector Autoregression analysis also show that the past variable (t-1) contributes to the current variable, both the variable itself and other variables. From the analysis results, there is a reciprocal relationship between one variable and another variable. Response Function analysis shows that there is a response of other variables to changes in one variable in the short, medium, and long term, and it is known that the stability of the response of all variables is formed in 5 years or long term. Variance Analysis Decomposition shows the existence of variables that have the largest contribution to the variable itself in the short, medium, and long term, such as INF and KURS. Meanwhile, other variables that have the greatest influence on the variable itself and are supported by other variables in the short, medium, and long term are CAR and NPL which are most influenced by the EXCHANGE and GDP.

Abstract

Legal principles are the initial foundation for the formation of a law. In Law no. 4 of 1996 concerning mortgage rights is also based on legal principles that prioritize rights, which of course aims to realize equal rights. Implementation of the Principle of Publicity in Charging Mortgage Guarantees is an important aspect that supports transparency and legal certainty in financial transactions involving collateral objects. The principle of publicity, which requires the registration of mortgage rights to be recognized and enforced against third parties, is the main pillar in the property guarantee system in Indonesia. The question that arises is what is the aim of applying the principle of publicity in the imposition of collateral law. Through normative methods with document analysis and literature study, this writing reveals that even though the principle of publicity has been confirmed in Law no. 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights over Land and Objects Related to Land, there are still challenges in practice, such as administrative problems and information accessibility. This article concludes that improving the registration system and increasing access to public information is the main key to overcoming these challenges, as well as strengthening the principle of publicity in the imposition of mortgage guarantees in Indonesia. The proposed policy and practice recommendations are expected to help increase legal certainty and efficiency of financial transactions related to property collateral.
