Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that affect employee performance. This research using a quantitative method where the explanation is objective by explaining the existing approach. This study used 21 research respondents. There are three variables, that is: 2 (two) independent variables and 1 (one) dependent variable where technical competence and environmental influences as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable. The result of this study showed that: (1) There is an influence of technical competence on employee performance, with a level of influence (R-square) of 17,6%, (2) there is an influence of environmental influences on employee performance, with an influence level of 30,7 %, and (3) there is an influence between technical competence and environmental influences on employee performance, with an influence level of 37,4 %.Keyword: Technical Competence, Environmental Influences, Employee Performance

Abstract

Shopee is one of the marketplaces that is being intensively used among the public. Many parties take advantage of online business opportunities by enlivening the existing mobile marketplace segment. This study aims to examine the brand image, online customer reviews, and ratings on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application in Solo. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation and distributing questionnaires to Shopee application customers in Solo. The research sample was purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents with a multiple linear regression method. Data analysis techniques in this study include several data preparations, validity test, multiple linear regression hypothesis testing, f test, t-test, and determination test. The results showed that brand image, online customer review, and rating simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application in Solo. Purchase decisions can be explained by brand image, online customer review, and rating of 71.9%, and the remaining 28.1% is explained by other variables such as price, promotion, product quality, and so on which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPaseban adalah sebuah nama desa yang menjadi obyek pariwisata yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten. Dengan ditetapkannya Desa Paseban sebagai salah satu desa wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten membuka kesempatan pada warga sekitar supaya mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki dan membuka sumber perekonomian. penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisa pengembangan yang terjadi di sana dalam sektor pariwisata, komponen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Attraction, Accessibilities, Amenities, Acomodation, Activity, dan Ancillary service, selain itu penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendorong di desa wisata Paseban. Oenelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam mengambil sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan pencarian data melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Pada penelitian menghasilkan bahwa wisata di Desa Wisata Paseban kurang optimal .Kata Kunci : Komponen, Pengembangan Pariwisata, Desa Wisata

Abstract

The advancement of a technological development in this digital era is certainly getting faster, especially the internet. The development of the internet is of course not only for communication but also used for purchasing goods, ordering transportation to doing business, working and also being used for various purposes. This study aims to see the effect of e-service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. The population of this research is Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo students who have made purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The sampling technique using accidental sampling is known to be all 95 samples and to collect data through questionnaires and processed with SPSS version 25. For this study, the results of e-service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Bank syariah yang melaksanakan kegiatan operasional di Indonesia bersaing dengan bank konvensional. Hal ini juga dialami oleh PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. Pada kenyataannya, pangsa pasar bank konvensional masih lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bank syariah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar muslim Indonesia lebih memilih jasa bank konvensional. Selain itu, hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa bank syariah masih belum mampu menarik anonimo masyarakat luas. Karenanya, penelitian ini dinilai urgen untuk dilakukan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Pekalongan. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah non probability sampling (purposive sampling).  Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilaksanakan, terbukti bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, lan Lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Menabung. Sedangkan LOkasi adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap Keputusan Menabung.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Lokasi dan Keputusan Menabung AbstractIslamic banks (subsequently they are called shariate banks) that carry out operational activities in Indonesia must compete with conventional banks. It is also experienced by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. In real fact, the market share of conventional banks is still greater  than  Islamic banks. It  indicates that most Indonesian Muslims prefer conventional banking services more. In addition,  it indicates that Islamic banks are still not able to attract the interest  of the wider community. Therefore, this research was considered urgent to be carried out. The research population was all savings customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia in Pekalongan City. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Based on the tests carried out, it wass proven that Service Quality, Promotion, and Location positively influenced  Savings Decisions. Meanwhile, Location was the variable that had the strongest influence on  Savings Decision.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Location and Saving Decision

Abstract

Sistem informasi akuntansi khususnya Pembelian dan persediaan sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang operasional perusahaan, sehingga perlu mengelola kedua siklus pembelian dan persediaan barang dengan sangat baik, hal ini akan sangat membantu perusahaan karena dapat melakukan pengumpulan, penyusunan, penyimpanan, penyusunan dokumen dan pengambilan kembali data dengan lebih akurat, lebih mudah dan lebih cepat. Pada perusahaan seperti hotel dafam pasific caesar surabaya sistem pembeliaan dan persediaan sangat dibutuhkan untuk proses aktivitas sehari-hari. Proses pembelian dan pesdiaan barang jika tidak dikelola degan baik dan dilakukan dengan metode yang salah akan menimbulkan kerugiaan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem pembelian dan pengelolaan persediaan barang, sistem alur pembelian dan metode pencatatan yang digunakan di Hotel Dafam Pasific Caesar Surabaya. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  sistem pembelian dan persediaan barang sudah dilakukan dengan cukup baik dan sesuai dengan metode pencatatan PSAK No.14, tetapi masih ada aktivitas yang tidak terlalu menonjol dilakukan staff (human error) seperti sistem pengelolaan ang masih dilakukan secara manual, dan sering tejadi  perbedaan antara persediaan jumlah fisik barang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing, social media, and marketplace on Brand awareness (case study on online shop littlelena) The population used in this study is littlelena's followers with a sample of 100 respondents using a quantitative approach with the aim of testing the effect of digital marketing, social media, and marketplace on Brand awareness of the case study on the littlelena online shop. This research was conducted for 1 month, starting from August 1, 2021 to September 2, 2021. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Marketing variable does have a positive positive effect on the Brand awareness variable, the social media variable has a positive effect on the Brand awareness variable, and the Marketplace variable has a positive effect on Brand awareness, and there are positive effect and simultaneously between independent variabel on dependent variable.

Abstract

Manajemen pemasaran merupakan ilmu memilih target pasar serta meraih, dan mempertahankan dengan menciptakan, dan mengahantarkan nilai konsumen yang unggul, sehingga menciptakan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen. Perubahan yang terus terjadi dari waktu ke waktu membuat pertumbuhan sektor industri fashion telah mengalami peningkatan pesat pada era sekarang. Membeli pakaian di thrift store adalah alternatif konsumsi pakaian yang lebih murah serta menunjang gaya hidup pemakainya. Thrift store merupakan toko yang khusus menjual pakaian bekas. Sebagian besar pakaian bekas yang dijual merupakan pakaian bekas import. Biasanya barang-barang tersebut dijual dengan harga sangat murah dikarenakan barang hasil donasi, barang bekas pakai atau memang sudah tidak digunakan lagi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui pengaruh Life Style, Fashion Involvement, Dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pakaian Di Thriftzy.Second Ponorogo. Sampel merupakan konsumen produk Thriftzy Second di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang melakukan pembelian dengan menggunakan teknik  accidental sampling dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menghasilkan uji parsial (t) adalah sebagai berikut  Life Style (X1) = 0,000, Fashion Involvement (X2) = 0,004, dan Persepsi Harga (X3) = 0,000.

Abstract

To achieve the quality of public services, the government needs to issue innovations in the field of public services to facilitate people's lives. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Surabaya as a government agency wants to create people who know about population administration by organizing the KALIMASADA program through the KALIMASADA pilot RT. Therefore, this study discusses the innovation of the KALIMASADA Program in improving the quality of service in the city of Surabaya. The object of research is the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to identify KALIMASADA program innovations in increasing population administration awareness. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach using interview techniques with previously prepared questions. And analysis of literature study based on theory from previous studies. The results of this study indicate that the KALIMASADA program is running well because it has cut bureaucracy by simplifying requirements and procedures. However, it should be noted that the facilities and infrastructure do not meet public service standards, so that it becomes an obstacle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of mathematics teachers in vocational secondary schools during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The research method used is qualitative data method. Data Collection techniques used in this study were Observation, Interviews and Documentation of five schools. The determine the teacher’s performance, testing was carried out through an interactive analysis tool consisting of three types of activities that occurred simultaneously, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusing Drawing. Based on the results of the discussion obtained from this research 1) The teacher’s obstacle in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Perbaungan City Vocational High School, the main factor that is more important is the lack of facilities owned by students when studying online because not all students have a laptops or smartphones as online learning media.besides that another factor is internet quota which can not be reached by all students. Efforts are being made to minimize the obstacles experienced by teachers and student during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely conducting offline learning (outside the network) or offline with students and making innovations in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Keywords: Teacher Performance,Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic.
