Abstract

This study aims to develop animation-based learning media using sparkol videoscribe on fiqh subjects in MTs Al-Kautsar Sumbersari Srono Banyuwangi. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research with reference to the Borg & Gall research model. The subject of this trial is a material expert 1 person and a media expert learning 1 person, all validation subjects are lecturers of Islamic Religious Education study program IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi. In this study, the researcher describes the comparison between the learning outcomes of class X students who have been involved in two different learning methods, namely Make A Match and Picture and Picture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banyuwangi, located in Genteng District. Then to find out which one is superior between student learning outcomes and learning using the Make A Match or Picture and Picture method. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. With a population of class X students totaling 445 students. Meanwhile, the sample in this study were 38 children belonging to class X religion 1. The main data in this study were obtained based on the test instruments given by the researcher to the sample students. In addition, researchers also use other research instruments in the form of interviews and observations as additional data. Student learning outcomes data obtained from tests conducted by researchers are then tested for validity (validity) and reliability (reliability) to determine whether the data obtained by researchers can be analyzed further. After being declared valid and reliable. Homogeneity and normality tests were carried out to determine whether the data had a normal distribution and had the same or homogeneous data variance. Furthermore, to determine the existence of a comparison between student learning outcomes between the application of the Make A Match method with Picture and Picture, a hypothesis test was conducted in the form of a t test (t-test). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the methods in the paired sample t test which shows the t value of both methods on learning outcomes which is higher than the t table value. The t test results show that the t value of post-learning student learning outcomes using the Make A Match method is -29,436 while for post-learning student learning outcomes using the Picture and Picture method is -36,381. Then from this study it can also be concluded that the value of student learning outcomes influenced by the Picture and Picture method is higher than student learning outcomes that are influenced by the Make A Match method (-36.381> -29436). Thus it is concluded that in this study the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted while the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

Academic Guidance Lecturer (DPA) is a lecturer assigned to guide students to study well to achieve outstanding achievements. But not a few of the DPA has not done ideally. Generally, it is just to detect how many courses can be taken on the basis of the achievement index achieved earlier, and ratify it in the Study Registration Card (KRS). This library research paper with qualitatively discrete approach aims: (a) to know the role of DPA in guiding students to achieve their achievements. (b) to determine the effectiveness of the role of DPA in mentoring students to achieve their achievements, and (c) to determine the factors that affect the realization of student achievement. The results of this study show that the role of DPA will run effectively, while it performs its duties and roles, including: (a) academic development and health, (b) administrative services, (c) the provision of personal consultations, and (d) the provision of recommendation services. Thus, the academic achievement of the guidance students will be realized well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of muroja'ah method in memorizing the Qur'an in students at Arunsat Vittaya School Pattani Thailand; to find out the effectiveness of muoja'ah method in memorizing the Qur'an to students at Arunsat Vittaya School Pattani Thailand; to determine the supporting factors and inhibitions of the implementation of muroja'ah method in memorizing the Qur'an in students at Arunsat Vittaya School Pattani Thailand; to find out the solution to the factors inhibiting the muroja'ah method in memorizing the Qur'an in students at the Arunsat Vittaya School Pattani Thailand. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The data sources in this study include primary and secondary sources. Data collection is done by observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is obtained through triangulation methods. From the results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of memorization of the Qur'an using the muroja'ah method is to use a half-day half-glass/page system. Forms of memorization activities of the Qur'an include: depositing new/old memorization to teachers, muroja'ah pairs, exams memorizing the Qur'an. The muroja'ah method at Arunsat Vittaya School is considered effective because it sees the results of memorization of good students. This is seen from the results of tests, sima'an and trials conducted by researchers. Supporting factors of memorizing the Qur'an with muroja'ah method include: motivation, have a target, muroja'ah with friends used in prayer readings, with murrottal casset or MP3. Factors inhibiting the implementation of memorization of the Qur'an with muroja'ah method include: when there is a sense of saturation, drowsiness and lazy, forgetting the verses that have been memorized, many tasks from school and fatigue, home at home. Solutions in overcoming the factors inhibiting the implementation of muroja'ah method in Arunsat Vittaya School include: motivation, istiqomah in muroja'ah, time management.

Abstract

The novel is a description of the author's experiences, points of view and ideas which are set in a series of stories. The idea of ​​a novel is a representation of the picture of human life. Hayy bin Yaqdzan and Tarzan of The Apes are two novels that have a similar story. To find out the extent to which these two literary works are similar, a narrative structure analysis of the two novels is carried out. This study aims to compare the narrative structure of the novels Hayy bin Yaqdzan by Ibnu Thufail and Tarzan of The Apes by Edgar Rice Burrogh. This type of research uses literature study, novel as the material object of research. The narrative structure analysis uses the Badr-Stanton model by analyzing the themes, characterizations, plot and setting of the novel. Comparative analysis using content analysis of each novel narrative structure. The result is the narrative structure of Hayy bin Yaqzhan novel has similirities with Tarzan of The Apes within themes, characterization, plot and settting.

Abstract

Disaster learning becomes very important for students to provide students' competence in dealing with disasters. The earth, which has experienced extreme climate change in recent decades and the geographical condition of Indonesia, which is in the ring of fire, makes it necessary to introduce disaster preparedness to students. Al-Qur'an learning that teaches understanding of the holy book can participate in equipping students in dealing with disasters. Students' competence in learning the Qur'an is found in the verses of the Qur'an about disasters. Education in al-Qur'an learning can lead to students' spiritual competence, including understanding and awareness that disasters have been written in the mahfudz lauh, disasters have been ordained by Allah SWT. Disaster itself actually comes from human error in managing the environment. More than that, learning the Qur'an also provides an understanding of the nature of patience in dealing with disasters. Patience competence provides students with provisions to survive in the face of disasters; In addition, the verses of the Qur'an also teach about 'repentance' or returning to protecting the environment so that disasters that originate from human error in managing the environment will not be repeated again. Damages on earth can be minimized if humans want to repent. In addition, students also get the competence to identify disasters that will be experienced. There are 5 (five) disasters identified by Qs. al-Baqoroh namely fear, hunger, lack of wealth, lack of life (death / health) and lack of fruit (basic food needs).

Abstract

The purposes of this article are, among others, to describe and analyze the professional competence of teachers and the principal's strategy in increasing professionalism in the Primaganda Jombang High School. To achieve the above objectives, this research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the author indicate that (1) the principal in improving the professional competence of teachers at the Primaganda High School Jombang is collaborative strategy, it is proven that the principal at the Primaganda Jombang High School feels good changes to the teachers at the Primaganda High School Jombang and the students. students who are recognized by the school environment compared to the previous leadership, (2) the principal can provide solutions that are acceptable to the teacher and make decisions in taking solutions to the teacher's problems. Compared to the previous year's leadership, the current leadership is much better than the 2018/2019 school year until now, (3) To carry out his strategy the principal must make teachers able to express complaints that can hinder the teaching and learning process. As is the case when teachers complain about their limitations in IT. The principal immediately provided a solution with computer courses for teachers at the Jombang Primaganda High School and brought in tutors from outside. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enlighten readers, especially young people, about the millennial generation in Islamic perspective and strive to be able to make a positive contribution to the younger generation so that they are inspired to always act positively, constructively and not fall into destructive associations. In this paper the author tries to describe qualitatively about the Millennial generation in the view of Islam through the library research approach by collecting data through various kinds of literature and documents in the form of personal notes, books, journals and others related to the discussion of Millennial generation in the view of Islam. Millennials, also known as generation Y, are the demographic group after generation X. The term comes from millennials coined by two American historians and writers, William Strauss and Neil Howe in several of his books Millennial generation or generation Y is also known as generation me or echo boomers. Syekh Musthafa al Ghulayaini in his' idhoh he said "in the hands of the youth, the affairs of the ummah and the foot of the youth of the life of the ummat" he also added that "today's youth are the leaders of the future". From some of these adages it shows that there is so much hope for the future of youth because only by realizing the category of the young generation as a gate of life and as a cultural style can we understand our life and role.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a solution to the simplification of attendance activities at PT. Perkebuan Nusantara VI of the Wood Law, to produce attendance applications on the Android platform and equipped with a website (web service) and Client-Server, this attendance application uses PHP programming, to produce attendance applications based on Android and generate attendance applications using a MySQL database. This research method is the Unified Modeling Language or UML, which is a visual modeling method that functions as a means of designing object-oriented systems using certain notations and some architects. This model uses an application that is on the target side (client) after getting a request from the tracker (server) then the client will ask for the coordinates of its position on the GPS (Global Positioning System), which will then be sent to the tracker (server). The results of this study, namely 1. This attendance system was developed using current technology such as Android, which allows the company to get a lot of benefits, because it will make it easier and faster for employees in terms of attendance. This also affects the reports that will be made by HRD, because the data in the system is neatly organized so that making reports will be very easy. In terms of designing an Android-based online attendance system, good methods and ongoing research are needed so that in the future this system can be useful for the company. 2. With this online attendance system, employees can optimize their work very well. Because the attendance system is very easy to access and time can be used efficiently. 3. With the GPS lock method used, employees who want to be absent must actually be in the work unit area.

Abstract

This classroom action research is motivated by the not yet maximal competence of students in drawing using the AutoCAD program in the subjects of Software Applications and Building Interior Design. This study has the following objectives: 1) to determine the learning process of students to draw AutoCAD in the subject of Software Applications and Building Interior Design using the Peer Tutoring learning model, 2) to determine student learning achievement in terms of psychomotor and affective abilities of class XI DPIB students. A draws AutoCAD in Software Applications and Building Interior Design subjects during the lesson. This study was conducted from July to November 2019 at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The subject of this research is class XI DPIB A as many as 28 students. This classroom action research procedure uses 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. Data collection uses an assessment sheet that is compiled based on the student product assessment criteria. The indicator of the success of this research is an increase in student learning outcomes, namely at least the students are complete. The results showed that the use of the Peer Tutoring learning model could improve students' AutoCAD drawing competence in Software Applications and Building Interior Design subjects. In the first cycle of students who are 75% competent and the second cycle of students who are 100% competent.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat still uses the manual method in processing student grade data for the 2013 curriculum by collecting grades data from each subject teacher managed by the homeroom teacher. The programming language uses PHP (Pear Hypertext Processor) and the database design uses MySql. The results of the report card application design at SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat is a system that provides information to each homeroom teacher when they want to input data on the value of learning activities and students can directly see the value of the report card results of teaching and learning activities when all homeroom teachers have input each result. Mark. The information presented in this system includes information that the homeroom teacher can directly input the value of the results of teaching and learning activities in the form of report cards so that students can directly see the report cards of teaching and learning outcomes directly. The design of this report card application is very important as a support in recording the data processing of the 2013 curriculum based on android students.
