Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu lembaga yang sangat penting dalam menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan masyarakat madani, dalam lembaga pendidikan sumber daya manusia memerlukan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien agar lembaga tersebut dapat mencapai tujuannya, begitu pula dalam melaksanakan program sekolah mengemudi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo telah melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan baik meliputi perencanaan, rekrutmen yang meliputi psikotes, kesehatan dan wawancara, pengembangan, kompensasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja.

Abstract

Along with the development of technological advances, social media is increasingly diverse. Social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube are widely used by all ages including elementary school students. Easy access and use make social media look attractive to use. Its use is not only to find learning materials, but can be used to communicate with anyone they meet from the platform. Researchers wanted to know how the influence of social media and learning motivation on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VI students at SD XYZ. Researchers use a quantitative approach to process data obtained by correlative descriptive methods. The respondents who were the object of the study were grade VI students at SD XYZ as many as 30 students. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires on social media use and learning motivation through the Google Form application, while for learning outcomes researchers took data from several math task scores. The data obtained is processed with the SPSS v25 program. The results showed (1) there was no significant influence of social media use on mathematics learning outcomes, (2) there was no significant enough influence between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes, (3) there was no positive and significant relationship between social media use and learning motivation simultaneously with mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perancangan arsitektur enterpise menggunakan metodologi Framework The Open Group Architecture Framwork (TOGAF) Administration Development Method (ADM), mempertimbangkan kepentingan organisasi secara keseluruhan dan tahapan-tahapan dari metodologi tersebut diterjemahkan kedalam aktivitas perancangan arsitektur enterprise. Tahapan perancangan arsitektur enterprise sangatlah penting dan akan berlanjut pada tahapan berikutnya yaitu rencana implementasi. Luaran dari tahapan ini akan menghasilkan sebuah arsitektur enterprise yang pada nantinya bisa dijadikan oleh MTs dan MA Al-Irfan Purwakarta untuk mencapai tujuan yang strategis sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Perancangan arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi akan menghasilkan empat arsitektur domain yang berbasis pada empat pilar yaitu architekture bisnis, data, aplikasi dan teknologi.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia has been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The transition to the face-to-face school learning system was carried out by the internet to prevent the spread of the virus that causes Covid-19, including SLB Empat Lima Babat. This online learning has obstacles for parents and teachers of students with special needs (ABK), where obstacles can occur when communication is not conveyed properly. It's important to provide additional help and supervision to those around children with special needs as they grow older, and in the school environment, teachers, students, and parents need to have interpersonal communication in educational activities. Despite the widespread damage caused by the Covid-19 outbreak, schools had to keep running. This research using social penetration theory will reveal the side of depth (depth) and breatdh (breadth), qualitative descriptive research methods to find out a complete picture of certain individuals or groups about a symptom that is occurring. The informants consisted of 3 teachers and 3 parents of SLB Empat Lima students. The results of this study found that the learning method during the Covid-19 pandemic used online and offline methods. Online using the Whatsaap application, Zoom, Google Meet, and others. Other findings found 3 problems/difficulties experienced by parents and teachers during covid-19 learning, namely, children cannot be managed and lazy to learn, parents do not respond to teachers, and parents have difficulty understanding teacher material.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel terkait yang telah dipublikasikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan multimedia, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan e-learning. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah-sekolah memperhatikan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan subsistem pendidikan yang secara konkrit mendukung penyiapan siswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Busa Kerja Khusus (BKK) adalah sebuah komponen utama untuk mengukur keberhasilan pendidikan di SMK, karena BKK berperan dalam mengoptimalkan pemerataan lulusan SMK dan menjadi sumber informasi bagi pencari kerja. Aplikasi sistem informasi BKK berbasis website ini terdiri dari, pengumpulan data alumni, yang dimonitoring oleh operator BKK, memberi lowongan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan mendaftarkan lamaran pekerjaan oleh alumni atau siswa.. Pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) pada SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Tujuan aplikasi ini untuk mempermudah SMK Negeri 2 padang dalam mengelola data dan mempermudah alumni untuk mencari lowongan untuk melamar pekerjaan. Pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan saat ini mengalami berbagai kendala, yaitu Sekolah kesulitan untuk mengumpulkan data alumni, pelayanan BKK di SMK belum efektif, karena masih mengunakan cara manual untuk mengumpulkan data alumni serta penyaluran lulusan SMK N 2 Padang ke dunia kerja belum maksimal. Maka dirancanglah suatu aplikasi sistem informasi Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) berbasis website. Metode pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan UML, framework codeneigter 3, dan MySQL sebagai alat untuk mengembangka aplikasi BKK pada SMK N 2 Padang. Aplikasi Sistem informasi Bursa Kerja Khusus ini diharapkan membantu Sekolah SMK Negeri 2 dalam mengelola data alumni dan mempermudah alumni untuk mencari lowongan pekerjaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school management and quality culture on improving the quality of learning in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah City of Balikpapan, the instruments were compiled theoretically with clear indicators and had been tested for validity and reliability, totaling 64 instruments, while the number of respondents was 62 people who gave answers and returned them. , while the collection of answers through WAG and Google Forms were distributed to all Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Balikpapan City. The results of the study found that there were significant results and the acceptance of the research hypotheses X1 and X2 on Y, meaning that the management variables of education and quality culture on the quality of learning were accepted as significant, and had an effect of 85.0%. Abstract

This study aims to 1) develop learning media in information technology courses based on the Learning Management System (LMS); 2) determine the feasibility of learning media for information technology courses based on the Learning Management System (LMS) based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and field trials in information technology courses. This research is a research and development adapted from the ADDIE development model. The research subjects are media experts, material experts for Islamic teacher education students (PGMI) UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The object of research is the development of information technology learning media. Data collection using a questionnaire using a scale of 5. To determine the feasibility of information technology learning media using quantitative descriptive with a percentage Research results 1). Development of information technology learning media based on Learning Management System with Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE); 2). The results of the feasibility test for material experts are in the very feasible category (88%), media experts are in the very feasible category (89%) and field trials are in the very feasible category (85%). Based on the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts and field trials, the LMS-based information technology learning media was declared very feasible (87%) to be used as information technology learning media at the PGMI of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penguatan soft skill pada siswa; studi fenomenologi di SMK Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara, penelitian ini pendekatan kualitataif dengan metode studi fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunaan observasi dan wawancara, informan adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Analisa data menggunakan model Miles and Hubermen dan Saldana dengan Langkah-langkahnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penguatan soft Skill pada SMK Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara yang dilakukan dengan meningkatkan beberapa keterampilan yang dianggap penting untuk terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan pada peserta didiknya yaitu; keterampilan berfikir dan menyelesaikan masalah, keterampilan bekerjasama, keterampilan berkomunikasi, belajar sepanjang hayat dan mengelola informasi dan keterampilan kepemimpinan.

Abstract

The background of this research is to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which need promotional media in the form of websites. Therefore the author has an idea to implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization). SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a technique for improving a website in the search results of search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an important marketing strategy for increasing the visibility of a website and the number of organic visitors to the intended site. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collected by online survey and interview techniques. Toko Lestari Jaya Mebel has not been ranked optimally enough on search engines or search engines, with the implementation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques it is hoped that it can improve the website's position on search engines. So that the site can be easily found and compete with competitors, and is expected to increase sales.
