Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sekolah rujukan pada SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan dengan teknik: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) implementasi sekolah rujukan meliputi: penyiapan sekolah rujukan dengan mengembangkan/melengkapi 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) seperti adanya program penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal, pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang kondusif, melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PKK) dan literasi sekolah, pengembangan sekolah menjadi pusat keunggulan, pelaksanaan pengimbasan, melakukan koordinasi manajemen dengan direktorat; dan (2) faktor pendukung dalam implementasi sekolah rujukan adalah kelengkapan guru, sarana prasarana, instrumen pembelajaran, dan sebagainya; sedangkan faktor penghambat terkait dana untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan/program sekolah rujukan dan terbenturnya pelaksanaan kunjungan pihak sekolah rujukan ke sekolah imbas dengan kegiatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the referral school at SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was done by using triangulation and member check. The results of this study indicate that: (1) implementation of referral schools includes: preparation of reference schools by developing / completing 8 (eight) National Education Standards (SNP) such as the implementation of an internal quality assurance system, developing a conducive educational ecosystem, strengthening character education (PKK) and school literacy, developing schools into centers of excellence, implementing pengimbasan, coordinating management with the directorate; and (2) supporting factors in the implementation of reference schools are the completeness of teachers, infrastructure, learning instruments, and so on; while the inhibiting factors related to funds for carrying out activities/programs for referral schools and collisions with the implementation of visits by the referral schools to schools were impacted by the learning process activities at schools.

Abstract

Abstak : Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 di SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (sumber dan teknik/metode), member checks, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Program supervisi berfokus pada peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan serta keterampilan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran secara daring. Program supervisi dari kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terjadwal melalui metode observasi kelas dengan memanfaatkan media zoom meeting. Terdapat respon positif dari para guru terhadap program supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekoalh pada masa pandemi Covid 19 ini. Abstract : In general, this study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Data credibility checks are carried out using triangulation techniques (source and technique / method), member checks, and adequacy of reference materials. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic as a whole has gone well. The supervision program focuses on improving and developing the abilities and skills of teachers in the use of technology to support the learning process online. The supervision program from the principal is carried out on a scheduled basis through the classroom observation method by utilizing the zoom meeting media. There was a positive response from teachers to the supervision program carried out by school heads during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Pengelolaan Kantin Sehat Bintang Satu di Sekolah MTs Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Pengelola kantin sehat, dan Pedagang kantin sehat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui: Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan kantin sehat bintang satu di MTs Negeri 1 Palangka Raya meliputi: penentuan lokasi kantin sehat, identifikasi kebutuhan kantin sehat, penetapan petugas atau pengelola kantin sehat, penetapan anggaran, fasilitas dan jalwal pelayanan kantin sehat; (2) Pengorganisasian kantin sehat sudah sesuai denagn rencana karena setiap anggota sudah mengetahui peran masing- masing, (3) Pelaksanaan kantin sehat bintang satu berjalan dengan baik; (4) Pengawasan kantin sehat dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah beserta stakeholder; dan (5) Faktor pendukung adalah tersedianya fasilitas kantin yang memadai sehingga terwujud kantin sehat dan seluruh warga sekolah ingin mensukseskan program kantin sehat; sedangkan faktor kendala yaitu pedagang yang kurang inovasi sehingga terdapat dagangan yang sama. Abstract: This study aims to describe the management of the One Star Healthy Canteen at MTs Negeri 1 Palangka Raya School. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the data sources in this study include: school principals, healthy canteen managers, and healthy canteen traders. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed through: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validation used triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) planning a one- star healthy canteen at MTs Negeri 1 Palangka Raya includes: determining the location of a healthy canteen, identifying the needs for a healthy canteen, determining the staff or manager of a healthy canteen, determining the budget, facilities and services for the healthy canteen; (2) The organization of the healthy canteen is in accordance with the plan because each member already knows their respective roles, (3) The implementation of the one-star healthy canteen is going well; (4) Supervision of the healthy canteen is carried out by the school and its stakeholders; and (5) The supporting factor is the availability of adequate canteen facilities so as to create a healthy canteen and all school members wish to succeed the healthy canteen program; while the constraint factor is traders who lack innovation so that there are the same merchandise.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompensasi non finansial terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai (ASN). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket/kuesioner yang diolah untuk diambil kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 18,293 + 0,641X, yang artinya nilai konstanta harga variabel Y (kinerja pegawai) = 18,293 apabila variabel X (kompensasi non finansial) = 0, dan setiap peningkatan variabel X (kompensasi non finansial) sebanyak 1 % akan meningkatkan nilai variabel Y (kinerja pegawai) sebanyak 0,641 atau 64,1%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 7,967. Kemudian nilai tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai sebesar 1,657. Karena, thitung > ttabel, dengan nilai sigifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, maka hal ini berarti hipotesis Ho ditolak, sedangkan hipotesis alternatif Ha diterima. Artinya Pemberian kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh secara positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance improvement (ASN), how much contribution is given and whether it has significance or not. Sources of data in this study were collected using data collection techniques through questionnairess that were processed to draw conclusions. Differentiate regression analysis, the regression equation is Y = 18.293 + 0.641X, which means that the constant value of the variable price Y (employee performance) = 18.293 if the variable X (non-financial compensation) = 0, and each increase in variable X (non-financial compensation) is 1% will increase the value of the variable Y (employee performance) by as much 0.641 or 64,1%.  From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, it was obtained the t value of 7,967. Then the value is consulted with the t-table at the 5% significant level, the value is 1.657. Because t-count > t-table, with a value sigifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, then this means that the hypothesis Ho is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis Ha accepted. This means that the provision of non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Service (ASN) employees at the Education Office of Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 1 Mentaya Hilir Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data meliputi: kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program adiwiyata dilakukan dengan membentuk tim adiwiyata sekolah, menerapkan pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan PLH, melakukan kegiatan gotong royong dengan melibatkan warga sekolah dan juga masyarakat, tersedianya air bersih, tempat sampah terpisah yang berjenis organik dan non organik; (2) Pelaksanaan secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik; (3) Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah selaku penanggung jawab dengan memantau setiap kegiatan yang sedang berjalan agar sesuai dengan rencana, dan (4) Faktor pendukung tersedianya sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang memadai untuk mendukung kegiatan; sedangkan penghambat terkait dengan dana yang belum memadai untuk mendukung variasi kegiatan. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Adiwiyata Program Management at SMP Negeri 1 Mentaya Hilir Selatan, Kotawaringin Timur Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data sources include: school principals and teachers. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out through: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation used triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) Planning the Adiwiyata program was carried out by forming a school adiwiyata team, implementing learning by integrating PLH, carrying out mutual cooperation activities involving school members and the community, providing clean water, separate organic and non-organic types of trash; (2) Overall implementation is going well; (3) Monitoring and evaluation is carried out by the principal as the person in charge by monitoring every ongoing activity so that it is in accordance with the plan, and (4) supporting factors for the availability of adequate school facilities and infrastructure to support activities; while the obstacle relates to insufficient funds to support a variety of activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Koordinator Ekstrakurkuler dan Pembina Ekstrakurikuler. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif data. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Perencanaan ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an dilakukan kepala sekolah melibatkan banyak pihak untuk membahas terkait perencanaan ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an untuk satu semester kedepan dengan pembentukan Tim, penentuan koordinator, pembina, sarana dan prasarana, waktu pelaksanaan, pendanaan, perekrutan peserta Tilawah; (2) Pengorganisasian ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an dilakukan dengan membuat SK pengangkatan koordinator dan pembina oleh kepala sekolah; (3) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an dilakukan di musholla yang telah tersedia sarana yang lengkap dengan jadwal hari selasa dan kamis pada jam 13.30 sampai dengan jam 14.30 WIB, dan (4) Pengawasan ekstrakurikuler Tilawah Al-Qur’an dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan.  Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of extracurricular activities of recitation of the Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Palangka Raya City. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of data in this study consisted of: the principal, the extracurricular coordinator and the extracurricular coach. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation study methods. Data analysis using an interactive data model. The data validation used triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate: (1) The principal's planning for extracurricular recitation of the Qur'an involves many parties to discuss extracurricular planning for the recitation of the Qur'an for the next semester by forming a team, determining the coordinator, supervisor, facilities and infrastructure, implementation time, funding, recruitment of recitation participants; (2) Organizing extracurricular recitation of Al-Qur'an is done by making a decree for the appointment of a coordinator and supervisor by the school principal; (3) Implementation of extracurricular recitation of the Qur'an is carried out in a prayer room which has complete facilities with a schedule on Tuesday and Thursday from 13.30 to 14.30 WIB, and (4) Supervision of extracurricular recitation of the Al-Qur'an is carried out by the head school and vice principal of student affairs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Program Keterampilan (Vokasi) bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di SLBN-1 Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu pada Perencanaan program Vokasi dimulai dari struktur kurikulum, kebutuhan dasar yang disusun oleh guru-guru dalam Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Pelaksanaan program Vokasi sudah sangat baik dengan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai perencanaan dan guru selalu mendampingi dan membimbing peserta didik dalam pelaksanaannya sampai  memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan suatu produk yang berkualitas. Peserta didik yang dianggap mampu akan melaksanakan praktik magang selama satu bulan pada dunia usaha/dunia industri ataupun di instansi pemerintah/swasta melalui MoU yang sudah terjalin. Hal lain yang mendukung pelaksanaan program  ini yaitu dukungan dari berbagai pihak baik pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat. Evaluasi program sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya evaluasi dan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah serta guru-guru telah melaksanakan evaluasi dari praktik mandiri di kelas sampai praktik magang. Abstract: TThis study aims to describe the Management Skills (Vocational) Program for Children with Special Needs in SLBN-1 Palangka Raya. The research method used qualitative descriptive from primary and secondary data sources. Data collection used techniques: interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis using interactive data analysis, including: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that: (1) Vocational program planning starts from the curriculum structure, the basic needs compiled by the teachers in the syllabus and lesson plans (RPP); (2) The implementation of the Vocational program has been very good with learning activities according to planning and the teacher always accompanies and guides students in its implementation until they have the ability to produce a quality product; (3) Program evaluation is good, as evidenced by the existence of evaluation and supervision by the principal and teachers who have carried out evaluations from independent classroom practice to apprenticeship practice.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajar pada kelas XII IPS II sejumlah 15 orang, yang selanjutnya ditetapkan sebagai sampel total. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and student achievement at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. The population in this study were all 15 teachers who taught in class XII IPS II, which were then designated as the total sample. Data analysis used Spearman correlation with the help of the IBM SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that there was a relationship between teacher performance and student learning outcomes in class XII in SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.

Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen perubahan pada komponen/bidang kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarana dan prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, keuangan, serta hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat mampu membawa perubahan untuk mewujudkan peningkatan mutu sekolah.  Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of change management at SDN 5 Menteng Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of data in this study, including: Principal; Vice Principal of Curriculum, Student Affairs, Facilities and Infrastructure; teachers and education staff; and student parents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the implementation of change management in the components/fields of the curriculum, students, facilities and infrastructure, educators and education personnel, finance, and school-community relations was able to bring about change to realize school quality improvements.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen SINDE pada LPMP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data meliputi: Kasubbag. TU, Koordinator Persuratan, dan Operator SINDE. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan dari mengatur susunan SOP, melakukan rapat koordinasi menyusun SOP yang memperhatikan persiapan, penilaian kebutuhan SOP, pengembangan SOP, penerapan SOP, serta Monev SOP; (2) Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk struktur organisasi serta tugas dan tanggungjawab personil pengelola SINDE; (3) Pengawasan dan Evaluasi melalui penilaian terhadap pegawai yang aktif dalam menggunakan SINDE; dan (4) Faktor penghambat: keterbatasan jumlah operator SINDE, dan minimnya kecakapan operator SINDE, serta kendala tekniks lainnya. Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan intensif serta kerjasama dengan pihak terkait. Abstract: This study aims to describe the SINDE Management at LPMP Central Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of data include: Head of Subsection. TU, Mailing Coordinator, and SINDE Operator. Collecting data using: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Validation of data through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Planning is carried out by arranging the composition of SOP, conducting coordination meetings to prepare SOPs that pay attention to preparation, assessment of SOP needs, SOP development, SOP implementation, and SOP Monev; (2) Organizing is done by establishing an organizational structure as well as the duties and responsibilities of SINDE management personnel; (3) Supervision and Evaluation through assessment of employees who are active in using SINDE; and (4) inhibiting factors: the limited number of SINDE operators, and the lack of skills of SINDE operators, as well as other technical obstacles. The solution to overcome these obstacles is through intensive guidance and training as well as collaboration with related parties.
