Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

Training and development is a field related to organizational activities aimed at improving individual and group performance in an organizational environment. As a joint role commonly known as human resource development (HRM), namely developing human resources to remain competitive. Training focuses on taking actions to develop employees for their current jobs and development that prepares employees to take on future roles and responsibilities. It makes the analysis that the goal of training and development is for innovative learning organizations to ensure that employees, through added value, are able to do their job effectively, get results, gain competitive advantage and seek personal growth. Measurable performance due to good training and development will increase organizational growth. This process is called transferring information and knowledge to the employer. This enables employers to put this information and knowledge into practice with the aim of increasing organizational efficiency and growth, and the quality of human resource management should be considered alongside educational policies and systems so important to human capital development.

Abstract

In a competitive environment, employees of every organization are a key factor in business success. In various fields such as health, education, media, banking insurance, etc. Human resources play an important role in successful service delivery. Most service industries emphasize the absorption of human resources with the necessary qualifications, expertise, and practical basic training. However, the Cooperative does not have this privilege due to its current structure and functions. Cooperatives began to enter and develop in Indonesia. In Indonesia cooperatives were introduced by Patih R.Aria Wiria Atmaja in 1896. They have increasingly complex business mechanisms that require all modern management tools and techniques to succeed, but one of the obstacles to their growth is the lack of qualified personnel to manage business management in effective field. Recruiting, training, retaining the existing workforce and cultivating a culture of continuous learning are some of the challenges facing Cooperatives even today. Because the development of human resources (HR) is a key factor that determines the characteristics of a successful institution. Cooperatives also need to develop permanent members, management and especially employees. Therefore, in this study, an attempt was made to signal the need for HRD and identify contemporary challenges in the implementation of HRD activities in cooperatives.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Prima Cipta Certifia. Respondents as many as 55 employees were taken as samples for data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong and significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, namely 55.9% of the employee performance variance is influenced by work motivation, and the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

In achieving the goals, companies need human resources who have skills, are broad-minded, and support the vision carried by the company. In addition, the company's success is also influenced by technology to achieve increased employee performance in carrying out business operations. This study aims to determine the impact of using office automation systems in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, General Document Secretary Unit. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection through interviews for primary data and credible electronic sources with research topics for secondary data. Data is presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of the study illustrate that the use of office automation systems at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, the General Document Secretary Unit has an impact on the effectiveness of employee performance. The results of this study contribute to enriching the academic literature on office automation systems and employee performance.

Abstract

P The potential for the digital economy in Indonesia is enormous and is predicted to continue to grow. Indonesia is a very strategic market for digital products and services. The effect of using technology also influences the individual's desire to start a business. This research will examine how the concept of developing digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia uses the basic theory that is generally used in the field of government, namely the theory of policy actors. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the development of digital entrepreneurship in the digital economy era in Indonesia. The benefits of this research are expected to contribute to the discovery of digital entrepreneurship development in Indonesia. This research is an explorative qualitative research based on literature and literature study. Data analysis techniques are carried out by analyzing the contents of the data that has been collected. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the development of digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia has been carried out using the pentahelix approach model which has involved 5 stakeholders namely government, business, academia, community and mass media. Each stakeholder has been well realized and synergizes with each other. The development of digital entrepreneurship must continue to be carried out with the development of access to internet technology and digitally literate human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment, and compensation on organizational commitment. All populations of 50 employees were used as respondents. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. To get good and correct analysis results, validity and reliability tests are carried out first. Furthermore, descriptive analysis was carried out for demographic data and descriptions for all research variables. Prior to the analysis to prove the hypothesis, the classical assumption test was first performed. The results of this study prove that work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on organizational commitment. The work environment significantly influences organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is also significantly influenced by compensation. From the results of this empirical research, it strengthens logical thinking, which will have implications for managerial decision making at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja

Abstract

The Budget Plan is one of the attributes in knowing the amount of the Budget for one accounting period. In the Realization process, the use of Planned Budget funds must be controlled continuously so that it is in accordance with what is expected when preparing the Budget Plan. Recording of the Budget Plan that is incorporated into the general accounting system will cause data discrepancies and must be revised repeatedly. A separate system with capabilities equivalent to the main system will greatly assist in processing the Budget Plan data. In this study, using MS. Visual Studio 2010 and MySQL Database as a system design tool. Based on the trial results of MS. Visual Studio 2010 is able to design a system according to the proposal, this shows that the system has worked well as expected.

Abstract

Consumer decision making is an integration process that combines knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors and choose one of them. The result of this integration process becomes a choice that is presented cognitively as a desire to behave. This research is motivated by the problem of declining sales over the last two years. This decrease in sales is allegedly due to the unattractive appearance of the website in accordance with 7C, namely context, content, community, customization, communication, commerce and connection, then changes in consumer perceptions of product quality resulting in a decrease in purchasing decisions. There are three variables in this research, namely the use of the website ( X1), product quality as the independent variable (X2) and purchase decision as the dependent variable (Y), with data sources from the literature obtained from the results of literature studies and from references in the form of book and internet sources related to research. The results of this study indicate that the use of the website and product quality are considered quite good by consumers and consumers feel confident about their purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability and good corporate governance mechanisms on sustainability reporting disclosure in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The population of the study consists of 677 companies, and a sample of 13 companies is selected using sampling techniques. The observation period for this study ranges from 2015 to 2019, resulting in a total of 65 data observations. The findings of the study indicate that profitability and the audit committee have a positive influence on sustainability report disclosure, while the board of commissioners does not have a significant impact on sustainability report disclosure. Collectively, profitability, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee have an influence on sustainability report disclosure in State-Owned Enterprises listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that the invasion of Ukraine by Russia has become a global event with a significant impact for all countries, which occurred on February 24, 2022. Russia is known as the world's top three producer and exporter of oil, natural gas and coal. On the other hand, Ukraine is known as a guardian of the world business sector exporter of sunflower oil, corn and exporter of wheat, the commodity is in the world's top five. The method used in this study uses a library method or approach, that literature or literature study can be interpreted as a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will have an impact on the realignment of the international trade system, and countries that have ties with the two countries will have a significant impact on national interests within their own countries. The economic sector will definitely be affected first because of the conflict. global supply chain disruptions, rising costs of food, energy, etc. In addition, fuel prices have risen in a number of countries.
