Abstract

This study investigates the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefits on the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending platforms in Indonesia, considering trust as a mediating factor. With the fintech sector experiencing rapid expansion, understanding the determinants of user retention is crucial for sustaining growth and ensuring consumer protection under the oversight of regulatory bodies like Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). A total of 105 participants were recruited for the survey, ensuring a diverse demoghparic representation in terms of age, gender, job, origin, and job occupation. The data were analyzed using Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM). The anaylis of the data revealed that perceived risk significantly gives negative influenced to continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending. In contrast, perceived benefit had a robust positive effect on continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending. Trust was found to partially mediate the relationship between perceived risk, perceived benefits, and continuance intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how consumer repurchase intention in the setting of e-commerce is impacted by electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), trust, and customer happiness. The demographic of this study is the people who live in the North Banjarmasin District, and the research sample consists of 399 respondents who buy at the marketplace. The study used a quantitative design. An analysis method called structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied. The findings of the study demonstrate the significance of these variables in influencing the intention to repurchase, and e-WOM is recognized as a key tactic for encouraging customers to share pleasant experiences with one another. However, e-WOM is negatively impacted by the possibility of disseminating false information. According to research, e-WOM, trust, and customer happiness all significantly influence the desire to repurchase. Reliability of work, completeness of information, and timeliness of delivery can all be used to gauge this level of confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Shopping Lifestyle, and Shopping Enjoyment on the impulse purchases of fashion consumers on Shopee. The population in this study is consumers domiciled in Karanganyar Regency. The sample in this study is fashion consumers at Shopee who have used and are users of Shopee. The respondents used in this study numbered 120. Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic software version 26. This research method is quantitative research method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) From the results of significant values of 0.329 > 0.05 and calculated values of 0.980 < table 1.658 so that it can be concluded that Hedonic Shopping Motivation (X1) has no effect on Impulse Buying (Y). (2) From the results of a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated value of 4.862 > table 1.658, it can be concluded that Shopping Lifestyle (X2) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y). (3) From the results of significant values of 0.010 < 0.05 and calculated values of 2.625 > table 1.658 so that it can be concluded that Shopping Enjoyment (X3) has a significant effect on Impulse Purchases (Y). So it can be seen from the three independent variables above that Shopping Lifestyle is the most influential variable in this study, with the value of significance and calculated value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables of opportunity for non-compliance, costs of compliance, perceptions, and tax information on non-compliance by SMEs individual taxpayers. In this study, the SMEs individual taxpayer objects in the Surakarta area are used. This study analyzes the non-compliance factors of SMEs individual taxpayers in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 17,965 SMEs. This study uses data from 100 respondents who meet the sample criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of opportunity for non-compliance can increase tax non compliance behavior, cost of compliance and tax information reduce tax non-compliance behavior of SMES taxpayers in Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, reference group, product quality, and product variation on purchasing decisions for Herbalife products. The objects studied in this study are Herbalife user consumers who live in Surakarta and have purchased Herbalife products. The sampling technique in this research is to use the non-probability sampling (Purposive Sampling) technique with a sample size of 110 respondents. The dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision. The independent variables of this study are brand image awareness, reference group, product quality, and product variety. The results showed that brand image and product quality had an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, while reference groups and product variations affected purchasing decisions. Herbalife products have a variety of interesting product types and experience recommendations from family/friends/friends are important determinants of purchasing decisions for Herbalife products.

Abstract

It takes a measuring tool that has been adjusted to the concept and practice of Islamic banking a measurement tool that has been adapted to the concept and practice of Islamic banking, namely by assessing the sharia complience side of Islamic banking without ignoring the profitability side. So that the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) Model needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of commercial banks using SCnP in 2017-2021. The method used is descriptive quantitative with the data source of the Annual Report of Islamic Commercial Banks downloaded from the official website of each bank. The population in this study were all BUS financial reports registered in OJK. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria that Islamic commercial banks has the highest level of profitability in 2021 (6 most). The result of this study indicate that measuring the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) method at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2017 to 2021 shows different result. 2017, 2020, and 2021 are spread across for quadrants. While in 2018 to 2019 it was spread in three quadrants, namlely Upper Left Quadrant (ULQ), Lower Right Quadrant (LRQ), and Lower Left Quadrant (LLQ).

Abstract

Research Aims:  The study aims to investigate the correlation between SHRM practices such as incentives and rewards, formal performance appraisal, recruitment and selection, career development, and organizational development with measures of organizational performance, including revenue growth rate, return on equity, return on assets, and profitability Design/methodology/approach: Human resources play a vital role in achieving organisational performance.  A study on 169 profit-making organisations in Zambia examined the impact of different Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) components on performance.  A quantitative approach was used, and the questionnaire was divided into three parts. A stratified random sample of 169 organisations' managers was studied.  Research Findings: According to the results, managers highly recommended Incentives, Rewards, recruitment, and Selection to achieve excellence.  Formal Performance Appraisal received moderate evaluation, while Career Development received the least.  The study concluded that SHRM components affect organisational performance regarding revenue growth rate, return on equity, return on assets, and profitability (p < 0.01).  The study recommended aligning the SHRM strategy with other activities to improve performance, focusing on recruitment.  Integrating HR practices with overall strategies can bring numerous benefits to organisations.  By aligning these two critical components, companies can ensure that their human resources are being utilised effectively and efficiently.  Theoretical Contribution/Originality : The study provides evidence that specific SHRM components, such as incentives and rewards, formal performance appraisal, and recruitment and selection, positively correlate with organizational performance measures like revenue growth rate, return on equity, and return on assets. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the importance of integrating HR practices with overall strategies to enhance organizational performance, particularly in the Zambian profit-oriented sector. Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial significance of the effect of cash flow, tax avoidance, growth opportunity, and net working capital on cash holding in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The population in this study were 99 financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 61 companies. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression with the help of Eviews 10 statistics. The results showed that the effect of cash flow and growth opportunity had a positive and significant effect. While tax avoidance and net working capital have a negative and significant effect. The implication of this research is that to increase optimal cash holding, companies must pay attention to cash flow and growth opportunities because the results of the study show that they have a positive and significant effect on cash holding. This research contributes to the development of further research related to cash holding. The limited number of samples with limited research objects as well

Abstract

Research Aims: The main focus of this research is to determine the role of entrepreneurial motivation as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and Company Performance. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses an explanatory research approach with micro-enterprises run by beneficiary families of the Program Keluarga-Harapan (KPM-PKH) in Malang City as research objects. Data collection for this research was carried out by distributing 300 questionnaires online, but only 261 questionnaires were returned and declared valid for testing research data. The data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS. Research Findings: This study's results indicate a relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial motivation, and Company Performance. This study also found that entrepreneurial motivation perfectly mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and Company Performance. Entrepreneurial motivation plays an essential role in connecting to improve performance when business actors do not really have a good enough business orientation. The motivation of business actors will help business actors to remain enthusiastic to try again and again when business actors face failure in the process of increasing business sales. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The theoretical contribution of the research on "The Role of Entrepreneur Motivation: The Mediation of Entrepreneur Orientation on Company Performance" lies in its exploration of the complex relationships between entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial orientation, and company performance. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing a comprehensive understanding of how entrepreneurial motivation influences company performance through the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation. Abstract

This study evaluates research trends in the context of green finance relating to financial institutions, particularly banks, using bibliometric analysis of Scopus data between 2012 and 2023. Green finance, as a key focus, has evolved along with the increasing awareness of environmental issues and climate change. Chinese contributions dominate in this study, showing a strong interest and commitment to green finance. This bibliometric analysis presents a network of related keywords, highlighting terms such as green finance, sustainable development, China, renewable energy, and others. Increased research interest in green finance has been seen since 2020, reflecting the growing attention to green finance, especially in China. From the citation analysis, there are highly cited papers that cover important issues, including the role of banks in green finance innovation, its impact on environmental change, and the implementation of greener financial practices. Cluster analysis shows three main groups: green finance concepts and principles, implementation of green finance practices, and long-term implications of green finance on the environment. These clusters illustrate the conceptual foundations, implementation practices, and long-term impacts of green finance in the context of banking and financial institutions.
