Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent boardof commissioners, institutional ownership, audit committee, profitability, capital intensity, and to determine the effect of company size on tax avoidance. So that the approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with this type of approach, namely explanatory research. The population in this study are all consumer goods companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019 as many as 53 companies. So that the sample used in this study is a non-probability sampling method which is included in the purposive sampling technique. This study produces an analysis which states that the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership are declared to have no significant effect on Tax Avoidance in consumer goods companies listed on the IDX from 2015-2019. As for the audit committee, profitability, capital intensity, and also company size have a significant effect on tax avoidance in consumer goods companies that have been listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and describe, vocational proficiency education in Boarding Schools. Grand Teory in this study uses the theory from Terry (1958) dividing the four basic functions of management, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. The results showed that vocational skills education in an effort to improve the entrepreneurial spirit in boarding schools is still not maximal. It is proven that only a few Boarding Schools graduates have an entrepreneurial spirit. Vocational proficiency education in boarding is more likely to provide theory than practice so that the learning stategi provided is less comprehensive, innovative, and creative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe religious development as an effort to prevent radicalism in students at SMAN 10 and SMA Karya Pembangunan 2 Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. There are three findings, namely: (1) PAI teachers' perceptions of religious radicalism are twofold, namely a) radicalism is seen as thought b) religious radicalism is seen as action. (2) Factors Affecting Teachers' Perceptions of Religious Radicalism there are two factors, namely factors originating from the perceiver (PAI teachers) and the situation. (3) The preventive efforts of PAI teachers in both schools against the issue of religious radicalism in students are divided into two scopes, namely inside the classroom and outside the classroom. The scope of the class has three efforts, namely (a) Islamic religious education subject matter on the issue of religious radicalism has been discussed by the teacher in the classroom, (b) various learning methods by raising the issue of religious radicalism and tolerance in society, the teacher uses learning methods namely lectures, question and answer, sociodrama and practice, (c) students' knowledge of religious radicalism is diverse and dynamic. Meanwhile . Outside the classroom, the efforts include (a) prayer before and after learning, (b) congregational prayers, (c) religious extracurricular activities, (d) anti-violence task force, (e) creating tolerance in schools.

Abstract

The focus of this research is The Management of Noble Moral Education to Build Soft Skills of Learners through the Inquiry Discovery Approach in Biology Learning in High School, which is motivated by the fact that although formal schools, both public and private, have been carrying out character education since the enactment of curriculum 2013. However, the study or results of research on character education and noble morals show that so far the management of character education carried out has not referred to the development of noble morals to build soft skills through proper learning design. This research aims to obtain an overview of the management of noble moral education that can build the soft skills of learners through the application of inquiry discovery learning model in biology lessons in high school. The practical benefits of this research can be used as a basis for institutions to improve quality based on the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biological learning. Theoretically, the results of this study are expected to develop scientific characteristics related to the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biology learning at SMA Negeri 3 Bandung, and MA Darul Arqam Garut Literature studies are carried out against relevant theories about Education Management, Noble Moral Education, and inquiry discovery leaning approach. The method used is qualitative research that aims to find holistic essential characteristics regarding the management of noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners through an inquiry discovery approach in biological learning. The data collection techniques used in this study are through observation, interview, documentation studies. with research procedures using data analysis methods as well as data triangulation. The general conclusion in this study is that the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of learning in the framework of the application of a discoveri inquiry approach in noble moral education to build the soft skills of learners, can bring up indicators of noble moral components and bring up also aspects of soft skills of learners. 2) The main obstacle felt is the occurrence of pandemic covid-19, which causes students to learn from home, in addition to the current globalization, as well as the hampered support of education funds from the community. The solution is the awareness and approach of educators / educational personnel, PPK implemented in an integrated with each school program, collaborate the participation of parents and teachers to foster the character of students, and improve services through. Especially for pesantren, duisusundan established Emergency Curriculum Supplement refers to the appropriate regulations and guidelines, as well as paying attention to the regulation of. Therefore, it recommends to various parties, among others to the Provincial Education office and the Municipal Education Office, to guide and train educators to have the ability to modify the syllabus and design a learning plan to integrate noble moral education and soft skills to school-level Educational Institutions both principals and school committees as holders and policy makers of education in their schools , to be able to provide guidance and training so that educators are able to organize integrated learning of noble morals that can build the soft skills of learners.

Abstract

The purpose of national education in Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System chapter II article 3 emphasizes the aspect of faith and devotion, the second aspect is noble character. However, the practice of education in Indonesia is still not in accordance with the functions and objectives of national education. Pesantren is an appropriate model of education in fostering noble character because students are fully trained and accustomed to filling their sight, hearing and heart with content that is beneficial for their lives. The tahfidz approach is the right approach in fostering noble character because the series of processes in tahfidz activities are able to bring students closer to the Qur'an and Allah. The problem of students' morals is caused by several things including an inappropriate approach, an atmosphere or culture that is not yet supportive, teacher competence, and the lack of adequate human resources for tahfidz teachers. The approach used in this study is a qualitative interactive mode of inquiry approach. The method used is descriptive analytical method with a variety of case studies. While the data collection techniques are observation/observation, participation, interviews, and literature study. The conclusion is that the Pesantren Leader and the team that was formed made a context analysis document as a study in planning. The planning of Islamic religious education in order to foster noble character in the two Islamic boarding schools, namely the Tahfidz Misbahunnur Islamic Boarding School in Cimahi City and the Darul Arqom Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Garut Regency, is stated in the pesantren curriculum document. The implementation of Islamic religious education management is carried out through the tahfidz approach. The two pesantren set a number of indicators of the success of the Islamic religious education management process in fostering noble character through the tahfidz approach, namely: obedience to Allah and His Messenger, enthusiasm, tolerance, carefulness, thoroughness, compassion, patience and honesty.

Abstract

The background of the research is based on basic problems including audio-visual learning media as a support for the learning process in the world of education that is not optimal, lack of human resources and rapid technological developments, the readiness of the world of education itself must be able to balance and harmonize the system in optimizing the process of educational activities. The general purpose of this research is to find an overview of Computer-Based Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Student Learning Outcomes. The focus of the objectives is specifically to seek an overview: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; 4) Supervision; 5) Problems; 6) Future Efforts; and 7 Results of Audio Visual Learning Media in Improving the Quality of PAI learning. Audio Visual Learning Media Theory is the basis of this research. The research procedure is determined by the determination of qualitative methods, through the process of: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; 3) Documentation. Which is developed through the triangulation process. The findings of the study of Audio Visual Learning Media Management in Improving the Quality of PAI Learning. Includes the process 1) Planning, its implementation in accordance with the development of computer-based learning is still within the scope of the process as the implementation of educational activities and has not been developed in full planning to support student learning outcomes; 2) Organizing, showing that the pattern of supporting human resources in the proportion of audio-visual learning media development is not in line with the developments currently needed. 3) Implementation, operation of audio-visual learning media only builds competence for the introduction of Information and Communication Technology in general without being developed with the application of the system in the educational environment itself 4) Supervision, specifically in building computer-based learning systems, mechanisms for implementing computer systems have not yet been built themselves in building student learning outcomes. 5) Problems, the readiness of Human Resources, facilities and systems for computer-based learning mechanisms themselves have not been developed; 6) Future Efforts, waiting for the policy to become the basis for determining the operational form in building a computer-based learning process unit and 7) Results, which are the consequences of the pattern of supporting infrastructure facilities that are needed with a balance of supporting human resources in it and this has not been built in unit for implementing educational activities at the Research locus. In conclusion, optimizing the form of application of the use of audio-visual media in improving the quality of PAI learning. Students are needed in building the quality of student learning outcomes where information is developed through broad literacy development supported by balanced skills in utilizing and developing computer-based learning systems so that knowledge is built in developing knowledge. itself and the technology in it.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the penomena investigated, about the strategy of improving the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in the ministry of religion in Bandung. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. This research was obtained through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Then analyzed using data reduction stages, data display, and data cocclusion. Based on the results of the study showed, that: 1) The objectives of these three Madrasahs refer to the vision of their respective school missions, 2) The implementation in general has been equally conducting activities in accordance with the planned program,3) The problems faced by these three MIS are almost the same, namely related to some teachers who are less competent, minimal financing and inadequate infrastructure 4) As for the solution by Coordinating with other Teachers, Coordinating with the Foundation and Committee, Coaching of Supervisors/PenMad and Active in kkg (Teacher Working Group).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of Islamic behavior of students through the practice of worship at SMAN Bandung. Based on observations and interviews of researchers to several principals of SMAN schools in Bandung who have athlete students, found that not all students who profess to be Muslim to perform worship well during sports practice while in school, only some students who want to perform worship in school, such as performing sunnah prayers or obligatory prayers in school mosques , on the grounds that his clothes are dirty because of sweat, responsibility is training and clashing with training time. Whereas if praying his clothes must be clean and holy. Sometimes, even many students have not prayed if they are not ordered and many others lack. Not infrequently students who when at home and at school show good Islamic behavior, but when outside the house and outside the school shows bad behavior seen in terms of Islam, such as smoking, hanging out on the side of the road, and excessive dating. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) Islamic behavior development program in high school in Bandung, namely congregational prayers before the start and at the end of teaching and learning activities, memorizing Asmaul Husna, reading the Quran 15 minutes before the first hour. 1) learning begins, praying dhuha congregation, praying midday congregation, infaq or setting aside some pocket money for alms. 2) The process of fostering islamic keisk behavior of students through religious practice activities in SMAN throughout Bandung needs to be held, religious lectures, guidance and supervision. 3) The behavior of students after receiving guidance through the practice of worship in SMAN throughout The City of Bandung is quite good. Students can be responsible and disciplined in performing worship. Students can also work together and socialize well.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Information Reporting System (SIP) has been in since 1981. In its implementation, SIP was still limited to data which was the result of interactions between the community and health facilities. Methods used Research and Development (R&D). Collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The sample contained sample I amounted were 6 people, sample II were 25 people, and sample III were 16 people. Sampling technique with non probability sampling. Data analyswas used univariate and bivariate analyswas. Result that designed and built after being tested by experts, it was feasible to apply the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System Development Model. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System after being tested has been proven to be relevant/suitable for use in the implementation of the digital-based dental health recording and reporting service system at the Puskesmas in Boyolali Regency. The Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality of the measurement before and after the development of a dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas in Boyolali District with p value =0.001. Conclusion that Development Model of the Digital-Based Dental Health Recording and Reporting Service System has effective for the substance of the application system and improves the quality dental health recording and reporting service system based at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe sex education in Islamic religious learning to prevent and overcome deviant behavior at SMAN Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: in general, students at SMAN in Cirebon City do not all have sufficient knowledge about sexuality. In addition, many of the students still consider it taboo to talk about sexual education. It is a separate task for educators to explain the concept of sexual education. Do not let students actually get information from sources that cannot be accounted for. In overcoming sexual behavior deviations among students at SMAN in Cirebon City, schools play an important role. Some of the roles that schools play in the process of overcoming sexual deviance include (1) providing sex education, (2) providing religious moral education, (3) controlling discipline, (4) becoming consultants and friends for their students.
