Abstract

Firm value is very important because the high value of the firm which will be followed by higher shareholder wealth. This study aims to determine the effect on the value of the company's financial performance with the dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX consecutive dividend during the period 20017-2020. The results showed that: 1) Profitability significant positive effect on firm value, 2) leverage significant positive effect on firm value, 3) Liquidity not significant negative effect on firm value 4) dividend policy is not able to significantly moderate the effect of profitability on firm value 5) dividend policy is able to significantly moderate the effect of laverage on firm value, 6) Dividend policy is able to significantly moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product diversity, online trust, security on repurchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in Jakarta. The population in this study used a purposive sampling technique where the population taken was 100 people with a significance level of 95% and a standard deviation of 25%. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results showed that Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee market place. Product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee market place. Online Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee market place. Product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in the Shopee market place. Based on the results of the regression, it was found that product diversity had the highest contribution value to buying interest in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see and analyze the Influence of Perceived Price, Brand Image, and Consumer Satisfaction on Repurchasing Interest for Zara clothing products in the city of Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by providing a list of questions to respondents, namely consumers of Zara clothing products in the city of Jakarta, the questions given were about price perception, brand image, and consumer satisfaction, on repurchase intention. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that perceived price, brand image and consumer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the intention to repurchase Zara clothing products in the city of Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence in the independent variables of this study in the form of brand image variables, brand trust variables and marketing strategy variables on the dependent variables of this study in the form of variable of purchasing decisions on Honda Beat motorcycles. The method in this study is descriptive-quantitative with a population of respondents or more specifically consumers of Honda Beat motorcycles. The sample of respondents to the study was 100 with purposive sampling techniques. In using the purposive sampling technique, it is expected that the sample is in accordance with the requirements or criteria needed in this study. The data used was in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires with model tests in the form of multiple linear regressions processed using SPSS 25. The results were found after analysis using processed data with the following conclusions that brand image, brand trust and marketing strategy have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Previously tested against question items that were declared valid and reliable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decision of Avoskin Serum among female students at the National University. The sample in this study were 100 female students at the National University who had purchased avoskin serum products. This study uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) 3.3.2 program. This shows that Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Brand Trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y ). So it can be concluded that product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, sales promotion, and consumer confidence on pinkyshop online purchase decisions in the shoppe marketplace. The results of the study using primary data in the form of questionnaires to 115 Pinkyshop consumer respondents showed that there was a positive and significant influence between sales promotion and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions for Pinkyshop products. And there is a non-positive and insignificant influence on the price perception variable on purchasing decisions that means if prices rise then purchasing decisions will decrease, otherwise if prices fall then purchasing decisions will increase. Even so, the prices provided at pinkyshop in the shoppe marketplace are in accordance with the quality of the product and the price is almost similar to competitors. While sales promotions carried out to provide product information to consumers can improve purchasing decisions. Consumer confidence contributes the most than price perception and sales promotion. This shows that according to consumers, trust is caused by security, the information conveyed is accurate and there are various kinds of products in it. From this study found that of the many factors that can influence the occurrence of transactions through ecommerce, the trust factor is the key factor. Only customers who have trust will dare to make transactions through internet media, thus making consumers more confident to decide to shop at pinkyshop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality and Service Quality. The results of the study using primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 94 customers of Kidz Station TSM Cibubur East Jakarta who have made the purchase process 2 times or more, show the result that there is a negative effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty and on Service Quality and Product Quality shows results that have a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. There is a positive influence on Product Quality and Service Quality indicating that Product Quality and Service Quality can be important factors for Customer Loyalty and must be continuously developed in order to continue to compete with similar competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance at Deputi Bidang Keluarga Sejahtera dan Pembangunan Keluarga BKKBN. The data source for this research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire, the research data is given to 80 employee respondents at Keluarga Sejahtera dan Pembangunan Keluarga BKKBN In taking the sample for this study using the Saturation Sampling, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics processed in SPSS 27 to test the regression coefficients. Based on the partial research results, it was found that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PT Marinal's employees. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is 84 employees. The sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique in which the population of employees of PT Marinal is used as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work environment on employee loyalty at PT Eldora Entertainment. In addition, this study aims to provide information and input to Human Resources Managers to provide additional insight about the importance of good management so that it will improve the performance and loyalty of PT Eldora Entertainment employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25 program. The data in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees of P.T Eldora Entertainment. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed in numbers. The results obtained that compensation can really make employees more enthusiastic to work and also increase their work loyalty. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty because the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty because a comfortable workplace will make them feel calm while working.
