Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan program DKM Masjid Agung Al-Fathu dalam menciptakan masjid yang berdaya, dan pengendalian program sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemberdayaan masjid. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Masjid Agung Al-Fathu Kabupaten Bandung dari implementasi manajemen DKM dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masjid dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Agung Al-Fathu merupakan masjid dengan manajemen cukup baik, perencanaan program dengan baik dan matang, pengelolaan setiap DKM-nya sesuai dengan keahliannya masing-masing, pelaksanaan program yang selalu berjalan seperti yang telah direncanakan, dan pengendalian program yang dilakukan secara ketat, sehingga masjid menjadi ramai dikunjungi jama’ah. Keberadaan Masjid Al-Fathu di tengah-tengah masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung sangat memberikan pengaruh bagi berlangsungnya kegiatan keagamaan karena di Masjid Agung Al-Fathu ini pusat keagamaan di Kabupaten Bandung banyak dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Masjid Agung Al-Fathu merupakan masjid yang bisa dikategorikan sebagai masjid yang berdaya. Based on the results of research conducted at the Great Al-Fathu Mosque in Bandung Regency from the implementation of DKM management in enhancing mosque empowerment it can be concluded that the Al-Fathu Grand Mosque is one of the mosques with fairly good management, seen from well-planned and mature programs, managing each The DKM, which places every individual in the field according to their expertise, the implementation of programs that always go according to plan, and control of programs that are carried out strictly, resulting in mosques being crowded with pilgrims. The existence of the Al-Fathu Mosque in the midst of the people of Bandung Regency greatly influences the ongoing religious activities because in the Great Mosque of Al-Fathu, many religious centers in Kabupaten Bandung are carried out. This proves that the Great Mosque of Al-Fathum is a mosque that can be categorized as a powerful mosque.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi Majelis Ulama Indonesia Jawa Barat dalam upaya penerbitan sertifikat halal yang di dalamnya meliputi formulasi atau perencanaan strategi, implementasi atau pelaksanaan strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa strategi Majelis Ulama Indonesia Jawa Barat yang diterapkan harus mendukung kebijakan dan tujuan lembaga yang diformulasikan dengan mengembangkan misi, menganalisis kelemahan dan kekuatan lingkungan internal, menganalisis ancaman dan peluang yang ada di lingkungan eksternal, kemudian menentukan alternatif strategi dan memilih strategi yang tepat. Pelaksanaan stratgei yang terkoordinir yaitu diawali dengan mengembangkan strategi yang sesuai dengan budaya lembaga, melaksanakan program kegiatan diantaranya adalah melakukan sertifikat halal gratis, gelar halal expo, olimpiade halal, layanan konsultasi sertifkat halal, dan halal care comunity. Sistem manajemen sertifikat halal yang tersususn secara rapi. LPPOM MUI Jawa Barat memanfaatkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung program kegiatan. Evaluasi strategi yang membangun yang sesuai dengan tuntutan dan perubahan zaman. Sistem evaluasi yang diterapkan diantaranya yaitu melakukan rapat auditor, rapat pimpinan, rapat istimewa, rapat koordinasi khusus, mengoreksi tindakan dan menganalisis hambatan. This study aims to find out how the strategy of the West Java Indonesian Ulema Council is in the effort to issue a halal certificate which includes the formulation of strategies, implementation of strategies and evaluation of strategies. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection used is observation, documentation study and interview techniques. The results of the study revealed that the strategy of the applied West Java Indonesian Ulema Council must support the policies and objectives of the institution formulated by developing missions, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment, analyzing the opportunities and threats of the external environment, then determining alternative strategies and choosing the right strategy. The coordinated implementation of the strategy is initiated by developing strategies that are in accordance with the culture of the institution, carrying out program activities including free halal certificates, halal expo titles, halal olympiad, halal certificate certification services, and halal care community. The halal certificate management system that is prepared neatly. West Java LPPOM MUI uses information systems to support activity programs. Evaluate building strategies that are in accordance with the demands and changes of the times. The evaluation system applied includes conducting auditor meetings, leadership meetings, special meetings, special coordination meetings, correcting actions and analyzing obstacles.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of human resource training conducted by the Synergy Foundation, how the process of human resource education conducted by the Synergy Foundation, how the career development process is carried out by the Sinergi Foundation in an effort to improve the quality of employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method, using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, the training process carried out was based on the results of the annual Sinergi Foundation evaluation. Strategies carried out in training by on the job, and recommending their employees to attend training outside the institution. Furthermore, the process of employee education is more focused on employee theoretical understanding. Straregi is used by conducting education within the institution and sending its employees to study outside. Development of the quality and quantity of employees, the leadership has policies and directives for all employees in the structural to have a new concept with the aim that each department has innovation about the development of its department.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the riot planning at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque in increasing the comfort of pilgrims, to find out the application of riayah at the Cipaganti Great Mosque in increasing the comfort of worshipers, to find out the evaluation of riayah at the Cipaganti Great Mosque in increasing the comfort of worshipers. This study uses the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques in collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies as evidence of riayah's management in an effort to improve the comfort of pilgrims at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque. Based on the results of research conducted at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque from the implementation of riayah management in improving the comfort of pilgrims it can be concluded: First, that the planning of riayah in the Great Mosque of Cipaganti formulates work programs, facilities, and physical maintenance of the mosque. Second, that implementation means that whatever has been formulated must be implemented. Where in making work programs in accordance with the standards of mosque management so that the physical maintenance of the mosque can be directed and run in accordance with expectations and goals, namely to foster a sense of comfort towards worshipers. Third, that evaluation is a corrective action if the results are not as expected. So in this case the evaluation can be done in the short and long term.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the management process implemented by the Al-Ihsan Boarding School’s Student Organization (OSPAI) in impoving the quaity of the school. The study used descriptive method that explain dan describ the whole management proces carried out by OSPAI. The data collected through observation, interview, and document’s study on the availabe data from the organization committee. The research finds that the organization implements a number of management processes that incllude planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating. The planning process includes the implementation of regulation, recruitment of committees candidates, organization’s program formulation, budgeting. Actuating process includes program implementation. Controlling process carried out through a number of regular meeting. Evaluation process, meanwhile, mainly consists of whole program report delivered by the committee in the student general meeting.

Abstract

This research discusses about management of zakat in an effort to improve the economic welfare of the community carried out by the Rumah Zakat from the beginning planned, implemented and supervised the program to achieve that goal.. This study uses the deskiptive method, which in conducting this research, the researcher tries to describe and describe the condition of the object of research based on facts that are visible or as they are. The results obtained by this study, namely the activities of Zakat Houses in managing productive zakat, Rumah Zakat moves based on its vision and mission and moves by always running partnerships with various parties, both the community and the government. Zakat House also has the planning, implementation and supervision of good productive zakat for the economic welfare of the community. This is given to small entrepreneurs in order to develop their business to become more productive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri, to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. The steps taken in the research are determining the location of research, research methods, data types, data sources, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah boarding school is able to increase the creativity of his santri. Motivation given by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, provide facilities and holding various activities programs to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication management process of UPZ MD managers in terms of the implementation of the Human Resources Development (HRD) strategy. Communication management is both verbal and non-verbal which includes aspects of informing, persuading and collaborating. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Where this study seeks to analyze the application of communication management through HRD strategies. Data collection is done through interviews and observations. The interview involved key informants from the Da'wah Management Department, permanent lecturers appointed as managers and students as UPZ technical implementers. The results showed that the management of UPZ MD's zakat management was done both verbally and non-verbally. Verbal communication in oral form for example during routine meetings, while in written form for example through the preparation of reports, SOPs, and suggestion sheets. Non-verbal communication is carried out at the time of service to users which is manifested in the form of work principles stated in the SOP and UPZ MD excellent service notice. The implementation of UPZ MD's Human Resources Development (HRD) strategy consists of three aspects, namely the informing aspect (for example, regular meetings, FGD Management, Seminars and Workshops); persuading (UPZ brand image socialization through direct and digital communication media and preparation of the UPZ MD program); and collaborating (in the form of division of labor as evidenced by the UPZ Management SOP and Organizational Structure).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran program kerja yang di terapkan Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Darussalam dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang Agama Islam, pengorganisasian dalam mewujudkan program kerja, pelaksanaan program kerja dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan, pengawasan terhadap program kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, jenis data yang di gunakan adalah kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan juga sekunder adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, DKM Darussalam memiliki program kerja, ini merupakan tahapan pertama untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang terdapat dalam visi dan misi. Kedua, manajemen yang diterapkan sudah cukup baik dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasannya. Ketiga, disetiap pelaksanaanya selalu melakukan bimbingan, mengarahkan, dan memotivasi kepada masyarakat agar upaya yang dilakukan pengurus berjalan sesuai harapan yang diinginkan. Keempat, melakukan evaluasi setiap kali ada kegiatan dengan cara terjun langsung pada kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan. This study aims to describe the work program implemented by the Darussalam Darussalam Prosperity Council in an effort to improve public understanding of Islam, organizing in realizing work programs, implementing work programs in improving religious understanding, monitoring work programs. This research method uses descriptive method, the type of data used is negative, the data sources used are primary and also secondary data while the data collection techniques used in the study are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: First, DKM Darussalam has a work program, this is the first stage to realize the goals contained in the vision and mission. Second, the management applied is good enough in terms of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Third, every implementer always guides, directs, and motivates the community so that the efforts taken by the management go according to the desired expectations. Fourth, conduct an evaluation every time there is an activity by going directly to the activities being carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan masjid berbasis kampus dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan kegiatan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat, sehingga semua pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatatif. Hasil penelitian di Masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor dapat diperoleh data pengelolaan masjid Al-Jabbar mencakup beberapa tahapan dalam meyusun program kegiatan yang telah direncanakan. Ada beberapa langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui masjid Al-Jabbar Kampus ITB Jatinangor sesuai dengan fungsi pengelolaan yang digunakan. Pertama adalah perencanaan program yang dilakukan oleh DKM masjid Al-Jabbar dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kedua yaitu pengorganisasian diterapkan untuk pembagian tugas kerja kepada pengurus DKM. Ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan diterapkan melalui bimbingan, pemberian motivasi kepada pengurus, menjalin hubungan. Kemudian yang terakhir adalah pengawasan yang diterapkan DKM masjid Al-Jabbar melalui pengawasan langsung dan tidak langsung. This research aims to determine the management of campus-based mosques in improving community empowerment, through the planning process, organizing, actuating, and controlling of activities in building cooperation with the community, so that all the empowerment carried out by DKM mosques can run effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research at the Al-Jabbar Mosque in the ITB Jatinangor Campus can be obtained from the management data of the Al-Jabbar mosque covering several stages in arranging the planned program of activities. There are several steps used in empowering the community through the Al-Jabbar mosque in accordance with the management functions used. First is program planning carried out by the DKM Al-Jabbar mosque in improving community empowerment. Second, organizing is applied to the division of work tasks to DKM administrators. Third, the implementation is implemented through guidance, giving motivation to the board, having a relationship. Then the last is the supervision applied by the Al-Jabbar DKM mosque through direct and indirect supervision.
