Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial knowledge dan financial self-efficacy terhadap financial behavior dengan mental accounting sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa di Kota Denpasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik di kalangan mahasiswa sebagai kelompok usia produktif yang mulai menghadapi tanggung jawab finansial secara mandiri. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 160 mahasiswa aktif dari beberapa perguruan tinggi di Kota Denpasar yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial knowledge dan financial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial behavior. Selain itu, mental accounting juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap financial behavior dan memediasi hubungan antara variabel independen (financial knowledge dan financial self-efficacy) dengan financial behavior. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya aspek kognitif dan psikologis dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan agar program edukasi keuangan di perguruan tinggi tidak hanya menekankan pada peningkatan pengetahuan, tetapi juga penguatan efikasi diri dan pengembangan keterampilan mental accounting guna menciptakan perilaku finansial yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: financial knowledge, financial self-efficacy, mental accounting, financial behavior.   Abstract – This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial behavior, with mental accounting as a mediating variable, among undergraduate students in Denpasar City. The background of this research lies in the importance of sound financial management among university students, who are transitioning into financial independence. This study employs a quantitative approach and uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. Data were collected through a survey of 160 active undergraduate students from several universities in Denpasar, selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that both financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on financial behavior. Mental accounting also shows a direct positive effect on financial behavior and mediates the relationship between the independent variables (financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy) and financial behavior. These findings highlight the crucial role of cognitive and psychological factors in shaping students’ financial behavior.The study suggests that financial education programs in universities should not only focus on increasing knowledge but also on strengthening financial self-efficacy and developing mental accounting strategies to foster healthy and sustainable financial behaviors.   Keywords: financial knowledge, financial self-efficacy, mental accounting, financial behavior, university students

Abstract

ABSTRACT Street vendors (PKL) are informal sector businesses in the form of trading businesses which are sometimes also producers. There are those who stay in certain locations, there are those who move from one place to another (using poles, pushcarts) selling food, drinks and other consumer goods at retail. Street vendors, generally with small capital, are sometimes only a tool for capital owners to get just a commission as a reward or their hard work. The aim of this research is to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of business capital, working hours and sales on sales of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely for partial using the t test and for simultaneous using the F test and the samples used were 30 samples. Research results 1) Business capital has a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 2) Working hours have a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 3) Sales have a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 4) Capital, working hours and sales have a significant simultaneous effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency.   Keywords: capital, working hours, sales and income

Abstract

Abstrak – Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan merupakan langkah strategis bagi perusahaan untuk menjamin kepuasan konsumen, khususnya apabila pelayanan yang diterima dan dirasakan (perceived service) sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Café Jerapah di Kota Pematang Siantar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen memenuhi standar validitas. Uji reliabilitas juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan secara langsung berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di Café Jerapah.   Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, café     Abstract – Improving service quality is a strategic step for companies to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly when the services received and perceived align with customer expectations. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Café Jerapah in Pematang Siantar City. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and simple linear regression analysis. The validity test results indicated that the instruments for both service quality and customer satisfaction variables met the validity standards. The reliability tests also showed that both variables were reliable. The regression analysis revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, enhancing service quality can directly give effect and improve customer satisfaction at Café Jerapah.   Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, café

Abstract

Abstrak – penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price Earning Ratio,Price Book Value dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham Pada PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif, Instrument penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan laporan keuangan tahunan, neraca dan laba rugi pada PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam instrumen penelitian ini yaitu data Modal,Total hutang, Laba Bersih dan Harga saham dari tahun 2009 hingga 2023. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling . Kriterianya didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh dengan mudah serta laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit terlebih dahulu dan data keuangan terbaru. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa. Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, Price Book Value (PBV)  berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. serta Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada PT.Indomobil Sukses International Tbk.   Kata kunci: Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio,Harga Saham.   Abstract – This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices at PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach method, the research instrument uses annual financial reports, balance sheets and profit and loss at PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. The data used in this research instrument are Capital data, Total debt, Net Profit and Stock Price from 2009 to 2023. While the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The criteria are based on easily obtained data as well as financial reports that have been audited in advance and the latest financial data. The data in this study were processed using SPSS. The hypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that. Price Earning Ratio (PER) affects Stock Price, Price Book Value (PBV) affects Stock Price, and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect Stock Price. and Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on the Stock Price of PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover, Return On Assetsand Debt to Asset Ratio on profit growth. At PT. Adhi Karya Persero Tbk. The instrument for thisresearch is to use financial reports between the balance sheet and profit and loss reports at PT.Adhi Karya Persero Tbk. The data used in this research instrument is data on net profit, totalsales, total debt and total assets from 2013-2022. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. The criteria are based on the availability of up-to-date data and researchvariable data used. The data in this research was processed using SPSS. The hypothesis testingmethod uses a significance level of 5%. The research results show that Total Asset Turnover(TATO) has no significant effect on profit growth, Return on Assets (ROA) has no significant effecton profit growth and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on profit growth. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and price onpurchasing decisions for Larishi figures in Bima City. The Larishi figure whose address isJl. Soekarno Hatta, Monggonao, District. Mpunda, Kab. Bima, West Nusa Tenggara.84117. This research is associative type using primary data sources. This researchinstrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire with the research population including allconsumers from the Larishi Store. The exact number is not known, to determine the numberof samples in an unknown population, the Unknown Population formula was used and asample of 96 people was obtained. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Inthis research, the data collection techniques used by researchers were observation,questionnaires and literature study. Researchers use analytical tools for validity tests,reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlationcoefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests.The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between productdiversity on purchasing decisions at the Larishi shop in Bima City in Accept. There is asignificant influence between price on purchasing decisions at the Larishi shop in BimaCity in Accept. There is a simultaneous influence of product diversity and price onpurchasing decisions at the Larishi Shop in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Content Marketing and CustomerReviews on consumer purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop Marketplace (Case Study inthe Community of Bima City). The research method used in this study is a survey methodwith a structured questionnaire consisting of 96 respondents as the sample. Data analysisincludes validity testing, reliability testing, classic assumption tests (normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple regressionanalysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing (t-test andF-test) using Statistical Product and Service Solution Ver. 24 (SPSS) software. The researchresults indicate that Content Marketing significantly influences Purchase Decisions,Customer Reviews significantly influence Purchase Decisions, and both Content Marketingand Customer Reviews significantly influence Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on share prices at Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk. Theinstrument for this research is to use financial reports between the balance sheet and profitand loss reports at Pt. Astra Graphia Tbk, the data used in the research instrument is data ontotal debt, equity, sales, total assets and share prices from 2013 - 2022. Meanwhile, thesampling technique used is purposive sampling, the criteria are based on the availability ofup-to-date data and data research variables that will be used. The data in this research wasprocessed using SPSS. The hypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. Theresearch results show that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock prices,Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no effect on stock prices, and the Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine lifestyle and social class on the decision to visitCafé Sunshine, Bima City. This type of research is associative to determine the causalrelationship between two or more variables. The population used in this research is in thecity of Bima with an unknown population where the sample used is 55 with a purposivesampling technique. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires,literature study using data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, classicalassumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination and correlation, t test and ftest. The results of research carried out by researchers are 1.) the influence of lifestyle (X1)has a significant effect with a t-count value of 3,579 > t-table of 2,007 with a significancevalue of 0.001 < 0.05 2.) the influence of social class (X2) has an influence significantly witha t-count value of 3,439 > t-table of 2,007 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 3.)lifestyle and social class simultaneously influence the decision to visit the Sunshine Café inBima City with an f-count of 23,273 > f -table of 3.18 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it isconcluded that the third hypothesis states that "Lifestyle and Perceived Social Class have asimultaneous influence."

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of credit risk on profitabilityat PT. Bank Negara Indonesia TBK. The instrument for this research is using thebalance sheet and profit and loss report at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia TBK from2014-2023. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, thecriteria are based on the availability of up-to-date data and research variabledata to be used. The data in this research was processed using SPSS. Thehypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. The research resultsshow that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on PT's ReturnOn Equity (ROE). Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk.
