Abstract

Abstract Research objectives 1) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee motivation at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar. 2) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee motivation at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar. 3) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar. 4) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar. 5) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar. 6) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar through motivation. 7) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar through motivation. The research location was carried out on employees of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) with a sample of 60 samples using a proportional random sampling technique. With Path analysis techniques. Abstract

ABSTRAK Rendahnya tingkat partisipasi peserta Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh berbagai fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama, termasuk Klinik SMC Banyusari di Kota Denpasar. Data klinik menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kehadiran peserta Prolanis hanya sekitar 21,2% per bulan, masih berada di bawah target minimal BPJS Kesehatan sebesar 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal melalui analisis SWOT guna menentukan strategi manajerial yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan Program Prolanis di Klinik SMC Banyusari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen terhadap enam informan yang terdiri dari kepala klinik, petugas Prolanis, dan peserta Prolanis. Data dianalisis menggunakan matriks Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Klinik SMC Banyusari memiliki kekuatan internal yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kelemahannya, dengan skor IFAS sebesar 1,31, serta peluang eksternal yang lebih besar dibandingkan ancaman, dengan skor EFAS sebesar 1,12. Klinik berada pada posisi strategi pertumbuhan stabil yang memungkinkan penguatan program melalui optimalisasi sumber daya internal dan pemanfaatan peluang eksternal. Strategi manajerial yang direkomendasikan meliputi penguatan edukasi berbasis peserta, optimalisasi peran petugas Prolanis, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta pengembangan jejaring dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Dengan penerapan strategi tersebut, diharapkan partisipasi peserta Prolanis di Klinik SMC Banyusari dapat meningkat secara berkelanjutan Kata Kunci: prolanis, analisis SWOT, Strategi Manajerial     ABSTRACT Low participation in the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) remains a major challenge for primary healthcare facilities, including SMC Banyusari Clinic in Denpasar. Clinic records show that the average monthly attendance rate of Prolanis participants is approximately 21.2%, which is below the minimum target of 50% set by the National Health Insurance Agency (BPJS Kesehatan). This study aims to analyze internal and external factors using a SWOT analysis to determine appropriate managerial strategies for improving the implementation of the Prolanis program at SMC Banyusari Clinic. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews involving six informants, consisting of the clinic head, Prolanis officer, and Prolanis participants. The data were analyzed using the Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The findings indicate that the clinic’s internal strengths outweigh its weaknesses, reflected by an IFAS score of 1.31, while external opportunities exceed existing threats, with an EFAS score of 1.12. These results place the clinic in a stable growth strategic position, enabling program improvement through the optimization of internal resources and the utilization of external opportunities. Recommended managerial strategies include strengthening participant-centered health education, enhancing the role of Prolanis officers, utilizing information technology, and developing collaboration with local communities and village authorities. Implementing these strategies is expected to sustainably increase Prolanis participant attendance at SMC Banyusari Clinic. Keywords: Prolanis, SWOT Analysis, Managerial Strategy

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja online dengan meninjau pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi risiko, dan kepuasan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan teori perilaku konsumen digital dan data observasi dari pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap platform dan penjual menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, tingkat risiko yang dirasakan (terkait keamanan data, keaslian produk, dan keandalan pengiriman) memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Ketiga faktor ini saling berhubungan dan membentuk perilaku konsumen digital yang dinamis di era e-commerce. Kata kunci: Perilaku Konsumen, Kepercayaan, Risiko, Kepuasan, E-Commerce ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in online shopping by examining the influence of trust, perceived risk, and satisfaction on purchasing decisions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, referring to digital consumer behavior theory. Data were collected through interviews and observations involving active e-commerce users in Indonesia. The results show that consumer trust in platforms and sellers is the main factor influencing purchasing decisions. Perceived risks related to data security, product authenticity, and delivery reliability affect consumer satisfaction levels. These three factors are interrelated and shape the dynamic digital consumer behavior in the era of e-commerce. Keywords: consumer behavior, trust, risk, satisfaction, e-commerce

Abstract

ABSTRAK Media sosial memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan generasi z di era tranformasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh media sosial terhadap pembentukan persepsi dan keputusan pembelian konsumen generasi Z di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kusalitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa media sosial tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai saluran komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai pembentuk citra merek dan kepercayaan konsumen. Adanya platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube yang tentunya berperan dalam membangun persepsi melalui konten visual, testimoni pengguna, serta strategi influencer marketing. Dari hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa persepsi positif yang terbentuk dari interaksi sosial digital berdampak langsung terhadap intensi dan keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, pihak markerting perlu mengoptimalkan strategi komunikasi digital yang menarik, konsisten, dan berbasis nilai untuk menjangkau generasi Z secara efektif. Kata Kunci: Media sosial, persepsi konsumen, keputusan pembelian, Generasi Z, perilaku konsumen.   ABSTRACT Social media plays an important role in the lives of Generation Z in the era of digital transformation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media on the formation of perceptions and purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers in Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature study, this study found that social media not only functions as a communication channel, but also as a brand image builder and consumer trust builder. Platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube certainly play a role in shaping perceptions through visual content, user testimonials, and influencer marketing strategies. The results of the analysis show that positive perceptions formed from digital social interactions have a direct impact on purchase intentions and decisions. Therefore, marketers need to optimize attractive, consistent, and value-based digital communication strategies to effectively reach Generation Z. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal terpenting dan sebagai tantangan tersendiri untuk perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, sebab keberhasilan suatu perusahaan berdasarkan pada sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. 2) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. 3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. 4) Pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian di Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diharapkan karyawan di kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kabupaten Badung memiliki rasa disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Dengan disiplin kerja yang tinggi akan berpengaruh terhadap tingginya kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja   ABSTRACT Employee performance is the most important thing and a challenge for companies in managing human resources, because the success of a company is based on quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. 2) The influence of compensation on employee performance at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. 3) The influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. 4) The influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. The research design used in this study was quantitative. The study was conducted at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. The subjects were employees at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission Office. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 85 people. Based on the research results, it was concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. It is expected that employees at the Badung Regency AIDS Commission office will have a high sense of work discipline.
