Abstract

Qualified human resources will lead educational institutions to achieve their goals easily. This paper was written to know the concept of developing human resource management is, and the process of developing human resource management in Islamic educational institutions is. The author uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature (library research). The stages of the research that the author did were collecting research materials, reading literature, making small notes, processing the readings into research data. After analyzing the results obtained, among others: The concept of human resource management development is an activity of planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating. The process of developing human resource management includes education, training, and self-development. In more detail the process of developing human resources through, first: by conducting a needs diagnosis, second: conducting problem design, program design, participation design, educational calendar design, individual needs design, a group needs design, time design, procedure, and evaluation, third: the implementation process, and finally carry out the evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of school-based management is viewed from 1) Management of Curriculum Implementation, 2) management of facilities and infrastructure, 3) Management of students, 4) management of educators and 5) management of building school-community relations. Looking at the inhibiting and supporting Faktors for the implementation of SBM at SDN No. 29 Air Tambang. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research instrument used interview guidelines. The results of this study were obtained after conducting research that the implementation of school-based management at SDN no 29 has been running in accordance with the stages of SBM by considering paying attention to, and reading the need to see the opportunities owned by the school, as seen from the results of the implementation of 1) curriculum implementation management it has been implemented seen from the performance of teachers from the principal working together in the implementation of the curriculum 13 , 2) the management of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out with the fulfillment of PBM supporting infrastructure, 3) the management of students has been implemented, it can be seen from the process of accepting new students according to the standards set 4) Management of educators and education staff has been implemented, it can be seen from the procurement process, and placement and improvement of teacher competencies, and 5) Management of building school relations with the community is carried out through involving the community and committees to be involved in school programs.

Abstract

In education management, health service management is part of special service management. Disease problems that continue to exist and are often experienced by santri of pesantren, especially attanwir pesantren are scabies (scabies), itching, shortness of breath, fever, fainting, cough, runny nose, mild pain, and ulcers. RSKLSM Attanwir is a health clinic that was established to help improve health and welfare as well as improve the healthy life of pesantren residents. RSLKSM operational activities involve students who are members of Santri Siaga with the vision of "care for social and humanity". The types of health services provided by RSLKSM are carried out by combining the traditional thibbun nabawi health methods with conventional methods. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health services and the implications of health service management on health services at Pondok Pesantren Attanwir Bojonegoro. This research uses descriptive qualitative field research with the triangulation technique. The results obtained indicate that each stage in the implementation of service management is multi-faceted, namely comprehensive, integrated, in-depth, and detailed. The nature of multi-faceted services can be found in health service activities, one of which is in the implementation of mass cupping activities.

Abstract

Information and communication technology is very influential in improving the quality of education administration to carry out tasks in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school. The importance of technology in improving the quality of education administration will affect the quality and quality of schools. The research method uses field research. Sources of data obtained through information and communication with SMA Negeri 1 Temanggung. The results of the study are 1) Through the process of developing information and communication technology at SMA N 1 Temanggung, it has developed and made a significant contribution. 2) The urgency of information and communication technology plays a role in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs aims to find improvements needed in education. In practice, program evaluation also has a political aspect that needs to be paid attention to by the evaluator and the participants being evaluated. In addition, there is also an ethical agreement and interpersonal agreement in program evaluation, which is part of the code of ethics in carrying out evaluation activities. The purpose of this article is to provide an explanation of the importance of a code of ethics and political aspects in the implementation of educational program evaluation. The research method used is library research, where the author collects information related to the code of ethics and political aspects in the implementation of the evaluation of educational programs. The results of the study stated that there are several factors that influence ethics and interpersonal in the evaluation of education, namely religion that is believed, morals that develop in culture, educational treatment, messages in the mass media and environmental situations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial management of schools in the fulfillment of educational facilities at SDN Wanasari 01, Cibitung, Bekasi. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Checking the validity of the data is done through; credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that school financial management in fulfilling educational facilities at SDN Wanasari 01 Cibitung Bekasi was carried out through school budget planning, school financial accounting, and school financial accountability.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative methods, data analysis consists of instrument test (validity and reliability), partial indicator analysis test, prerequisite test (normality and linearity) correlation test (coefficient and coefficient of determination). The results of this study can be concluded that: (a) Transformational Leadership is included in the sufficient category, because it is in the range of 2.60 – 3.39 with an average value of 3.38 (enough category); (b) Lecturer job satisfaction is included in the sufficient category, because the range is based on 2.60 – 3.39 with an average value of 3.33 (enough category); (c) The relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction of lecturers has a relationship from the calculation results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained is 0.881. There is a very strong level because it is in the 0.80 – 1,000 category which means that there is a very strong relationship.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the curriculum is increasingly needed by all elements of society. This can be started in human resources since they were young to human resources who have aged. Intelligence is the intelligence possessed by a person. A person's intelligence grows from within each individual starting from heredity to one's patience in exploring a science seriously. Every human being is required to study at least from elementary to high school / vocational school. In the world of education, various components will be found to support each element so that it can run, one of which is the curriculum. This article will review the application to support the formation of curriculum designs in accordance with current developments, which aims to develop quality and existence, especially in the scope of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and strategy of the moderator driving teacher (GPM) in growing moderate values ​​in students with a literacy approach. The object of the research is the Moderation Motivator Mr. Dwi Atmaja who is also a teacher at MTsN 3 Surabaya. This study applies the field research method, which uses data and documents collected from the field. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of the study show that moderate attitudes can be started to be cultivated through learning and literacy. Students are taught to use social media properly and wisely and are trained in the habit of accessing news information from trusted sources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) educators in Piladang and their effect on the quality of education in MIS Piladang. This type of research is ex post facto research using a questionnaire with quantitative analysis methods. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it shows that the competence of educators is in the medium category, with a percentage of 90% competent and 10% incompetent. This explains that there is a significant influence between the influence of educator competence on the quality of educators at MIS Piladang.
